Introduction. There are currently many different methods in the field of artificial intelligence research. Methods of mathematical, cognitive and philosophical sciences are dominant among them. All research approaches are united by the hypothesis that natural and artificial intelligence are fundamentally comparable. The sociality formed as a result of these changes attracts increasing attention from both foreign and Russian researchers. The purpose of this article is to clarify the theoretical and methodological approaches in the study of artificial intelligence in the social sciences, especially in sociology.Methodology and sources. The article is based on an interdisciplinary approach, which allows outlining the scale of the research problem, coordinating the methodological approach to the organization of research, smoothing the contradictions of ideas and categories, which are operated by different sciences in the study of artificial intelligence.Results and discussion. According to the authors, the widely used concept of Artificial Intelligence is more a scientific metaphor than a proven empirical fact. Currently there is no such thing as artificial intelligence. There are neural networks, machine learning, which can solve certain problems in the real world. Artificial intelligence is a metaphor that captures a certain level of human knowledge about the introduction of information technology, based on computer hardware and specialized software. To treat artificial intelligence as an empirical fact is a fallacy that is not appropriate in science.Conclusion. Sociology is only taking its first steps in the field of artificial intelligence research. It does not have its own methodological tools for analyzing artificial intelligence and the social reality that arises from its introduction into the everyday life of society. Artificial Intelligence changes people's daily lives, embedding itself in everyday social practices, and forming a hybrid social world for the social sciences to study. Today there is a debate about the place of artificial intelligence in sociology. According to the authors, sociological fantasies and speculations are not appropriate here. In order to correctly and accurately define the problem of artificial intelligence in the social sciences, it is necessary to carefully analyze the opinions of the experts in the exact sciences, in which artificial intelligence is understood as algorithms or models created by human, and which perform certain tasks and help them manage specific processes in various spheres of society.

Introduction. This article analyzes the specifics of the perception of Italian brands in Russia. The starting point in the paper is the understanding that the evolution of Italian culture and the image of Italy itself has led to the perception of this phenomenon through the prism of both its numerous attributes and Italian brands in particular. Today Italy is associated with national cuisine, culture and historical heritage.From a sociological perspective, brands are an important resource for the representation of national culture, especially for foreign consumers. To date, however, there has been little research into how this culture is transmitted through brands to society. In particular, little attention has so far been paid to studying the perception of brands and their relationship to the national culture of the country they represent.The socio-cultural perspective of the study implies an examination of the dynamics of attitudes towards Italian brands, reflecting the variability of society itself.Methodology and sources. The methodological basis is an interdisciplinary approach to the problem of studying and analyzing brands. The main research method in the work is the Internet survey. Thus, based on the theoretical concepts on the study of brands in sociology, in April 2020 on the platform "Google Form" the authors conducted an empirical study. The purpose of this research was to conduct an online survey to identify the attitudes of Russian respondents towards Italian brands. The results of the sociological research conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey are presented. The sample type was random with the number of 150 respondents.Results and discussion. According to the survey results, the main associations associated with the image of Italy are: Italian food, holidays, fashion and historical heritage. At the same time, about one fifth of respondents are not familiar with any of the Italian brands or cannot name them. Among those familiar with Italian brands, 80 % responded that they know Gucci, Fendi, Valentino, Versace, Moschino, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, Lamborghini, Maserati and Ferrari.One of the key findings of the study was the conclusion that brand perception today is not directly related to its country of origin. The brand does not always represent the country, becoming multicultural. The socio-cultural model of consumption is changing, and the understanding of the Italian brand is divorced from the cultural foundation from which it originated.Conclusion. In general, the authors of the article come to the conclusion that the perception of Italian brands in Russia is conditioned by the specifics of sociocultural development. In the early nineties, when the country had just opened up to Western brands, it was vital for the consumer to purchase products from well-known brands, in particular the «Made in Italy» category, firmly associated with the country of origin. Today, in the context of globalization and multiculturalism, many brands have lost their national identity, and for the consumer the consumer properties of the product come first, and not the brand itself.

Introduction. Article is the result of a case analysis to study the satisfaction of students of the AN НЕО "University associated with IA EAEC" with the educational process as one of the indicators of the quality of education. An analysis of various aspects of student satisfaction with the activities of the university allows to identify problems in the organization of the learning process and find the best ways to solve them using available resources. In addition, determining the overall level of student satisfaction allows making managerial decisions based on relevant information about the needs of students and the quality of educational services provided. The purpose of the article is to analyze the degree of satisfaction of students of AN НЕО "University associated with IA EAEC" with the educational process in general and their career orientations. This formulation of the question will allow to identify more accurately the problems and needs of students, as well as to develop recommendations for improving the quality of the educational process itself. Methodology and sources. The case-study method was chosen as the methodological strategy. The main research method in the work is a survey. Results and discussion. The results of sociological research conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey are presented. The type of sampling is continuous. According to the results of the survey, students demonstrate pragmatism and focus on results in the learning process. Thus, 70.6 % stated that only intrinsic motivation helps them to study. In difficult competitive conditions, students need to be sure that the profession they get in higher education will be in demand, that their knowledge will be enough to compete effectively with other graduates in the labor market. In these conditions, modern students are aimed not so much at obtaining fundamental knowledge as at acquiring practical skills. Conclusion. One of the main results of the analysis is the conclusion that the most painful issues for students are the issues of internship and grant opportunities. The university management should pay the most attention to these two aspects of satisfaction, i.e., internship places and grant opportunities.
