The article presents a collection of the author's archival works, the meaning of which has become relevant in the face of socio-political changes in Poland. Critical artistic considerations related to national identity or relations between the state and the church are also discussed. The artist's attitude towards political discussion and a closer look at the creative processes is also examined. Cultural projects and selected artistic works are identified, and grassroots social activities with the participation of artists are described. The ongoing media discussion and social mood is outlined. Included is a visual (photographic) presentation commenting on the issues highlighted, with particular emphasis on the artistic works of the author. ; Presentación de archivo de autor, cuya significación ha cobrado relevancia de la mano de los cambios sociales y políticos. Artykuł poświęcony jest reformie szkolnictwa wyższego zapoczątkowanej przez Proces Boloński. Autorka odwołuje się w swej analizie bezpośrednio do podstawowych dokumentów Procesu Bolońskiego i wykorzystuje pojęcie ukrytego programu (hidden curriculum). Teza pracy jest następująca: reformy strukturalne szkół wyższych w dłuższej perspektywie w istotny sposób wpłyną na pozycję uniwersytetu w europejskich społeczeństwach, a także na dyspozycje intelektualne jego absolwentów. Ukryty program uniwersytetów Europejskiego Obszaru Szkolnictwa Wyższego polega na podporządkowaniu edukacji wyższej celom gospodarczym i społeczno-politycznym, a nie naukowym. ; This paper discusses the higher education reform initiated by the Bologna Process. In her analysis, the author invokes the core Bologna documents and reflects on the notion of a hidden curriculum, positing that structural reforms in schools of higher education will, in the long run, significantly influence the position of universities in European societies, as well as intellectual dispositions of graduates. The hidden curriculum of universities within the European Area of Higher Education means that education is employed to serve higher- level economic and socio-political rather than scientific goals.

Polska należała do pierwotnych członków Ligi Narodów, która rozpoczęła działalność sto lat temu – w 1920 r. Podstawę prawną funkcjonowania organizacji stanowił Pakt Ligi Narodów, włączony do traktatów pokojowych, zawartych po I wojnie światowej. Członkostwo w organizacji miało duże znaczenie dla odro­dzonego państwa polskiego, które kształtowało swoje stosunki w społeczności międzynarodowej. Polska była pierwszym państwem, które ustanowiło przy Lidze swojego stałego delegata. Polscy przedstawiciele uczestniczyli w pracach głównych organów Ligi: Zgromadzeniu i Radzie. Polska starała się o uzyskanie stałego miejsca w Radzie, natomiast była w niej członkiem półstałym. Była też państwem, które często uczestniczyło w postępowaniach przed Stałym Trybuna­łem Sprawiedliwości Międzynarodowej. W latach 30. XX w. w kręgach polskiej dyplomacji wzrastało rozczarowanie działalnością Ligi Narodów spowodowa­ne jej nieskutecznością w zakresie zapobiegania konfliktom międzynarodowym i rozwiązywania sporów międzynarodowych. ; Poland belonged to the original members of the League of Nations, organization that began its activity a hundred years ago – in 1920. The Committee of the Regions was established on the basis of the Maastricht Treaty of 7 February 1992, and began operating in March 1994. It consists of representatives of regional and local authorities who have obtained electoral mandates from the communities they represent. The number of members of the Committee was set for individual Member States and it was assumed that its composition should not exceed 350 members. The organizational structure and principles of the Committee's operation are set out in its Rules of Procedure. The Committee is an advisory body consulted by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission. It prepares opinions as part of obligatory, optional and own-initiative procedures. It can also adopt resolutions and prepare reports, analyses and outlook opinions. The Committee has the right to bring cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union in order to protect its prerogatives and to apply the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality.
