This article focuses on the changes in social care sector which took place in Europe and after the restitution of independence in Lithuania the last decades and are named as privatization. In social care sector privatization is known as a process of services provision by non-profit public agencies (NGOs), informal sector and by profit agencies. These changes can be explained by actor and new-institutionalism theories as well as by the mix of these two theories. This article presents general privatisation concept and potential patterns as well as peculiarities of these in social care (social work services) sector. According to the actor theory, the expansion or decline of welfare state is understood as results of individuals or collectives' rational actions. As rational actors cope with different previous political decisions, institutional frames and other limitations and possibilities it is useful to analyse privatization in the light of new-institutionalism theory as well. According to the new-institutionalism theory, the institutions of welfare state are reflected and formed by choices and strategies of actors. The way and models of privatization depend on welfare state institutions. Two ideal institutional types are separated – pluralist and corporatist institutions. Analysis of these ideal institutional types' differences defining regulation, organization, financing and production helps to explain the extent and models of privatization.

Alcohol abusers' children differ from their peers coming from pro-social families. Therefore, it is important to find out the factors determining the differences in character and patterns of behavior of children from alcohol addicts' families, as well as the psychosocial problems and the impact of their parents' alcohol misuse on their performance at school. Only having such information one can analyze ways of helping these children. The purpose of this paper is to find out way of helping children of alcohol abusers. The way of alcohol abuser' living makes the whole family dependent. Relationships between family members are unbalanced. Either psychological or physical violence against women and children is frequent, as well as divorce. Children of alcohol abusers have no possibility to live ordinary human development. They mature much earlier, since they have to take parents' responsibilities. Children of alcohol abusers psychosocial functioning is unbalanced. They have learning difficulties, because of family troubles lost their learning motivation. Children of alcohol abusers interaction is limited. They do not communicate with their contemporaries. Avoid relationship with classmates and teachers. The help they get are psychological help. The main gain of which is to train the children to adapt to the way of family living. But this does not help in real. If one wants to solve their problems, one should help the whole family. Suggested is psychosocial network of help, which link different help organization, all methods of help together to help the whole family.

The creation of new and efficient systems of management of innovation activity to direct it into an effective path is greatly important for effective development management of the industrial enterprise. Therefore, the innovation management corporate system creation and the study of its role in the effective development of the enterprise is extremely relevant. The COVID ‑ 19 coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated the unwillingness of many spheres of public life to respond adequately to critical situations. And first, it concerned the legal regulation of labour relations, which has undergone quite fundamental changes, which today form a new, more modern system of functioning of the labour market. Businesses may indeed violate employees' rights and protection from completely unwarranted resignation and even to gain adequate justice and national government aid. Workers with informal employment agreements, and limited access to healthcare and social protection before the pandemic, are particularly at risk now. The present research paper describes the relevant questions in Employment law, which relate to the Covid-19 pandemic in Ukraine and Europe. Some workers' right to engage in work may disproportionately suffer due to the restrictions in place. These include parents of young children and single parent families, employees with health issues and disabilities, and migrant workers transported to work in agriculture or to provide social care. There is also concern about fair and just working conditions. This paper aims to answer the main questions connected with the Employment law in Covid time by conducting a literature review covering legal amendments to national and international legislations and examining the foreign practice related to employees' rights connected with the labour restrictions in the time of pandemic.

The purpose of this research is to analyze international legal standards that guarantee the right to liberty and personal security in criminal proceedings. The subject of the study was the requirements of international acts, the decision of the European Court of Human Rights and the provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine on the issues of guaranteeing and securing of that right. The authors of the article used the following methods: dialectics, comparative legal, system analysis, formal logic. The relevance of the topic of this article depends on the fact that the current direction of the reform of the criminal procedural legislation is aimed at strengthening the legal guarantees for the protection of a person, protection of his rights, freedoms and legitimate interests in criminal proceedings. Such a fundamental right of every human being as the right to liberty and personal security is no exception to this. In this context, the legal mechanisms for the application of coercive measures need to be reviewed, re-evaluated and adjusted. This, of course, reflects the approximation of national law to international legal standards, European values, the establishment of the rule of law, and so on.

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, which has spread to all countries of the world, has posed new challenges in terms of legal, socio-economic, political, and social development. The pandemic produced a need for a mechanism of legal regulation of a special organization of the remote work, working hours, workplace, working conditions, etc. The study aims to analyze and compare the legal regulation of remote work under the introduction of restrictive measures caused by the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine and the EU. The leading method was the method of comparative analysis. It helped to compare the specifics of the practice of EU member states in the field of legal regulation of remote work under the above conditions in Ukraine and the EU, identify how these issues are regulated in other EU countries. In Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the rules for regulating the responsibilities of the employer to compensate for the costs of a remote worker, enshrining in law the obligation of the employer to provide the employee with computer equipment, means of communication. The experience of European countries proves it is necessary to implement "right to disconnect" in Ukraine. Information and knowledge gained from the experience of different EU countries can be used as a basis for the adaptation and development of new relevant provisions in Ukraine.
