The article examines the issues of modern military medicine in Ukraine as an independent state. The main milestones of national military medicine were drawn up, and the peculiarities of its reform were highlighted. The article also provides an analysis of measures to regulate and support the reform of military medicine. Taking into account the data obtained from a large number of archival sources and administrative materials, special attention was paid to the transformation of the management of state medical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Some shortcomings in the reform of military medical education have been identified, and the main perspective directions of its development are shown. ; L'article examine les problèmes de la médecine militaire moderne en Ukraine en tant qu'état indépendant. Les principaux jalons de la médecine militaire nationale ont été élaborés et les particularités de sa réforme ont été mises en évidence. L'article fournit également une analyse des mesures visant à réglementer et soutenir la réforme de la médecine militaire. Prenant en compte les données obtenues à partir d'un grand nombre de sources d'archives et de documents administratifs, une attention particulière a été accordée à la transformation de la gestion du soutien médical de l'État des forces armées de l'Ukraine. The need to address this problem is due to increased interest in the origins of traditional national culture and spirituality of our people, growing interest in authentic culture of the Ukrainian ethnic group, and in particular its component – the life of wandering elders-singers. The music of the Ukrainian lyre (kobza) is an organic part of people's worldviews, their thoughts and aspirations, diverse and rich spiritual life. One of the important roles in awakening the spirituality of our people was played by lyre players and kobzars, who carried the fiery Ukrainian word to the people, called for the struggle for freedom, for Cossack glory, for the ancient ancestral Orthodox faith. The article presents an analysis of the formation of lyricism (kobzarism) as a significant part of the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian population of Bukovina. The lyricists are portrayed as witnesses of the life and development of the people in different historical epochs, as well as their influence on knowledge of history, education of patriotism, love for the native land and respect for their ancestors. The purpose. Based on the analysis of literature sources and available historical documents to trace the peculiarities of the process of formation and reproduction of the history of lyricism in Bukovina, as part of the historical heritage of the Ukrainian people. Research methods: retrospective, synthetic analytical and generalizing methods. The scientific novelty lies in the generalization of information about the representatives of Ukrainian epic singing in Bukovina and Bukovina Hutsul region. Conclusions. The biographies of lyricists of Bukovyna, recollections about them, features of Hutsul lyre are given. Lyricism as a unique cultural phenomenon was spread all over Ukraine and in Hutsul region and Bukovyna as well from XVI century till 30ies of the twentieth century. As in the territory of Bukovina, as well as in all Ukraine, industrial production of lyres was not developed - in comparison with similar tools from other countries such lyres were much simpler in the design. The lyre in the Bukovynian Hutsul region had a layer of religiosity, so in addition to the heroic epic, the repertoire included chants and psalms. Well-known lyricists in Bukovyna were Yuriy Fedkovych ("Bukovynskyi Solovyi"), from the village of Putyla, Vasyl Tonievych from the village of Samakova, Petro Dzurak from the village of Dytynets, Dmytro Hentsar from the village of Ryzha (Pylypkove hamlet), Vasyl Hrytsko, Ivan Pokhovych (Hnat) from Sadhora (Chernivtsi).

The article presents the history of one of the relatively new areas in medicine - applied kinesiology, which is actively developing in the United States, West Europe and is popularized and actively implemented in Ukraine. The authors present the basic principles of kinesiological influence, concepts and statements underlying applied kinesiology. Considerable attention is paid to the characteristics of the main diagnostic method of applied kinesiology, which is manual muscle testing (MMT). The uniqueness of this diagnostic method, which can help in the diagnosis of neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction before the signs of chronicity of such processes, has been stated in the article. It is noted that MMT is a very important diagnostic tool, which is increasingly being used in combination with other clinical research ethods. The article emphasizes the constantly growing interest in the methods of applied kinesiology in Ukraine. Conclusions are made about the possibility and necessity of integrating the course on the basics of Professional Applied Kinesiology into educational programs of higher education institutions in the field of "Health Care" (III-IV level of accreditation) which will increase the level of training of medical professionals, allow the implementation of these methods in clinical practice and significantly improve preventive and diagnostic processes.

The article analyzes the methodology for assessing the capabilities of the medical service units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to the Strategic Defense Bulletin of Ukraine, the purpose of defense reform in Ukraine is the acquisition and maintenance by the defense forces of the required combat readiness level and ability to fulfill the tasks of defense of the state (defense capabilities), effective response to emerging military threats and military-political challenges to national security, the level of interoperability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with units of the armed forces of NATO member states and the EU to fulfill common tasks in international peacekeeping and security operations. Purpose of the study. Conduct a scientific analysis of world and domestic sources of information on modern views on the organization and conduct of defense planning activities and assessing the capabilities of the medical service in the armed forces of the leading countries of the world. Research methods are descriptive, biblio-semantic, statistical, system analysis, conceptual modeling for the analysis and synthesis of defense planning data based on the capabilities and assessment of the capabilities of the armed forces medical service. The scientific novelty lies in the analysis and justification of the direction of further research to improve the metho-dology for assessing the capabilities of the medical service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Conclusions: Capability-based defense planning is the next stage in the development of the strategic planning system, which greatly improves the quality of planning, enhances the ability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform its intended tasks, in particular, introduces a mechanism for identifying and correcting risks. The directions of improvement of the methodology for assessing the capabilities of the medical service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are analyzed. The identification of risks occurs through an assessment of opportunities, but the process requires development and adaptation. The lack of effective approaches to capacity assessment, as well as the need for developing new or improving existing algorithms and assessment methods are highlighted. ; L'article analyse la méthodologie d'évaluation des capacités des unités de service médical des forces armées ukrainiennes.
