The article presents the results of the author's analysis of the constitutional and legal formalization of the institution of judicial control in the Russian state. The relevance of addressing this topic is justified by the variety of legislative provisions, as well as the results of scientific research, which are rather fragmented than an orderly system. Within the framework of the institutionalization of judicial control being developed, this issue has important scientific and practical significance.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation decisions on the basis of the author's doctrinally structured "template", demonstrating approaches to use in the "risk" category. The authors found that in the chronological period of 2020-2021, the increment of human rights theory of risks by resolutions and definitions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation took place within the framework of a conceptual and definitive, substantive and specific, essential identification contribution, in the correlation of this process with the state as a whole and the individual.

Abstract. In article one of the fundamental principles of civil law - the principle of inviolability of property ina restrictive context is analyzed. The comparative analysis of the concepts "restriction of the principle of inviolability of property" and "restriction of the property right" is carried out. The compulsory termination of the property right, i.e. the termination of the right irrespective of will of the owner as restriction of the principle of inviolability of property is considered. The objective of the research was to analyze the Latin American experience in constitutional guarantees regarding freedom of expression in the media. The document summarizes the results of a comparative legal study dedicated to the texts included in the constitutions of the Latin American states regarding the identification of norms that guarantee the freedom of the media in them. It has been established that most of the declared constitutions contain traditional guarantees of media freedom expressed in the legalization of this substantive freedom, its implementation without censorship and restrictions under the threat of responsibility for its abuse. Methodologically, the study was built on the basis of a dialectical approach for the dissemination of legal phenomena and processes using general scientific methods (systemic, logical, analysis and synthesis) and particular. In conclusion, it is evident that it is typical that the constitutions of Latin American states combine freedom of thought, expression and media in a single provision. In all other aspects, the list of identified guarantees is variable and in many countries they have no impact on the concrete reality.

This article refers to a comprehensive vision of the right to information as the main means of legal protection of the information needs of citizens in general. Based on psychological assumptions, the author justifies the importance of such needs in the life of modern society. The article details the issue of creating and guaranteeing the correct functioning of a special authorized administrative body, to act as an instance of appeal and supervision in the course of the legal regulation of information and the underlying legal relationships. By way of conclusion, the authors especially emphasize the need to overcome the culture of secrecy, a type of undemocratic government, and refer to other requirements and accepted standards in this area to guarantee the enjoyment and enjoyment of this right at all times.
