This publication is an article 2, expanding on the topic, outlined in article 1, published earlier in "Philosophical thoughts" (1019, No. 1). The author considers the constitutional prerequisites of the anthropological anti-Utopia of the Third Reich, the main principles of which were deduced from the folk-political and folk-cultural versions of the German philosophical anthropology completed with ideological statements of the industrialism. The functional potential of the human ideals is regarded. These ideals are canonized in the ideology of the national-socialism with the symbolic representation as Leader, Worker and Soldier as practical persons are conceptualized as antipodes, which in the further myth creations of the national-socialism are concretized and became the features of heroes. The idea and realities of the folk educational state are analyzed including the chronological and topological characteristics of this anti-utopia with the practically unrestricted life-time and the dialectic of the European idea with paradox prescribing to it the Nordic origin. The significance of sacral meaning of the Third Reich is clarified in the categorical schemes of the political romantic. The consequences of intentional primitivism of the world view culture of the youth are detected in the landscapes of the anthropological anti-utopia with the transforming of the normal student into "the political soldier" and recognition of the masculine community as a structuring model of society. The anti-human intentionality of biological reduction of the new world view, which is founded on the myth of the origin and the race theory, is unveiled as a distinction between a "worse" and "non- worse" life what makes this anti-utopia a repressive one and legitimates the crime practices of the re-education and liquidation. ; У статті розглядаються передумови конституювання антропологічної антиутопії Третього райху, засадничі принципи якої були визначені на основі народно-політичної та народно-культурної переорієнтації німецької філософської антропології та доповнені ідеологемами індустріалізму. Розкривається функціональний потенціал головних образів людини, канонізованих в ідеології націонал-соціалізму та символічно репрезентованих як Фюрер, Робітник і Солдат, з протиставленням теоретичної і практичної людини, які у подальшій міфотворчості націонал-соціалізму конкретизуються і героїзуються з метою консолідації різних верств населення. Аналізується антропологічне підґрунтя ідеї народної виховної держави, визначаються особливості її міфологізованого хронотопу з практично необмеженим часом існування та специфічною діалектикою ідеї Європи, якій у парадоксальній спосіб приписується нордичне походження. З'ясовується значення сакральних смислів Третього райху в категоріальних схемах політичної романтики. Простежені наслідки свідомої примітивізації світоглядної культури молоді в ландшафтах антропологічної антиутопії, що сприяло перетворенню студента «на політичного солдата» та ствердженню чоловічої спільноти як структурної моделі антропологічної антиутопії. Показано, що культ сили і здоров'я у цій антиутопії супроводжується приниженням розуму і дискредитацією духовної культури людства та її носія — освіченої людини. Розкривається антигуманна спрямованість біологізаторської редукції «нового світогляду», сформованого на основі міфу про походження та расової теорії, що знаходить прояв у встановленні розрізнення цінного і знеціненого життя і надає цій антиутопії репресивного характеру з легітимацією кримінальних практик перевиховання та ліквідації.
The article proposes the critical analyses of the P. Mehring conception of philosophical pedagogy founded on the German idealism and Humboldt's philosophy of education. Transformations of the philosophical pedagogy are considering on the background of organizing changes in the education in the industrial and post-industrial contexts with regard to its meaning, logics and causes. The advantages of the interdisciplinary approach are proving on the problem field of the philosophical pedagogy in times of its rising and falls.The restoration of philosophical pedagogy of the early and developed industrialism is proposing with its idealistic and institutional paradigm (Humboldt-Hegel-Spranger) and the alternative one – the critical anti-institutionalism(Nietzsche -Adorno-Foucault), The heuristic metaphor of the invention of freedom shows on the political engagement of philosophical pedagogy what has both the negative and positive aspects. Some political pathologies of the state in the early post-industrial societies need pedagogical treating. That is why the revival perspective of philosophical pedagogy is inquiring. For this case some actual ideas of W. von Humboldt and its transformations are used to show the risks and dangerous of educational reforms in the post-industrial contexts.The Kantian and Hegelian transformations are researching with the aim to show different tendencies of the development of education in philosophical reflections of pedagogical issues with political consequences regarding as possible paradigmatic changes which can exist as complementary ones. The coherence of political and pedagogical ideas can exist in different constellations pursuing different purposes. The pedagogical construct of freedom as autonomy was often used in the political programs and political decisions, but the political reason is also an important factor for the transformations of contemporary educational systems and practices. The pedagogical construct of freedom foresees the autonomy of educational institutions and independency of individual which cal be lost by his transforming to a Wikipedia-citizen. ; У статті представлено критичний аналіз запропонованої Р. Мєрінгом концептуалізації філософської педагогіки, що ґрунтується на засадах німецької класичної філософії та філософії освіти Гумбольдта, на тлі яких розглядаються організаційні та змістовні зміни в освіті, що відбуваються в індустріальних і постіндустріальних соціокультурних контекстах, а також з'ясовуються причина та логіка таких змін. На матеріалі злету та занепаду філософської педагогіки демонструються переваги міждисциплінарного підходу у дослідженнях її проблемного поля. Пропонується реконструкція філософської педагогіки періоду становлення і розвитку індустріального суспільства, де виділяються ідеалістична парадигма (Гумбольдт-Гегель-Шпрангер) з притаманним їй інституалізмом та її антипод – критична антиінституалістська парадигма (Ніцше-Адорно-Фуко), які співіснують на комплементарних засадах. Порівнюються концепції політичного виховання в рамкових умовах національної держави та у глобалізаційних контекстах, коли відбувається послаблення національної держави і руйнуються приналежні до неї форми солідарності, але відбувається піднесення індивіда та його свободи. Евристична метафора «винахід свободи» розкриває особливості політичного виміру філософської педагогіки, негативні та позитивні наслідки залучення політики до її проблемного поля. Констатується дисфункціональність держави у надскладних суспільствах, яка компенсується через її надмірне втручання в освітні реформи. Політичні і педагогічні ідеї переслідують різні цілі, вони існують у різних констеляціях і потребуються взаємоузгодження з метою запобігання системних ризиків у процесі реформування освітніх інституцій. Педагогічний конструкт свободи передбачає автономію освітніх інституцій та незалежність індивіда, яка зникає у процесі його перетворення на громадянина вікіпедії.
The article proposes the analysis of the development of the philosophy of education in the Third Reich, including its theoretical origin with corresponding social, cultural and political contexts. The leading role of the political romantics is showed in this process with its educational implications. This research has a wide-spread empirical background including narrative interviews with the former participants of the educational processes which are described both on the factual and interpretative level. The semantics and linguistic preferences of national-socialism used in its philosophy of education show the pedagogical intentions grounded on the race theory. The "folk view of world" in the period of the national-social movement was later changed into the philosophy of political education and folk-political anthropology (E. Krieck), where the concept folk community with its leader (Führer) is a constitutive one and the functional education has become a priority before the intentional strategies. The deformation of bourgeois human ideal through returning to the myth of origin and Nietzsche's concept of the superman is remarkable in the new contrary ideals of "the Soldier" (A. Baeumler) and the "Worker"(E. Jünger) used in the educational practices of the national-socialism with the priority of the functional education. The identification of the "soldier way of life" as the representation of Nordic race with the pedagogical reality had consequences in the curriculum philosophy of schools and universities, where the physical education and the race theory have displaced the traditional subjects studies and their research fields, especially after their synchronic switching on the totalitarian state, which must understand itself as the educational one created for the German race. The national-socialist political pedagogic has the features of the "total mobilization" for the total war as the free decision of young men ready to die for Hitler's Germany. Emphasizing of the self-activities, self-control, self-aid and self-education in the national-pedagogical directives is connected with the utopian dream of automatically fulfillment of all educational plans with the intention to create a new human for the new society. The new schools organized under national-socialism have showed the regress in comparison with educational institutions of the Weimar republic, where the educational system has showed more variety and flexibility as the chaotic improvisations of the educational reformers of the Third Reich with their fiction of the educational philosophy, which was only the well-known maid of the new political theology. ; В статті аналізуються теоретичні витоки і соціально-політичні контексти становлення філософії освіти і виховання Третього рейху на широкому текстологічному матеріалі, а також на основі проведених автором наративних інтерв'ю з включеними спостерігачами цього процесу; здійснюється порівняння націонал-соціалістичної філософії виховання з теорією комуністичного виховання. З'ясовується провідна роль політичної романтики у ретроспективній переорієнтації суспільної свідомості та її освітні і виховні імплікації в рамках, заданих ідеологією націонал-соціалізму. Виявляються особливості конструювання образу «нової німецької людини» на основі ніцшеанства і расової теорії. Здійснена реконструкція тоталітарного педагогічного і філософсько-антропологічного мислення в ідеологічних фреймах націонал-соціалізму. Розкриваються нові аспекти теоретичних розвідок націонал-соціалістичної філософії освіти і виховання, а також педагогічних практик, які домінували у Німеччині у першій половині ХХ ст., обумовлені намаганнями реанімації домодерних уявлень про сенс і призначення освіти, а також спробами рефеодалізації суспільного життя на основі постсекулярних ідеологем тоталітарного мислення. Виявляються патології, які виникають внаслідок змін суспільної свідомості і психології соціумів з потужним ілюзіогенним потенціалом, де ідеологія виступає ерзацом релігії. Критично аналізуються концепції національно-політичного виховання та народно-політичної антропології (Е.Крік), політичної педагогіки та проектів реформування наукового виробництва (А. Боймлер), а також системи освіти, орієнтованої на образ фюрера та ідеал «виховної держави». Розкривається внутрішня суперечливість вимог розширення самостійності молоді, домінування функціонального виховання, студентського самоуправління і стратегії самопідключення німецького університету, а також освітньої міфотворчості у вигляді самоствердження виховної держави. Філософія освіти і виховання Третього рейху з її амбіціями щодо оновлення суспільного життя є модерною кримінальною утопією з обмеженою варіативністю і негативними верифікаціями. In the article are regarded some social and cultural contexts of the development and reception Adorno's theory of half-education with a spread application of the biographical method, which makes it possible to show the intentionality of this theory through the recalling prism of students and colleagues. It is proposed an argumentative verification of the statement made by Habermas about the splitting in theorization of Adorno. The interpretative schemes of the concept of "Bildung" (education, culture, forming), developed in the German idealism, are analyzed, where the semantic of the forming is the dominated one and the pathologies of this process are conceptualized accordingly as deformation and back-forming in the various manifestations of half-education. The theory of half-educationis at first a diagnostic of conditions in the contemporary societies, where through the instruments of the mass culture are always producing pathologies such as aliens and mass psychoses. This makes possible also the tendency of re-feudalization, which, on its part, can be considered also as the symptomatic of the spiritual crisis of the Postmodernity. One of the crises appearancesis the whole oppositions to education, namely: anti-educationas the consequenceof refusing of educational practices the humanistic idea of education. Overcoming from that crises is needed a critical reflection not only above half- and anti-education, but else above the idea of education itself. ; У статті розглядаються соціокультурні контексти створення і рецепції теорії напівосвіти Т. Адорно на основі широкого застосування біографічного методу, що дозволило розкрити інтенціональність цієї теорії крізь призму спогадів учнів і колег. Запропоновано аргументативне підкріплення тези Ю. Габермаса про внутрішню роздвоєність теоретизування Адорно. Аналізуються інтерпретаційні схеми поняття Bildung (освіта, культура, формування) у німецькому ідеалізмі, де домінує семантика формування, а патології цього процесу відповідно концептуалізуються як деформації та розпад форм у різноманітніх маніфестаціях напівосвіти. Теорія напівосвіти є передусім діагностикою стану сучасних розвинутих суспільств, де засобами масової культури постійно продукуються такі патології, як відчуження і стани масового психозу. Цьому сприяє також тенденція рефеодалізації, яка, в свою чергу, виступає також симптоматикою духовної кризи постсучасності. Одним з проявів цієї кризи є радикальний антипод освіти - антиосвіта, яка є наслідком відмови сучасних навчальних і виховних практик від гуманістичної ідеї освіти.
