A Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) consists of spatially distributed autonomous sensors to cooperatively monitor physical or environmental conditions, such as temperature, sound, vibration, pressure, motion or pollutants. The development of wireless sensor networks was motivated by military applications such as battlefield surveillance and is now used in many industrial and civilian application areas, including industrial process monitoring and control, machine health monitoring, environment and habitat monitoring. Proposed work is Improving Quality of Service in Wireless Sensor Networks Using Prioritized Clustering Approach. Proposed system provides an efficient way to overcome congestion in wireless cluster sensor network. Proposed system provides priority both on data and location to improve quality of service. BACKGROUND: The Government of India initiated different programs to reduce neonatal mortality. However, the variability of neonatal deaths occurs among states of India. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to identify the differential determinants associated with neonatal deaths in northern and southern regions of India. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Bivariate analysis and Cox regression analysis have been performed to evaluate the predictors of neonatal mortality from National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4) data. RESULTS: For neonatal mortality, mother and child factors became more consistent in the southern region than northern regions of the country, while household factor was almost the same in both regions of India. CONCLUSIONS: Primary intervention is also required to reduce public health problem as neonatal mortality. It should be focused on education of mother, birth interval, age at birth, antenatal care, poverty reduction programs, and proper heath facility to pregnant mothers.

The objective of 100 per cent financial inclusion can not be achieved by the Government of India unless it looks for its enforcement in each and every part of the country. The main focus is required in the rural and remote areas. One of the most significant factors which budge towards the financial inclusion of the rural and remote population is the microfinance services. In fact, microfinance is the only way through which the financial inclusion can penetrate into the rural and remote areas which expose the most under developed territory of the country. In this paper, we have mainly focused upon the achievements of the microfinance services towards financial inclusion. The role of every participant in the microfinance market has been analyzed.

There is a great interest among various international agencies/countries in developing partnership with Indian research organizations, particularly with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for biomedical research. The ICMR is actively involved in governance and co-ordination of partnerships with several international organizations and agencies. Various MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding)/agreements of ICMR with international partners bring together the researchers and resources towards progression through shared research and innovation agenda. Growing collaboration during recent years is reflected through increased number of internationally funded/technically coordinated research projects in health research. However, for any international collaborative research study to be undertaken in India, certain regulatory requirements are to be fulfilled. This article summarizes the international partnerships of ICMR as well as the details of guidelines regarding submission of international collaborative research projects for the Health Ministry's Screening Committee (HMSC), which is a mandatory requirement before undertaking such projects.
