Nomadic, de-notified and semi-nomadic tribes are considered to be the earliest inhabitants of any nation. Their sacrifices and sufferings in the past and present have resulted in a developing nation that we are today. Despite that, today, the nomadic tribal communities are the worst sufferers because of the lack of education, livelihood, occupation, fundamental rights, legal rights, etc.; they are considered to be the least developed. Failure in implementing the framework and crooked legislations had harvested their souls for our own selfish needs, and incarcerated the nomadic tribal community without providing them access to free legal aid service endeavouring for due justice. The present study broadly scrutinises these issues, problems and their ill effects because of which these communities are facing a lot of challenges and are unable to secure justice.
The core of the debates on politics through times and regions is concerned with territories and exercise of power over the territories directed towards certain end(s). This is seen in the theories of Ancient India, of which Kautalyas Arthashastra is but a representative literature. Much later in time, geopolitical theories in the west during the twentieth-century significantly highlighted this point. This study aims to understand geopolitics in the Indo-Pacific if Kautalya's ideas and geopolitical choice theories from the west are applied, then results of the study would be the same as has been affirmed in the opening sentences. Methodologically, the study, qualitative in approach though, looks at the data available in the secondary source materials to test if territories determine the power dynamics at a given point of time. Kautalyas Arthashashtra offers a good theoretical insight that can explain the contemporary geopolitical structures and behavior of the states. The theory has scientific and empirical elements that can help explain issues of aggression, conflict and peace. Peace (Shamah) and conflict or war (Vigraha) are shaped by the inter-dependent factors, both, tangible and intangible, as well as, internal and external. While the study primarily explores œthe empirical and œthe scientific in Kautalyas Arthashashtra, but takes the twentieth-century western geopolitical theories to develop parameters of testability of the theory

This article draws on the Nepal Demographic and Health Survey data of 2016 to explore the determinants of the age of motherhood for women in Nepal. It explores the association between the age of motherhood in Nepal (dependent variable) and conditions in a mother's life, including her education, employment status, education of her husband, religion, age of the household head, gender of the household head, wealth index of the household, ownership of a bank account, decision-making around healthcare and region of residence (independent variables). Two models were tested using multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that improving the education of the parents and facilitating access to bank accounts can help increase the age of motherhood for women in Nepal. The findings inform policy for improving the reproductive health of women in the country.
