Pluralism is the term which it has many difference meaning. Atthe same time, someone can accept and refuse pluralism accordingto that meaning. Abstract Economics is a forum or form of community organization that has the aim of meeting the needs of the community and increasing the welfare of the community. Economic life requires a social order in which there is economic activity. On the other hand, the economy has its own influence on the law. This paper reviews Sukarno's economic sovereignty in terms of the legal aspects with the title; "Thought of Sukarno's Economic Sovereignty and Legal Aspects in Pancasila Economics" This influence is in the form of profit-loss considerations that affect legal work. Because not everyone is obedient to the law on the basis of law, it must be obeyed. Society can also obey the law because of other goals to obtain economic benefits. This paper uses a library of research and is supported by data analysis of documents that are relevant to material research objects by referring to Sukarno's thoughts and formal objects in economic philosophy. This paper is expected to get an analysis of Sukarno's thoughts on economic sovereignty in the form of original ideas about the economic face of the future of the Indonesian Nation. Economic sovereignty that can be stopped by economic democracy is an economic system by upholding the values of divinity, humanity, cooperation and justice that are anti-capitalism and based on socio-nationalism and socio-democracy. It is hoped that these values can strengthen and stabilize the Pancasila as an economic system that best fits the condition of Indonesia facing the hegemony of globalization. Tulisan ini mengulas tentang kedaulatan ekonomi Sukarno ditinjau dalam aspek hukum dengan judul ; "Pemikiran Kedaulatan Ekonomi Sukarno Dan Aspek Hukum Dalam Ekonomi Pancasila" Pengaruh ini dalam bentuk pertimbangan-pertimbangan untung-rugi yang berpengaruh pada kerja hukum. Karena tidak semua orang patuh terhadap hukum atas dasar hukum memang harus di taati. Masyarakat pun bias mentaati hukum karena tujuan-tujuan lain untuk memperoleh keuntungan ekonomis. Tulisan ini menggunakan library research dan didukung dengan analisis data dokumen-dokumen yang relevan dengan objek material penelitian dengan merujuk pemikiran Sukarno dan objek formalnya pada filsafat ekonomi. Tulisan ini diharapkan mendapatkan sebuah analisis dari pemikiran Sukarno tentang kedaulatan ekonomi berupa gagasan original tentang wajah ekonomi masa depan Bangsa Indonesia. Kedaulatan Ekonomi yang dapat diindentikan dengan demokrasi ekonomi merupakan sistem ekonomi dengan menjunjung tinggi nilai ketuhanan, kemanusian, kerjasama, dan keadilan yang anti kapitalisme dan berbasis pada sosio-nasionalisme dan sosio-demokrasi. Diharapkan nilai – nilai tersebut dapat memperkokoh dan memantabkan pancasila sebagai sistem ekonomi yang paling cocok dengan kondisi Indonesia menghadapi hegemoni globalisasi. This community service activities was designed to (1) give a critical evaluation of the concept and implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Courses on Character Development (Mata Kuliah Pengembangan Kepribadian/MPK) at universities in contemporary Indonesia and (2) to design an appropriate model of implementation of ESD concept for improving the quality of MPK program. The methods on this study are literature studies, workshop on instrument design, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), implementation of ESD concept in co-curricular activities, and evaluation. The program will be held in Center for Pancasila Studies (PSP-UGM), at Taman Makam Pahlawan Kusumanegara, Pakem Orphanage center, and scavengers community in Condongcatur. The expected results of the program are (1) a critical note on the concept and implementation of ESD and MPK at universities in Indonesia and (2) a model and module of implementation of ESD PLUS through Training Kader Bangsa (TKB) which are more adaptable and appropriate with the local genius of Indonesia.
The issue of diversity has recently been challenged by the rise of religious radicalism and terrorism groups that can cause the splitting of national unity. In the context of Indonesia they want to replace the ideology of Pancasila into an ideology of religion by forming Indonesia into a Khilafah state. The rise of religious radicalism groups often lead to acts of intolerance and terrorism, both in various countries and in Indonesia. Various incidents of intolerance and acts of violence in the name of religion occur in various places in the world. These incidents cause dehumanization which is very degrading to human dignity. In addition to the rampant intolerance and terrorism in Indonesia there is also a tendency for the politicization of religion as a tool for practical politics. This has led to national divisions which can threaten the existence and continuity of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The Pancasila ethics are the efforts to understanding the concepts of God in religions where the conditions of the population are compound, so tolerance in implementing the religious life can be happened among diverse community in Indonesia. Besides, it needed to revitalize the understanding of the deity that has a good culture in education, the Indonesian policy or acculturation of Pancasila value in Indonesian citizen. Therefore, by internalizing and implementing Pancasila Indonesia could become a large and developed nation. ; El tema de la diversidad ha sido desafiado recientemente por el surgimiento del radicalismo religioso y los grupos terroristas que pueden causar la división de la unidad nacional. Welfare is one of the significant problems in human life. All aspects of human life politically will always be related, both as elements and indicators of welfare conditions. Consequently, the state is an organization and authority that can provide a measure and effectively regulate all efforts in the realization of people's welfare. However, practically "people's welfare" in Indonesia is still in a quarrel state with the targets-setting. This research is library research with a hermeneutic-philosophical approach. Political Theology, as a branch of the Philosophy of Religion, will be used as the primary approach by involving methodical elements that are balanced and consistent with research. Additionally, the involvement of other scientific disciplines such as political philosophy, social philosophy, and economics will enrich this research. This research shows that the efforts carried out to realize the welfare of the people is dominantly incompatible with the needs of the subjects receiving welfare facilities. The source of this problem is relying on the perspective of governmental values. New awareness and responsibility are needed to build a structure with a divine and human nature. This awareness arises as an implementation form of worship to God and also responsibility for that worship to fellow human beings.
This study is aimed to discuss the discourse of Keyae in Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) and its relevance toward Islamic values in Madura, especially. Afterward, this study is conducted by involving the participators in Annuqayah Islamic Boarding School, Guluk-Guluk, Sumenep which is assumed to be representative, and have relevance in protecting Islamic values in Madura. The data which is obtained based on Michel Foucault's discourse analysis. The reason to choose the theory aims to understand the conditions that supporting the emergence of leadership discourse of Keyae, form and its operational, discontinue and relational, archeology of leadership discourse, and reveal or analyze critics on leadership discourses of Keyae in Madura, specifically in social mechanism. Therefore, based on the analysis, this study shows that leadership of Keyae in Islamic Boarding School in Madura is not merely as an agent of religious movement. However, it is as social, politic, culture, economic, and education transformations. ; Este estudio tiene como objetivo discutir el discurso de Keyae en Pesantren (Colegio de Internos Islámico) y su relevancia para los valores islámicos en Madura, especialmente. Posteriormente, este estudio se lleva a cabo involucrando a los participantes en el internado islámico Annuqayah, Guluk-Guluk, Sumenep, que se supone representativo, y tiene relevancia en la protección de los valores islámicos en Madura. Los datos que se obtienen en base al análisis del discurso de Michel Foucault. La razón para elegir la teoría tiene como objetivo comprender las condiciones que apoyan la aparición del discurso de liderazgo de Keyae, su forma y su operativa, discontinua y relacional, arqueología del discurso de liderazgo, y revelar o analizar críticos sobre los discursos de liderazgo de Keyae en Madura, específicamente en mecanismo social Por lo tanto, según el análisis, este estudio muestra que el liderazgo de Keyae en el internado islámico en Madura no es simplemente un agente del movimiento religioso. Sin embargo, se trata de transformaciones sociales, políticas, culturales, económicas y educativas. ; Este estudo tem como objetivo discutir o discurso das Escolas de Internação Islâmica e sua relevância para os valores islâmicos em Madura, especialmente. Posteriormente, este estudo é realizado envolvendo os participantes do Annuqayah Islamic Boarding School, Guluk-Guluk, Sumenep, que é considerado representativo e tem relevância na proteção dos valores islâmicos em Madura. Os dados obtidos são baseados na análise do discurso de Michel Foucault. A razão para escolher a teoria visa compreender as condições que sustentam a emergência do discurso de liderança de Keyae, forma e sua operacional, descontinua e relacional, arqueologia do discurso de liderança, e revelar ou analisar críticas sobre discursos de liderança de Keyae em Madura, especificamente em mecanismo social. Portanto, com base na análise, este estudo mostra que a liderança do internato islâmico em Madura não é apenas um agente do movimento religioso. No entanto, é como transformações sociais, políticas, culturais, econômicas e educacionais.
