Автором відзначено, що поняття «кар'єра» – складне й багатомірне. На сьогодні це поняття в соціологічному дискурсі залишається недостатньо дослідженим. Визначено, що це сталося тому, що за радянського та пострадянського історичних періодів дослідження здійснювалось у межах соціології економіки та соціології праці. У рамках роботи було проаналізовано поняття «кар'єра» та його похідні в рамках соціологічного дискурсу і скориговано його з урахуванням сучасних соціологічних знань. У статті розглянуто контекстність вживань поняття «кар'єра» та його ґенезу. Наведено приклади конкретних соціальних маркерів, що визначають історичні та соціальні особливості вживання поняття в українському соціологічному дискурсі. Визначено особливості ексергічності поняття «кар'єра», що дає можливість досліджувати концептуальність змісту кар'єри відносно її соціальної важливості в контексті актуальних соціальних процесів та практик. Проаналізовано автором генезис поняття «кар'єрні амбіції» як акумуляції ресурсів для професійного розвитку своєї особистості з метою реалізації свого кар'єрного сценарію, деталізовані особливості структури кар'єри та її похідних. Стратегія кар'єри може розглядатися як визначення на основі своїх стратегічних кар'єрних цілей у сфері побудови своєї кар'єри та кола потенційних можливостей для самовдосконалення та самореалізації в рамках трудової діяльност

This overview article contains a brief critical analysis of the chronology of Late Pleistocene and Early Holocene finds of Homo remains in Siberia. Direct dating of the Homo bones and teeth, as well as the isolation and analysis of the ancient human DNA, has now become firmly established in the practice of paleoanthropological research. About 62% of the Late Pleistocene and Early Holocene Siberian Homo remains have information on ancient DNA and direct dates of the bones and teeth. Particular attention is given to the assessment of the reliability of ages determined by the radiocarbon dating method. Information on the taphonomy (conditions and process of burial and fossilization) of Homo remains in the caves of the Mountain Altai is also of great importance. At present, three species of Pleistocene Homo are known in Siberia: Denisovans, Neanderthals, and anatomically modern humans (Homo sapiens). For the DenisovanNeanderthal hybrid, there is a direct date obtained by the Uranium series method, which shows the age of 67,500 cal BP. The age of other Denisovan fossils cannot be precisely determined due to the significant mixing of layers in Denisova Cave. The timing of the Denisovans in Siberia can be preliminarily determined at 130,000–44,000 cal BP (the upper limit is very approximate). The age of Siberian Neanderthals is greater than 50,000 cal BP; it is difficult to be more precise due to the widespread disturbance of the Altai caves' stratigraphy by the burrowing activity of animals, primarily cave hyenas. Early Homo sapiens inhabited Siberia from 45,000 cal BP to the Early Holocene. No clear correspondence can be observed between climate changes in the second half of the Late Pleistocene (45,000–12,000 cal BP) and the chronology of Homo sapiens in Siberia. The age of some Homo sapiens fossils (Baigara, Solovyinaya Luka, and Sibiryachikha 6) after direct dating turned out to be much younger than initially expected. The taxonomic status of some Siberian Homo (Tuyana; an individual from the Okladnikov Cave with a date of 28,300 cal BP) has not yet been reliably identified. Obviously, it is necessary to increase the number of direct dates for Siberian hominins.

The aim of the current work is to perform a probabilistic dose assessment to quantify the relative importance of the source data uncertainties contribution towards the uncertainty estimates of collective and maximum individual doses of personnel during decommissioning of a storage facility. A probabilistic approach to the analysis of dose loads, including the analysis of sensitivity and uncertainty with respect to the input parameters of the used calculation models of dose assessment, allows to determine the most sensitive parameters, inaccuracies in the task of which lead to significant uncertainties in the estimates of dose loads on personnel and, therefore, require more accurate determination of conservative boundary values in deterministic analysis and safety justification. The calculations were performed by applying the code RESRAD-BUILD 3.50, developed by the Argonne National Laboratory of the US Department of Energy. The obtained results allow us to rank the parameters of the computational model according to the degree of their influence on the uncertainty of the final estimates of the dose loads on personnel, to develop recommendations for optimizing dose loads when performing radiation-hazardous work during nuclear facilities decommissioning.

To study the kinetics of subcritical systems and determine the optimal conditions for the transmutation of longlived radioactive waste in the neutron spectrum of ADS-systems the "Yalina" research nuclear facility was created at Joint Institute for Power and Nuclear Research – Sosny (Minsk, Belarus). The main safety indicator of a subcritical system (active zone reactivity) was measured for a "Yalina-Thermal" assembly via three independent methods: inverse multiplication, probabilistic and impulse ones. For the inverse multiplication method, the neutron flux density was monitored during assembly loading. For a fuel load of 285 EK-10 rods the neutron multiplication was M = 22.3±0.6, and the effective neutron multiplication coefficient was keff = 0.9551± 0.0016. The probabilistic method (Feynman-alpha method), based on measuring fluctuations in the neutron density level within a system with a fission chain reaction, gave the ratio of the variance to the average counting rate value D/n = 1.779±0.005, which corresponds to keff = 0.9597 ±0.0003. The pulse method is aimed at studying the neutron flux behavior of after the neutron pulse injection into the breeding system. Measurements were held with the same setup, used in the Feynman-alpha method. The measured decay constant of instantaneous neutrons is α = –670±0.7 1/s, which corresponds to keff = 0.9560±0.0001. The effective multiplication factor keff of the subcritical assembly "Yalina-Thermal", obtained via three different independent methods, is around average value of keff = 0.9569 ± 0.0018. The methods considered can be used for subcritical level monitoring for ADS-systems and research nuclear facilities.

The processes of development of civil society in Crimea after the entry of the peninsula into the Russian Federation in March 2014 are analyzed. The authors conclude that in recent years it has developed and passed from inertia to a state of civic activity. However, an integral system of civil structures has not yet been formed.

Ebola virus (EBOV) causes a severe, often fatal disease in humans and nonhuman primates. Within the past decade, EBOV has caused two large and difficult-to-control outbreaks, one of which recently ended in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Bats are the likely reservoir of EBOV, but little is known of their relationship with the virus. We perform serial passages of EBOV in human and bat cells and use circular sequencing to compare the short-term evolution of the virus. Virus populations passaged in bat cells have sequence markers indicative of host RNA editing enzyme activity, including evidence for ADAR editing of the EBOV glycoprotein. Multiple regions in the EBOV genome appear to have undergone adaptive evolution when passaged in bat and human cells. Individual mutated viruses are rescued and characterized. Our results provide insight into the host species-specific evolution of EBOV and highlight the adaptive flexibility of the virus.

This article analyzes open auctions in 2019 for purchases for additional professional education of doctors of the Sverdlovsk region and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. It was revealed that the training of doctors through the system of purchasing educational services at open auctions was conducted in nongovernmental educational organizations in 66.1% of the Sverdlovsk region and in 100% of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Distance learning has become the main form of additional professional education in non- governmental educational organizations. ; В данной статье проведен анализ открытых аукционов в 2019 году по закупкам на дополнительное профессиональное образование врачей Свердловской области и Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа. Выявлено, что обучение врачей через систему закупок образовательных услуг на открытых аукционах проводилось в негосударственных образовательных организациях в 66,1% в Свердловской области и в 100% в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе. Дистанционная форма обучения явилась основной формой дополнительного профессионального образования в негосударственных образовательных организациях.

В статье представлены материалы из дневников монголоведа Казанского университета О. М. Ковалевского о Китае первой половины XIX в. Ученому удалось побывать в Пекине в составе Российской духовной миссии, где он провел зиму и весну 1830–1831 гг. О. М. Ковалевский посещал только пригородные буддийские храмы и монастыри, при этом сожалея, что недостаточно хорошо владеет китайским языком. Вначале О. М. Ковалевский вел поденные записи о своем пребывании в Китае, а затем перешел к тематическим, интересуясь почти всеми сторона-ми истории и жизни Китая, что особенно представляется интересным. Обширное знакомство и дружеское общение с лицами разных сословий дали возможность О. М. Ковалевскому, кроме совершенствования в монгольском языке, приобрести основательные сведения о маньчжурском языке, ознакомиться с государственным строем Китая, с историей и литературой китайцев, маньчжуров и монголов, собрать данные об их религии, нравах и обычаях.
