En Latinoamérica especialmente en Honduras no contamos con sistemas en diversas áreas críticas, una de esas áreas es la salud pública, puede contarse con personal para esta área pero no se tiene el uso de tecnología que permita que los procesos evolucionen. En Oncología, la cual maneja información que es de vital importancia en la salud de las personas que padecen de algún tipo de cáncer, no se realizado ningún progreso para la atención de estos pacientes, el objetivo es tener una propuesta de una plataforma de notificaciones durante tratamientos en la sala de oncología, deberá proveer a los pacientes y personal del hospital el control para el seguimiento de todos los pacientes, mediante los dispositivos tecnológicos a los que se tiene acceso hoy en día, este proyecto se desea sea el detonante para el desarrollo de las tecnología en el área de la salud. Se orientó para esta área en específico debido la importancia que tiene el tratamiento puntual en el progreso del paciente.

Este escrito estudia la educación en y para los derechos humanos desde el pensamiento del filósofo español Xavier Zubiri. Identifica el interés por los derechos humanos como un ingrediente de nuestra manera de estar hoy en la realidad, y a la luz de una visión Zubiriana de la educación propone algunos criterios para reflexionar y orientar la educación en función de tales derechos.

AbstractZones of Dominican-Haitian contact can be analyzed from anthropological, sociolinguistic and language-acquisition perspectives. Despite recent advances in the linguistic study of this area (Ortiz López 2010), many contact phenomena remain unexamined. Building on previous work, I analyze Dominican-Haitian contact from a transnational (Duany 2011) and ethno-sociolinguistic perspective. Here, I document the roles that Dominican Spanish, Haitian Kreyòl and Haitianized Spanish play for speakers in the speech community of the Dominican-Haitian border, while considering the ethno-social dimension in which language acquires meanings associated with race, power, status, prestige, etc. I tackle the following questions: how do the aforementioned linguistic varieties become instruments for negotiating a fluid yet conflictive and ambiguous ethnolinguistic identity (Coupland 2001; Fishman 1987; Le Page and Tabouret-Keller 1985; Zentella 2000; Duany 2010, 2011)?; where lie the specific connections between these linguistic varieties and ethnic components within the +/− black, +/− Haitian-Dominican, +/− Dominican, +/− monolingual continuum?; what values do these (often hybrid) linguistic varieties represent for the distant (Dominican and Haitian) neighbors from Santo Domingo and Port-au-Prince as well as for the members of the hybrid, transnational and bifocal community of "others"?; and which linguistic varieties emerge from such a complex continuum?

The article summarises a study on the situation of the education of indigenous youths and adults in Latin America. Although its scope pretends to be regional and comprehensive seven case studies are taken as points of departure for the analysis; those of Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala and Mexico, traditionally regarded as the 'most indigenous' countries of the region, in contrast with other two - Brazil and Nicaragua -, where the presence of indigenous populations is less influential in everyday social life. The lessons learned through the implementation of youth and adult literacy programmes in these countries open up possibilities for an analytical display of relevant issues and conditions that ought to be taken into account in youth and adult educational programmes and by extension in the education of Indigenous populations in general, at a point in time where, as a result of their struggle towards social emancipation, Indigenous individuals and collectivities are gradually becoming subjects of law, and the times when they were merely considered as objects of Latin American public policy are being overcome. It is argued that in such a context a further step needs to be taken where the education of indigenous populations becomes a national issue and thus implies the concern of everybody. This move would imply the interculturalisation of all Latin American nation-states and consequently of their educational systems. (DIPF/Orig.) ; In seinem Beitrag analysiert der Autor die Ursprünge der zweisprachigen interkulturellen Bildung für indigene Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene im lateinamerikanischen Kontext vor dem Hintergrund der verschiedenen nationalstaatlichen Versuche, assimilierende bzw. kompensatorische Ansätze in der Grundschul- und Erwachsenenbildung durch genuin zweisprachige und interkulturelle Ansätze zu ersetzen, was er spezifisch am Beispiel von Literacy-Programmen verdeutlicht.
