The phenomenon of dynamism and impulse in socio–economic development of urban systems
The subject of the study is to understand the phenomenon of dynamism and impulse in the development of urban systems. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical and applied approaches to the organization and controlled development of urban systems, taking into account their dynamic and impulse properties. Research Methods: the article uses a set of methods and approaches that will ensure the conceptual unity of the study of theoretical and practical components of dynamism and impulsivity in urban studies. Results of work. The five–dimensional model of the urban space characterizes the systemic properties of the city and outlines the place of dynamism and impulse in these properties and clarifies their nature. The existing theories of dynamism and impulse and the ways of their use in the development of cities are analyzed, hypotheses are defined, and approaches to the dynamic–impulse development of urban systems are grounded. The main dynamic–impulse clauses were applied to substantiate the concept of spatial organization and socio–economic development of agglomeration formation «Greater Lviv». Conclusions. Taking into account the dynamic–impulse properties in the development of urban– based systems in the example of Lviv allowed to substantiate the requirements in the development of the city related to industry, property rights, development of inclusive economic and political institutions, optimization of city relations with the environment, orientation to the uniqueness of the city.
