Abstract: People are created to be a social human being, and communication becomes a very crucial thing for humans' lives to continously share their ideas and speaks up their mind to each other. The act of communication that becomes one of the aspects of communication in pragmastylistic field is defined for speech act. This study explores the style performed by Dr Zakir Naik in his stage of speech and his intended communicative effect to his audience. By doing this research, the writer intends to find out 1) what style of speech act is used in Dr. Zakir Naik's speeches and and 2) how the context influences the choice of speech acts in Dr. Zakir Naik's speeches. The method used in this study is qualitative research method. The theory used in this study is Searle's speech acts theory (1979). The researcher observes a video of Zakir Naik's speech from youtube. This research reveals that the style of speech which Dr Zakir Naik dominantly used while he explains, informs and emphasizes the content of his speech to the audiences is illucotionary acts. There are several kinds of illucotionary acts such as: Assertive, Directive, Commissive, Expressive, and Declarative. However, assertive and directive are chosen as his favorite rethoric in his speeches. Further research is expected to invistigate the critical discourse analysis on Dr. Zakir Naik's speeches in order to determine the social politic value and to analyse the specific structure of his speech more deeply. Abstrak: Manusia diciptakan untuk menjadi manusia sosial, dan komunikasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia untuk senantiasa berbagi ide dan mengutarakan pendapatnya satu sama lain. Tindak komunikasi yang menjadi salah satu aspek komunikasi dalam bidang pragmastilistik diartikan sebagai tindak tutur. Studi ini mengeksplorasi gaya yang dibawakan oleh Dr Zakir Naik dalam tahap pidatonya dan efek komunikatif yang diinginkannya kepada para pendengarnya. Dengan melakukan penelitian ini, penulis bermaksud untuk mengetahui 1) gaya tindak tutur yang digunakan dalam ceramah Dr. Zakir Naik dan 2) bagaimana konteks mempengaruhi pilihan tindak tutur dalam ceramah Dr. Zakir Naik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tindak tutur Searle (1979). Peneliti mengamati video pidato Zakir Naik dari youtube. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa gaya bicara dominan yang digunakan oleh Dr. Zakir Naik saat menjelaskan, menginformasikan dan menekankan isi pidatonya kepada khalayak adalah tindak ilokusi. Ada beberapa macam tindak ilokusi seperti: Assertive, Directive, Commissive, Expressive, dan Declarative. Namun, assertive dan directive dipilih sebagai rethoric favorit dalam pidatonya. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat menginvestigasi analisis wacana kritis pidato Dr.Zakir Naik untuk mengetahui nilai sosial politik dan menganalisis struktur spesifik pidatonya lebih dalam. Abstract: Upper Respiratory Track Infections (URI) is a kind of respiratory disease which is closely related to the quality of housing and the quality of ambient air. Ventilation is one component of a residential environmental health assessment. The dust may cause dryness of mucous in the respiratory tract so that a person may suffer or feel the symptoms of respiratory infection. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between ambient air dust and ventilation in the former place of fi nal processing (TPA) Keputih with URI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection). This research is a cross sectional analytical and observational. The sample in this study is the ambient air concentration of dust particles and housewives from 77 families in RW VIII Keputih Area. To determine the relationship of ambient air dust and ventilation with respiratorydisease using Chi Square test. The results showed that respondents who had experienced respiratory infection as much as 89,6%. Levels of dust particles measured at the point I exceeded the quality standard that is equal to 0,3223 mg/Nm3. Home ventilation that do not appropiate the requirements of a healthy home is at 93.5%.There's a relationship between the use of home ventilation with URI (p = 0.000) and the levels of ambient air dust particles with URI (p = 0.003). This study concludes that the two variables associated with the incidence of respiratory infection so the need for community empowerment and proactive attitude of the various instruments of government in the area of research on the prevention of URI and the presence of a good control of the quality of environmental health VIII RW Keputih Area.Keywords: dust quality, home ventilation, the ex-place of fi nal processing, URI

The relationships between peace studies and international relations (IR) has never been easy. The "strategic" nature of inter-state relations in IR and its state-centric focus are some of the big challenges to the humanitarian nature of peace studies. However, the rise of feminism in IR in the 1980s has given us a new promise in opening the field of IR to a greater humanitarian focus which could take even the individual level of analysis into account. IR poststructuralist-feminism - which is understood as an IR feminist perspective which deconstruct the "common assumptions of culture" (Sylvester, 1994) including feminism itself - is particularly progressive in the sense that it does not only provide the room to problematize the basic assumptions of mainstream IR, but also room to even question the premises of the IR feminists themselves, a self-reflective quality shared by contemporary peace studies. One of the latest theoretical developments in poststructuralist-feminist IR is the "adoption" of positive psychology into IR methodology in order to take a deeper look into the mostly forgotten dimension of humans' capability to flourish even under the most extreme condition (Penttinen, 2013). Again, this new proposal resonates with the current trend in peace studies scholarship in which peacebuilding processes are geared toward fuller ownership by the locals and harnesses their capabilities to survive. This article would like to analyze the potentialities of feminist approaches in IR, particularly those which come from the poststructuralist school of thought, as a fruitful "meeting point" for peace studies and IR. Once we identify the "meeting point," hopefully it can bring us into a rich inter-disciplinary endeavor in the future as well as a better understanding of the dynamics of peacebuilding practices in the context of international relations.Key Words: international relations, poststructuralist feminist IR, peace studies, positive psychology, reflective practices

Hotel accommodation is one of the most essential things in the tourism industry because it functions as a place to rest after a day of activities. The large number of hotel choices requires marketers in their fields to have a strategy that can make the best choice by consumers, especially in today's digital era. One of the measuring tools that can be used as the most effective promotional media is positive e-WOM. This helps marketers to determine what strategies can be maximized. This is self-congruity by matching perceptions between consumer self-concept and consumer image and positive emotional experience, which can also help consumers form positive perceptions of a place to create a satisfying experience or consumer satisfaction to 4 Star Hotels in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers from Hotel Bintang 4 yang ada di kota Malang. Sampling was carried out by using the non-probability sampling method. In this study, the sample was determined, namely the research item, so the number of respondents was 110. To get the desired result, as many as 190 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were carried out by SEM-PLS using software 3.0. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between self-congruity, positive emotional experience, and customer satisfaction to positive e-WOM Hotel in Malang City.
