Reprenant l'invitation de David Graeber à rechercher les fragments d'une anthropologie anarchiste, l'article explore la première génération se réclamant du terme socialisme dans les années 1840, afin d'observer l'émergence de la science sociale sous cette perspective. Il se penche en particulier sur le paradoxe de la praxis : la coïncidence entre la découverte du destin de l'humanité et l'action pour que ce destin se réalise, entre le mouvement de compréhension de soi et le mouvement de transformation de soi. Parmi les différentes manières, parfois opposées, d'envisager ce paradoxe, l'article se concentre sur une position radicale exprimée par certains ouvriers de l'époque selon laquelle la science sociale ne peut être que l'expression de l'ensemble de la société, ou plutôt de chacune de ses composantes, travaillant à son évolution dans l'histoire. Cette perspective peut nous aider à repenser en profondeur nos catégories de compréhension de la société démocratique, en commençant par abandonner les catégories « bottom-up » et « top-down ».

The aim of this article is to question the nature of the socio-anthropological approach in Lefort's thought. The author explores the complex relationship between Lefort and the Durkheimian French school of sociology in four stages: in the first, he shows Lefort as a sociologist 'worthy of its name' or, in other words, a sociologist interested in questioning the 'institution of the social'. In the second, he focuses on the disturbing elements that Lefort introduces: the political and the division into the French sociological approach. In the third stage, he focuses his attention on the sociological approach in Lefort's way of thinking about democratic society. Finally, he concludes by referring to Lefort's apparent opposition between philosophy and social sciences – and the errors that this may have engendered – in order to demonstrate the continuity of Lefort's sociological approach.

L'oggetto del presente elaborato è un'indagine sulla responsabilità sociale nel mondo del credito e una dimostrazione pratica di come i concetti della RSI possono essere applicati al caso specifico della Bcc di Capaccio Paestum. Nella prima parte viene percorso lo sviluppo negli anni del concetto di Responsabilità Sociale d'Impresa e le teorie ad essa collegata, fino ad arrivare ai giorni nostri. Nella seconda parte viene messo in risalto l'aspetto comunicativo attraverso la descrizione di una pluralità di modelli di rendicontazione sociale, che permettono alle aziende di dimostrare ai propri stakeholder, di non essere orientate solo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici ma anche ad obiettivi sociali ed ambientali. Nella terza ed ultima parte, sulla base dello stage formativo di 300 ore svolto presso la Bcc di Capaccio Paestum, verrà esposto come questo istituto creditizio sia coerente con i principi fondamentali della RSI, sottolineando l'interdipendenza tra l'aspetto reputazionale e i risultati economici attraverso l'esposizione di grafici che confermano come, questo istituto, avendo un ottima reputazione ottiene anche dei buoni risultati economici.

This working paper deals with the influence of epistemological models ("encyclopedic" approach and analogical approach) in the first phase of French social science; then, it examines how this context articulate the scientific understanding of society with the social and political action. L'articolo ricostruisce le riflessioni sulla crisi dell'educazione avanzate dal filosofo politico Marcel Gauchet. All'interno di una piů generale analisi delle trasformazioni della societÀ democratica e dell'approfondirsi del processo d'individualizzazione, viene posta all'attenzione la diffusa incapacitÀ di prendere in considerazione la formazione sociale dell'individuo. Solo a partire da tale constatazione č possibile comprendere le mutazioni storiche delle condizioni sociali in cui si educano i bambini. Il saggio si concentra inoltre su alcuni punti specifici dell'analisi della crisi dell'educazione.

Dans cet article, on analyse la conception de la propriété chez les premiers socialistes républicains français (notamment sous la monarchie de Juillet) en tant que clé pour comprendre la formation de leur discours politique. L'étude de la question de la propriété met en lumière les tensions qui animent la démocratie aussi bien que le caractère moderne (voire politiquement individualiste) du socialisme. Cette analyse nous exemplifie l'idée de démocratie comme société d'individus égaux spontanément orientés vers l'intérêt général. Dans une première étape, on synthétise les éléments structurant la conception de la propriété chez les socialistes républicains confrontés, d'une façon complexe, au processus d'autonomisation de l'économique ; dans la seconde, on se concentre sur l'un des instruments conçus pour transformer la propriété, le crédit, à travers lequel on pourra saisir les enjeux principaux de la question. Le crédit constitue en fait un instrument d'articulation flexible entre l'autorité politique légitime et générale et les individus ou les associations ouvrières particulières. L'organisation du crédit permet en fait de penser une sorte de centralisation dispersée.

This Ph.D. thesis studies the discourse of the first French Republican Socialists ("socialistes fraternitaires"), and their attempt to think of brotherhood in an individualist perspective. The first chapter considers what transformations in French society (changes in urban fabric, workshops industrialisation, the creation of a democratic public space, disembedding of economics, the role of religion in a democratic society) influenced such discourse The following chapters focus on topics central to this discourse: "power" (social power, association, revolution), "individual property" and its overcoming, "social conflict". The conclusion illustrates that the model of socio-political organization implied in such a discourse is a model "corporatiste républicain". In spite of, or thanks to, its simplicity, the idea of "recomposition totale" is shown to partake of the discursive structures and insurmountable contradictions typical of the first phase of democracy. ; Cette thèse est consacrée à l'analyse du discours des premiers socialistes républicains français, les « socialistes fraternitaires », et de leur tentative de penser la fraternité dans une perspective individualiste. Le I chapitre présente les transformations de la société française qui ont influé sur ce discours socialiste (tissu urbain, industrialisation par ateliers, espace public démocratique en définition, économique en autonomisation progressive, religion dans société sortant de la religion). Les chapitres suivants dégagent des thèmes de ce discours : pouvoir (pouvoir social, association, révolution), propriété individuelle et son dépassement, conflit social. Le chapitre conclusif révèle le modèle d'organisation socio-politique sous-jacent à ce discours, un modèle « corporatiste républicain ». Malgré, ou grâce à, son simplisme, l'idée de « recomposition totale » montre des constructions logiques et des contradictions insurmontables de la première phase de la démocratie.
