Over the last several years, ties between Vietnam as well as the "United States" have continued to progress in a number of directions. While US shipments to Vietnam have surged by over 175 percent in the previous five years, Vietnam's turnover to US customers has expanded by 230 percent. Vietnam's greatest export market is the "United States", and thus the "United States" is now Vietnam's 10th largest trade partner. Partnership between the two nations is expected to reach $90.8 billion in 2020, the first time it has surpassed the 90 billion dollar mark, with a goal of $100 billion in 2021. Vietnam's exports are made more difficult by the "non market economy" clause (NME) in U.S. trade remedies, making it harder for "anti-dumping" inspections to be conducted in the "United States". In the "anti-dumping" litigation, the NME classification that the "United States" now applies to Vietnamese exports is becoming an invisible trade barrier. "anti-dumping" legislation in the "United States" is analyzed in this article to see how it affects Vietnamese exports toward the U.S. market. According to the article, a "non-market economy" concept has been blamed for damaging Vietnam in "anti-dumping" battles with the "United States" and affecting the integrity of commercial transactions throughout the years.

Across many everyday contexts and technological devices, we encounter over and over againa mechanical-translation act called scanning, performed by flatbed scanners, photocopiers,barcode readers, televisions, x-ray airport security scanners, fax machines, retinal eyescanning, MRI scanning, ultra-sonography, and earth-orbiting satellite imaging. What all ofthese separate devices have in common is the same core technological mechanism and modeof action—the mapping of differences along a surface to be known by a lensless apparatusthat detects via probe-signals. Despite being mobilized to very different uses and within alarge diversity of networks and media assemblages, scanners arise from a commongenealogical source—the conceptual union of photography to telegraphy. Scanners appeareverywhere in our modern infrastructure. It is impossible to avoid these devices, as theymediate even the most basic transactions in everyday life, such as purchasing food at thegrocery store or checking out a book at a college library. Yet neither historians of technologynor media scholars have addressed this quotidian device which enables so much of modernbureaucracy in business, government and education to function. While the scanner's absencefrom the landscape of critical thought precisely marks the problem of the unremarkable inviour scholarship, the metaphor of scanning remains present in both common and scholarlydiscourse. Scanning may, at various times, stand in for a model of attention, a form ofreading, or serve as a simile for searching and/or diagnosing. The imagination of the scanwell precedes its appearance as a technology, which further indicates the necessity ofunderstanding this unexamined medium. This dissertation project investigates the object ofthe scanner as a term for organizing the imagination and materialization of an entire suite oftechnologies that we encounter daily. Conceived as a social history of technology married toa film and media studies paradigm, this dissertation examines the scanner as a form ofmachine-perception that, while it extends the dominant conception of the camera-prosthesis,stands as its own unique model of perceptual mediation. The scanner remains unique inmedia studies because so much of its identity depends upon the place it holds within thehistorical conditions of the intermedial assemblage in which it has been mobilized. Through aseries of case studies in which I loosely divide scanning technologies into genres ofperceptual and epistemological function, I triangulate the epistemic role of the scanner ineach of its respective media networks.

Current mobile user authentication systems based on PIN codes, fingerprint, and face recognition have several shortcomings. Such limitations have been addressed in the literature by exploring the feasibility of passive authentication on mobile devices through behavioral biometrics. In this line of research, this work carries out a comparative analysis of unimodal and multimodal behavioral biometric traits acquired while the subjects perform different activities on the phone such as typing, scrolling, drawing a number, and tapping on the screen, considering the touchscreen and the simultaneous background sensor data (accelerometer, gravity sensor, gyroscope, linear accelerometer, and magnetometer). Our experiments are performed over HuMIdb,1 one of the largest and most comprehensive freely available mobile user interaction databases to date. A separate Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) with triplet loss is implemented for each single modality. Then, the weighted fusion of the different modalities is carried out at score level. In our experiments, the most discriminative background sensor is the magnetometer, whereas among touch tasks the best results are achieved with keystroke in a fixed-text scenario. In all cases, the fusion of modalities is very beneficial, leading to Equal Error Rates (EER) ranging from 4% to 9% depending on the modality combination in a 3-second interval ; This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement no. 860315, and from Orange Labs. Tony Buzan first developed mind mapping, which has since become a popular learning technique. It solves various educational tasks by combining information from various sources and displaying it as keywords in a bright, colorful manner. Mind maps have been said to be a good way to study when applied to written material. This research aimed to guide and integrate mind mapping into descriptive writing with primary students. Ninety-four fifth-grade students at a primary school were chosen to participate in the study. Two groups of students from a primary school were recruited for the experiment. The proposed method was to be taught in one class, while the traditional method was to be taught in the other. The results showed that the students in the experimental group who learned using the mind map technique did better in writing than in the control group. Mind mapping has numerous educational applications and can assist students in their writing process. Teachers can use mind mapping tools to expand their knowledge and lay the groundwork for their students' learning. Teachers should be encouraged to take training courses on mind mapping to learn and practice the skills they need to use mind mapping in their classrooms.
