As an important part of the advanced socialist culture, red culture has profound inner spiritual connotation and abundant external forms of expression, which provides good educational resources for the innovation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the aspects of "emotion, reason and taste". As a result, digging the ideological and political education value of red culture from multiple perspectives, actively employing all means and opening up various ways to promote the deep integration of red culture & ideological and political teaching activities has become a significant measure to promote the innovation of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.

Abstract
In this paper, we examine the labor market recovery from the COVID-19 recession and test for effects of termination of pandemic unemployment insurance programs among 15–24-year-olds. We use data from the January 2016–October 2022 Current Population Survey. Using regression-based methods, we show that while 15–19-year-olds experienced a brisk, full recovery in labor market outcomes from the COVID-19 recession, the recovery was sluggish and incomplete among 20–24-year-olds, with some work outcomes lagging below pre-pandemic norms well into 2022. Termination of pandemic UI programs led to increased work hours and full-time employment among 20–24-year-olds but did not have these effects among 15–19-year-olds.

ABSTRACT
The lullaby "The Meadow Song" in Suzanne Collins's The Hunger Games trilogy provides a narrative fulcrum and plays a vital role in reinforcing these novels' thematic concern. However, extant criticism has not given due attention to its utopian function. Drawing upon Ernest Bloch's philosophy of music and other critics' theories on green utopia, this article intends to argue that the lullaby fulfills the utopian function of fueling Katniss's and other rebels' utopian imagination to fight for a better world of justice, equality, and freedom. It also posits that the green utopian community inspired by the lullaby in the last book of the trilogy functions not as an escapist pursuit, but as a micropolitical alternative in an era of global capitalism.

AbstractWhen there is asymmetry in the market size information held by an R&D firm outside a market that possesses new technology for lowering production costs, along with a monopoly firm that engages in production activities inside the market, the producing firm has an incentive to make its market size look smaller to reduce licensing fees. Fixed‐fee licensing is desirable for R&D firms in the absence of information asymmetry, but royalty licensing and a mixture of fees and royalties can work as a means to resolve information asymmetry. Using a dynamic model of signaling, this study shows that fixed‐fee licensing is adopted when the level of a new technology is large or small, while royalty licensing is adopted when the level is moderate.

Prior research in public management has emphasized the value of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (CO-OCB) and provided valuable insights on the antecedents of CO-OCB. However, questions regarding the consequences of CO-OCB have received limited attention. Using data collected from Chinese civil servants, this study utilized a moderated mediation model to examine how CO-OCB relates to turnover intention in the public sector. The results demonstrated that CO-OCB was negatively related to turnover intention through the mediating role of career commitment, and servant leadership moderated the positive association between CO-OCB and career commitment. More importantly, our findings showed that the indirect relationship between CO-OCB and turnover intention through career commitment was more pronounced when servant leadership was higher. Results are discussed in terms of their implications for research and practice.
