Cet article décrit les réseaux d'entrepreneurs chinois, et plus spécifiquement les réseaux des Wenzhou, à partir de la présentation de leurs principaux schémas de mobilité, en s'intéressant à leurs espaces de circulation ainsi qu'à leurs pays d'installation à travers le monde. Il met en évidence le lien étroit entre la répartition géographique des Wenzhou et l'émergence de la figure de « l'entrepreneur diasporique », non seulement dans les pays d'immigration mais aussi dans le pays d'origine, qui repose sur la mise en place de réseaux migratoires et commerciaux au sein du groupe diasporique. Par ailleurs, cette contribution — qui s'appuie sur des données collectées au cours de plusieurs enquêtes qualitatives (entretiens semi-directifs, observations de terrain), conduites entre 2011 et 2020, auprès des membres de la communauté wenzhou en France et en Chine — présente un panorama des principaux pays d'installation des Wenzhou depuis les années 2000, permettant ainsi de réfléchir aux facteurs qui contribuent à la mise en place et au fonctionnement des schémas de mobilité des Wenzhou grâce à l'analyse des modalités de constitution des réseaux sociaux que ces entrepreneurs tissent entre eux.

Cet article décrit le développement récent des médias en langue chinoise en France, et plus spécifiquement des « médias ethniques », à savoir des médias créés par et pour les migrants chinois. Il met en évidence le lien étroit entre ces médias ethniques et la formation de l'entrepreneuriat diasporique dans le pays d'installation, qui repose sur des stratégies et des objectifs (aussi bien économiques que politiques) internes au groupe diasporique et peu visibles par le reste de la société française. Par ailleurs, cet article souhaite aussi aborder une évolution récente, quoique marginale : le développement de médias ethniques en langue française ciblant en priorité les descendants d'immigrés chinois. Si elle se confirmait, cette tendance pourrait contribuer à élargir la visibilité de ces médias. Le présent article repose sur des données collectées au cours de plusieurs enquêtes qualitatives auprès des organes de presse de la diaspora chinoise en France.

The Chinese diaspora has been growing since the second half of the nineteenth century. In France, the Chinese immigration from the region of the Wenzhou has intensified since the 1980s. This sub-group of the Chinese diaspora has since rapidly expanded its economic activities. The objective of this thesis is to study the economic, social and spatial organization of Wenzhou migrants in France, manly in the Paris region, and to analyze the economic and social relations that they maintain with China in general and with their region of origin in particular. The central hypothesis of the thesis is that the economic "model of Wenzhou" area, as identified and analyzed by the Chinese scholars, and the development of Chinese entrepreneurship in France are closely linked in particular through "Import"of this model in France. The results of our thesis reveal the existence of an original transnational economy connecting France and China, that was supported by the Wenzhou diaspora and that produced a form of "migratory transfer" in each of the two countries. More broadly, the thesis helps to show how the Chinese diaspora in France contributed to the economic development of China, but also how it benefitted from measures included in China's new policy initiated in the early 2000s to consolidate itself. En France, la migration de Chinois originaires de la région de Wenzhou, s'est intensifiée depuis les années 1980. Ce sous-groupe de la diaspora chinoise a dès lors rapidement développé ses activités économiques. L'objectif cette thèse consiste à étudier l'organisation économique, sociale et spatiale des migrants de Wenzhou en France, principalement dans la région parisienne, et d'analyser les rapports économiques et sociaux que ceux-ci entretiennent avec la Chine en général et avec leur région d'origine en particulier. L'hypothèse centrale de la thèse est que le « Modèle de Wenzhou » en Chine, tel qu'il est identifié et analysé par les universitaires chinois, et le développement de l'entrepreneuriat chinois issu de Wenzhou en France sont étroitement liés. Pour ce faire, nous interrogerons notamment l'idée d'une « importation » de ce modèle en France. Les résultats de cette thèse permettent de révéler l'existence d'une économie transnationale originale, reliant la France et la Chine, qui a été soutenue par la diaspora Wenzhou et a produit une forme de « transfert migratoire » dans chacun des deux pays. Plus largement, la thèse permet de montrer de quelle manière la diaspora chinoise en France a contribué au développement économique de la Chine et comment elle a pu bénéficier de la nouvelle politique de la Chine initiée au début des années 2000 pour se consolider. <p>Accurate navigation is important for long-range rocket projectile's precise striking. For getting a stable and high-performance navigation result, a ultra-tight global position system (GPS), inertial measuring unit integration (IMU)-based navigation approach is proposed. In this study, high-accuracy position information output from IMU in a short time to assist the carrier phase tracking in the GPS receiver, and then fused the output information of IMU and GPS based on federated filter. Meanwhile, introduced the cubature kalman filter as the local filter to replace the unscented kalman filter, and improved it with strong tracking principle, then, improved the federated filter with vector sharing theory. Lastly simulation was carried out based on the real ballistic data, from the estimation error statistic figure. This paper aims at the power generation requirements of the fuze airflow-induced acoustic generator, analyzes the influence of structural parameters on the fluid power sound source, which is related to the power generation performance and use performance of the generator. In this paper, the orthogonal experiment method is used to study the sensitive parameters that control fluid dynamic sound sources. The results show that the annulus, the confronting distance, and cavity length can all have an impact on the sound pressure amplitude, and the sound pressure amplitude is most sensitive to the change of the confronting distance. However, the length of the resonant cavity has the most significant effect on the sound pressure frequency. The size of the annulus has a weak effect on the sound pressure frequency, and the confronting distance has almost no effect on the sound pressure frequency. The optimal combination scheme with the highest output power is selected according to the sensitive parameters. In addition, the empirical formula for the vibration frequency of the airflow-induced acoustic generator in the short resonant cavity was revised, and the influence of the annular gap on the vibration frequency was added, and the influence factor α = 0.3 was determined. The corrected frequency empirical formula has the smallest error between the theoretical value and the experimental value, and can be used as an effective method for estimating the vibration frequency. This provides a reference for the engineering design of the fuze airflow-induced acoustic generator, which has high military value and application prospects.
