I intend to offer in this article a visualized research of teenager lesbian style on TikTok and a discourse of queer safe spaces in networked contexts. Due to the influence of the queer feminist movement, the social acceptance of queerness has increased in most countries. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning groups are no longer limited by the gay 'dress code', which is historically used to protect queer identity from discrimination and violence. During my personal nomadic experience moving from China to the Netherlands, I noticed that it is hard to pick out someone who 'looks gay' in the street. The freedom of dressing and self-expression has gradually become universal in western countries. Whereas, without legalized same-sex marriage in mainland China, visibility in style is still a signification of sexuality and a way of communication. Beyond the diversity of style, a new form of lesbian 'dress code' on TikTok has triggered me to examine safe spaces for teenagers. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the fashion industry finds itself in a challenging condition, which is accelerating its digital transformation. An increasing number of fashion labels see potential in TikTok as a new public territory to practise self-exploration for numerous teens. By analysing the visual content and interviewing four TikTok creators, this article addresses the gap between public and insider prejudice around codes of dressing. It proposes not only to rethink the relation between fashion and identity but also to ruminate on queer safe space through researching ways of dressing.

The wind energy utilization in Hong Kong is limited, although its potential has proven to be significant. The lack of effective policy for wind energy development is the main constraint. In this paper, the wind power potential in Hong Kong is analyzed, and the wind power potential assessment is conducted based on one-year field measured wind data using Light Detection & ; Ranging (LiDAR) technology in a proposed offshore wind farm. Results show that the offshore wind power potential in Hong Kong was 14,449 GWh which occupied 32.20% of electricity consumption in 2017. In addition, the electricity market and power structure in Hong Kong are also reviewed with the existing policies related to renewable energy development. Conclusions can be made that the renewable energy target in Hong Kong is out of date and until now there have been no specific effective policies on wind energy. In order to urge Hong Kong, catch up with other countries/regions on wind energy development, the histories and evolution of wind energy policies in other countries, especially in Denmark, are reviewed and discussed. Suggestions are provided in the aspects of economics, public attitude, and political factors which can stimulate wind power development in Hong Kong.

Since the second term of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the "Indo-Pacific Strategy" has been widely promoted. Assisted by corpus
linguistics, this paper aims to explore the implicit ideology by providing insight into the context model from CDA perspective, and to
decode the discursive construction by combining "ideographs" and "policy triggers" as Ideological Rhetorical Criticism instructed. The study
shows these political texts are rich in forms of rhetorical strategies of "routinization", "hegemony", "uniformization" and "naturalization"
used to construct a discursive system to distinguish "them" from "us", so that to realize political aims.

Social governance is a hot topic in today's society. From the "social management" to "social governance", the latter more embodies the diversity of participation, which means based on an equal partnership, government, social organizations, enterprises, communities, individuals and other actors regulate and manage social affairs, social organizations and social life according to the law, and ultimately maximize the public interest. Community is a place where social situation, public opinion, and social basic contradictions and problems are centrally reflected, so it is an important part of society, the most basic content of the social organism and the epitome of macro society. Thus, the important part of social governance is the community governance. At the same time, NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) is the public's reaction to the event and the problem in the social governance. Lots of things from that have reference significance for the community governance. Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of NIMBY, explores how to use social capital and maximize the benefits by referring Chinese and other countries' successful experience via literature research, case analysis and comparative method, so as to better achieve the community participatory governance in China.
