Objective: the objective was to discussing the teachers' knowledge and practices of a Nursing graduate course about diagnosis of human responses. Method: a qualitative study, conducted during the years 2010 and 2012, with fourteen teachers of graduate nursing working in a College located in the city of Juazeiro-Ceara. Data were collected through an interview by the signing of the agreement by the participants. Results: the subjects conceive the diagnosis with the clinical judgment of nurses about basic human needs of the individual. Teachers enter the topic of diagnostic to their pedagogical activities, according to the peculiarities of each curriculum subject. Conclusion: it is suggested that teachers improve their knowledge on the diagnosis of human responses and introduce effectively the theme to their education practice.

Objective: To summarize the knowledge produced in the scientific literature of the main clinical complications during hemodialysis and describe nursing interventions according to the NIC. Method: an integrative literature review. For selection of four databases SCOPUS, CINAHL, PUBMED and LILACS were consulted, which included five articles. Studies fitted in the level 3 of scientific evidence, being an observational type. Results: the main clinical complications during hemodialysis sessions were: nausea, vomiting, cramps, itching, hypotension, hypertension and hypothermia. Nursing interventions were hydroelectrolytic monitoring, checking vital signs, administering medications and instructing the patient. Conclusion: the clinical complications are related to the rapid removal of fluid and accelerated electrolyte exchange during the hemodialysis session. Interventions raised showed the variety of possible behaviors before these complications.

Objective: To identify the adaptive problems of the psychosocial mode of the Roy model in chronic kidney patients on hemodialysis. Methods: Cross-sectional study with 178 patients from a dialysis center in the northeast of Brazil. Results: Three adaptive problems were identified, two of the self-concept: sexual dysfunction and low self-esteem; and one of the paper performance mode: paper failure. CONCLUSIONS: Adaptive flaws in the role, sexual dysfunction and low self-esteem refer to the presence of a conical disease and an invasive treatment, since these conditions directly affect the individual's lifestyle.
