The article is devoted to one of the forms of creative synthesis of types of art, which is being actualized in the modern space-time of musical and stage compositions, including through its own historical and genetic code. Singing in ballet appears in the context of art of the early 20th century as a common aesthetic phenomenon. However, music criticism and academic science have not yet provided the explanation of its mechanisms (image-aesthetic, psychological, form-creating, communicative), its overriding tasks in the concepts of modern musical theatre. The experience of problem statement in the field of interpretology provides the relevance of the topic of the article and determines the novelty of the obtained results.
The purpose of the article is to reveal the preconditions and content of the functional unity of the art of singing and dance against the background of artistic trends of the early 20th century (starting with "Pulcinella" by I. Stravinsky).
The creative tandem of dance and singing has its roots in ancient Greek culture, on which the creators of the French tradition of ballets du court (J.-B. Llully focused. In the realm of «mixed genres» of baroque music, the «golden age» of homo musicus began. The latest history of singing in ballet begins with I. Stravinsky, his «Pulchinelli». The obtained results of the research of the problem "What is singing in ballet — a tribute to history or an invention of modern culture"? First, the presence of the "genetic code" of this phenomenon in the art of Western Europe of the Modern times; secondly, the regularity of the tendency to synthesize singing in the art of ballet as a manifestation of neoclassicism, closely related to the historicism of compositional thinking of I. Stravinsky.
The conclusions outline the preconditions and content of the functional unity of singing and dance in the format of artistic trends of the early 20th century: 1) the historical and cultural code of French art (singing — dramatic play — dance); 2) personal self-reflection of I. Stravinsky (his relations on the basis of creative cooperation in the early 20th century later formed a wide range of communication for artists: O. Rodin, A. Modigliani, K. Monet, P. Picasso, V. Kandinsky); 3) imitation of pre-classical, pre-baroque, and ancient folk traditions. In general, the revival of the function of singing in ballet of the 20th century took place on the basis of musical historicism and serves as a mental sign of the birth of neoclassicism.

The objective of this paper is to measure the efficiency loss of green innovation caused by local government competition and explore its causes and evolution characteristics. Based on the equimarginal principles such as the deviation of the allocation of green innovation output factors, this paper uses the panel data of China's provinces (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from 2000 to 2020 and employs the spatial panel measurement model and the Kernel density estimation. The study finds that first, local government competition causes the mismatch of local innovation factors not only locally but also in neighboring regions. Second, the mismatch of innovative talents and capital caused by local government competition lowers the green innovation efficiency. Third, the shortage of innovative talents caused by local government competition is the main reason for the loss of green innovation efficiency in Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai. Fourth, the degree of efficiency loss of green innovation at the provincial level in China is heterogeneous in government competition strategies, and the loss due to tax competition is the most significant. Fifth, although the loss of green innovation efficiency generally decreases yearly, in the future, the institutional competition will still hinder the improvement of green innovation efficiency in the eastern, central and western regions of China. Our policy suggestions include promoting regional cooperation and cultivating innovative talents to further improve the efficiency of green innovation.

PurposeAn increasing number of customers are using customer-to-customer (C2C) platforms to buy and sell products and services. Despite this growth, little research has examined customer experiences with C2C e-commerce. This study examines how informational and emotional interactions affect customer patronage behaviors by increasing customer trust in both sellers and platforms.Design/methodology/approachA self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from 181 customers of C2C platforms in the United States. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.FindingsThe results show that informational interactions affect customer trust both in sellers and platforms, resulting in customer loyalty. The findings also show that emotional interactions affect customer trust in sellers. Multi-group analyses suggest that the impacts of informational and emotional interactions on trust vary depending on customer demographics.Research limitations/implicationsTheoretical implications in this study arise from (1) examination of customer experiences with C2C platforms using the stimulus-organism-response framework, (2) identification of the role of informational and emotional interactions in the formation of trust and (3) exploration of the ways in which customer gender, age and income affect the connection between experiences and consequences in C2C settings.Practical implicationsFrom a practical perspective, this study provides useful guidelines to help C2C business practitioners increase customer patronage behavior by means of interactions and trust.Originality/valueThis study provides practical and academic implications by examining how customer interactions affect customer trust in e-commerce C2C platforms.

As a socialist country, China has made great progress in its economy since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in 1978. Economic policy plays an important role in economic development. But with the arrival of the new normal economy, slow development has become the main problem facing us now, even the downward pressure of the economy. Therefore, the Chinese government constantly adjusts its economic policies to adapt to the development of the economy. Appropriate changes in economic policies are conducive to better play the role of adjustment, but frequent changes in policies will hinder the development of the economy to a certain extent. This paper analyses the characteristics of China's EPU index tries to find the characteristics of the index and puts forward some policy recommendations. By using the GARCH model to analyze China's EPU index, we find that the index has the following characteristics: volatility clustering, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. And through the trend chart of the index, we can see that in recent years, China's EPU index has been improving in general.

As an important part of economic operation, financial market has been playing an indispensable role, whether positive or strong negative impediment. If the financial market runs steadily, it will undoubtedly benefit the good operation of the economy, but the transition fluctuation of the financial market will easily lead to major difficulties in economic development. Therefore, the government has been committed to adopt different policy measures to regulate the healthy development of the economy and even the financial market, but the frequent introduction of policies will inevitably lead to policy uncertainty, which itself will lead to financial market volatility to a certain extent. Taking stock market as the representative of financial market, this paper studies the correlation between China's economic policy uncertainty and China's stock market. Using monthly data from 1995 to 2019, so as to trigger in-depth thinking,this paper mainly uses VAR model to explore whether there is a structural mutation in the relationship between the two, and to find out the reasons behind the mutation.

AbstractIn many developing countries, public patients offer payments to their doctors outside the official payment channels. We argue that the fundamental reason for these informal payments is that formal prices cannot fully differentiate patients' various needs. We compare patient welfare and social efficiency when informal payments are allowed with the scenario when they are banned. Patient heterogeneity plays a central role in the comparison. Contrary to conventional wisdom, allowing informal payments always improves social efficiency when patients do not face income constraints. Moreover, allowing informal payments improves patient welfare if patients' willingness to pay differs significantly.
