In the last decades Colombia has introduced several institutional arrangements in order to attract investment at infrastructure facilities and installations, so that this research is aimed to compare and clarify the different frames in reference to the introduction of trustee as a fair investment vehicle for Public Private Partnerships (PPP) realization in Colombia. Additionally, in order to attract investment from China to Colombia, this research depicts the realization of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) through the use of trustee as special investment vehicle. The study aims to identify advantages and disadvantages exploring the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) as mechanism of PPP realization based on the case of Colombia introducing trustee as a complementary SPV cooperation tool. This study seeks contributions to creditors, investors, policy makers, governmental entities, to encourage its use by clarifying the difference within the application and realization of PPP projects depicting necessarily through the PPP context in Colombia served by New Institutional Economic Perspective (NIEP) whose main direction is demonstrating and assuring through trustee a fair treatment among its counterparts involved at executing complex infrastructure projects and to take the case of Colombia as an example that could be applied in other countries.

This article begins by analysing Russian filtration operations and the collection and use of Ukrainian inhabitants' biometric information. It finds that whereas the Russian filtration operations constitute a clear violation of the law of belligerent occupation, the collection of personal and biometric information is unlikely to constitute a separate and independent violation. This article argues that the current law of belligerent occupation is unsatisfactory and fails to provide sufficient protection for inhabitants. It compares six different ways to further develop the laws of belligerent occupation to enhance the protection of inhabitants' biometric data and privacy interests. This article concludes that the best approach is to recognize biometric data as private property under the lex ferenda of belligerent occupation.

Proposed Amendments to the Company Law was considered and passed on December 29, 2023, marking an important update to the foundational law of China's modern enterprise system. AbstractIn recent years, there has been an increasing focus on women's science fiction in China. A prevailing perception among readers and critics suggests that women's sensibilities enable them to convey more nuanced emotions in their works. To examine this viewpoint within the realm of contemporary Chinese science fiction, a quantitative approach based on affective computing was employed. This approach allowed for a systematic evaluation of indicators such as emotional arc, emotional richness, and twistiness. The findings reveal that while individual writers may exhibit distinct emotional writing styles, overall, there is no significant disparity in emotional narratives between male and female science fiction writers.
