The essay aims to reflect on the possibility of undertaking a new regenerative way centered on the paradigm of sustainability in the light of what is indicated by the international (UN Agenda 2030) and national (ASviS) policies on a new model of environmental, social and cultural development.In this perspective, it is necessary to question how education, training and pedagogy can "intercept" these challenges in order to be able to propose that culture of sustainability starting from the formation of the new generations, through empowering learning contexts of an eminently transformative and generative nature (Mezirow, 1991; Margiotta, 2015) in knowing how to recognize, accept and creatively live "taking care" of our "homeland" and the people who live there (Morin, 2020). ; Il saggio vuole riflettere sulla possibilità di intraprendere una nuova via rigenerativa centrata sul paradigma della sostenibilità alla luce di quanto indicato dalle Politiche internazionali (Agenda ONU 2030) e nazionali (ASviS) su un nuovo modello di sviluppo ambientale, sociale e culturale. In questa prospettiva occorre interrogarsi come l'educazione, la formazione e la pedagogia possano "intercettare" tali sfide per poter proporre quella cultura della sostenibilità a partire dalla formazione delle nuove generazioni attraverso contesti di apprendimento capacitanti di natura eminentemente trasformativa e generativa (Mezirow, 1991; Margiotta, 2015) nel saper riconoscere, accettare e vivere creativamente "prendendoci cura" della nostra "Terra-patria" e delle persone che vi abitano (Morin, 2020).

The paper examines the talent training through the new dual learning methodologies and the new role of the secondary school teacher in the alternation between school and work.The dissemination of forms of work-based learning has been and is at the heart of the most significant European recommendations on the subject of education and training.In Italy in particular, in the light of recent legislative interventions on apprenticeship training (Legislative Decree 81 of 2015) and on the alternation between school and work (Law 107 called "Buona scuola") a strong message was launched to teachers, tutors, tutors companies, managers, entrepreneurs in order to create new contaminations between the educational world and the world of work to counter the negative phenomena of youth unemployment and Neet.It is therefore necessary to ask ourselves about some "key questions" such as: how can the school make these dual methods effective redesigning new curricola? How to train new talents in the initial training courses to face the work of the future and how can the teacher class facilitate the student's learning through an action of agency tutorship? ; Il paper esplora la formazione del talento attraverso le nuove metodologie di apprendimento duale e il nuovo ruolo dell'insegnante di scuola secondaria nei percorsi di alternanza scuola-lavoro.La diffusione di forme di apprendimento basato sul lavoro è stata ed è al centrodelle più significative raccomandazioni europee relativamente alla materiaistruzione e formazione.In Italia in particolare, alla luce dei recenti interventi legislativi sull'apprendistatoformativo (D.lgs 81 del 2015) e sull'alternanza scuola-lavoro (Legge 107 cosiddetta Buona scuola) è stato lanciato un forte messaggio agli insegnanti, tutor scolastici, tutor aziendali, dirigenti, imprenditori al fine di creare nuove contaminazioni tra mondo educativo e mondo del lavoro per contrastare i fenomeni negativi della disoccupazione giovanile e dei NEET.Occorre, dunque, interrogarsi su alcuni "quesiti chiave" quali: ...

This contribution is the result of a collective work carried out within the «Learning circle Economics of reciprocity» within the Siref 2021 Summer School. The basic theme on which the contribution intends to reflect is that of rethinking generative ecosystems that can «enable» society as a whole towards an approach to «reciprocity», in contrast to the growing forms of poverty. In this perspective it is necessary to promote new active labor policies towards decent work, new educational policies towards a culture of sustainability; new perspectives of meaning related to the dimensions of fraternity, care, relationality, planetary solidarity towards possible models of sustainable development. ; Il presente contributo è frutto di un lavoro collettaneo realizzato nell'ambito del "Learning circle Economia di reciprocità" all'interno della Summer School Siref 2021. Il tema di fondo sul quale il contributo intende riflettere è quello di ripensare ecosistemi generativi che possano "capacitare" la società nella sua interezza verso un approccio alla "reciprocità", in contrasto alle crescenti forme di po vertà. In questa prospettiva è necessario promuovere nuove politiche attive del lavoro verso un lavoro dignitoso, nuove politiche educative verso una cultura della sostenibilità; nuove prospettive di significato correlate alle dimensioni della fraternità, della cura, della relazionalità, della solidarietà planetaria verso possibili modelli di sviluppo sostenibile.
