The article contributes to the discussion regarding the state certificate Since the new legislation in 2015 was introduced, the number of foreign sessions of the state certificate examinations in Polish as a foreign language has significantly decreased. The article aims to show the impact of the amended legal provisions on the availability of the certificate examinations outside of Poland and, consequently on the level of knowledge about them among potential candidates in Italy. Public discussions on the Polish pension system clearly indicate the need for further reforms. Numerous studies show that the majority of Poles negatively assess the entire pension system and the activities of individual entities associated with it. With alow level of acceptance of the rules of the pension system and alack of trust init, it is difficult tocount on the tendency tosave citizens for the post-production period, which inthe case of the ubiquitous demographic crisis seems tobe apriority task for the authorities of all European Union countries. Changes tothe pension system should be implemented inconditions of strengthening trust, which can be achieved, inter alia, by building trust inindividual institutions, products and the entire system. The aim of the article was toanalyse the levels of trust inthe Polish pension system. An attempt was made tosystematise the determinants shaping trust based on the analysis of Polish conditions. The article was prepared on the basis of aliterature review on trust and the pension system.
