Las relaciones de dependencia entre el desarrollo de la ciencia, la estructura económica y los modelos de formación profesional son el objeto de este trabajo. Hacemos uso de los sistemas de ideas que sobre la ciencia y la tecnología han desarrollado la teoría económica y las disciplinas humanísticas. Desde ellas investigamos el contexto europeo en el que surge el sistema alemán de formación profesional y los hechos históricos más determinantes que contribuyeron a su creación. Damos cuenta de las bases legales y de la evolución normativa del modelo de Estado federal. Estudiamos su sistema educativo y las instituciones y modalidades donde se ubica la formación profesional y de la evolución a partir de su legislación. También del papel que diferentes instituciones –políticas, sociales y económicas– desempeñan en su desarrollo y regulación. El objetivo es valorar el lugar de la ciencia y la implicación de las empresas en la formación y en el contacto con la realidad de la tecnología por medio de su compromiso y participación responsable en el sistema educativo para mantener actualizado, en mutuo interés, el contenido y su estructura. ; The relationships of dependency between the development of science, economic structure and models of vocational training are the subject of this study. We make use of the ideas that over science and technology have developed the economic theory and the humanistic disciplines. From them it is investigated the European context in which the German system of vocational training emerges and the historical facts more determinants that contributed to its creation. We account for the legal bases and the normative evolution of the Federal State model. We study their educational systems and the institutions and modalities where evolution and professional training is located from their legislation. We also account for the role that different institutions –political, social and economic– they play in their development and regulation. The objective is to assess the place of science and the involvement of enterprises in training and in contact with the reality of the technology through its commitment and responsible participation in the educational system to keep updated, on mutual interest, the content and its structure.

The aim of this article is to bring together different legal, political science and sociological perspectives addressing the problem of Europeanization of national judiciaries. In that sense, this article provides an overview of several old aspects regarding the way and extent national courts/judges adapted to their role of European judges. Next to that, it is looked into the manner of and reasons behind judges' involvement in the process of EU legal integration, whereby a new research agenda is offered. For that purpose, new questions are raised and different empirical aspects are discussed concerning, for instance, courts compliance with EU law, the relevance of national judges' individual profiles (knowledge, attitudes and values) but also the role of institutions (networks) and legal systems in the process of Europeanization of judges.

El objeto de nuestro trabajo es el análisis de la estructura docente de la Universidad española entre 1943 y 1970. Las fuentes empleadas quedan contenidas en la evolución del ordenamiento legal generado por la acción política en materia de universidades. El método parte del contenido de la Ley de 29 de julio de 1943, entendida como norma fundamental y fuente de validez de todas las de este orden, y desarrolla un análisis de los hechos políticos en el que prima como guía el sentido objetivo y descriptivo del contenido legal como orden coactivo que marca la realidad de esta etapa. Es un trabajo necesario para entender las condiciones en que fue reconstruida la Universidad española durante la postguerra, en la medida que condicionó el desarrollo de la ciencia y la cultura posterior a la brillante etapa gestada durante el primer tercio del siglo XX. ; The purpose of our work is the analysis of the teaching structure of Spanish Universities between 1943 and 1970. The sources used are contained as part of the legal system evolution generated by the political action in the field of universities. The method is based on the content analysis of the law of 29 July, 1943, understood as a fundamental norm and source of validity of all of this order. An analysis of political events is developed, within this method, whereby the objective and descriptive sense of legal content takes presidency as the coercive order that marks the reality of this stage. This constitutes the fundamentals for the understanding of the conditions of the reconstruction of the Spanish Universities during the post-war period, to the extent that this Law conditioned the development of science and culture in contrast to the earlier golden age during the first third of the 20th century

This paper examines the impact of judicialisation on the right to cross-border healthcare in Denmark and Spain, i.e., the national impact of legal integration as spurred by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). We expect the national impact of judicialisation to be conditioned by the ex-post judicial, administrative and political responses, particularly the national courts' activation of EU law. By using new data, a compilation of national court cases, quasi-judicial proceedings and research interviews with key respondents, we examine the process of judicialisation in the two member states. The findings demonstrate that the national courts hardly played a role in Denmark and that although the courts were more active in Spain, the rulings remained largely unobserved by the political and administrative elite and the courts were thus unable to push for change. The administrative and political responses were found to be quite similar in the two member states, adapting to EU-induced changes in a protectionist and defensive manner. We conclude that the two universalistic healthcare models have so far proved resistant to judicialisation and that the discrepancy between what emerges de jure at the supranational level and the de facto rights produced at the national level is still a wide one. ; This paper examines the impact of judicialisation on the right to cross-border healthcare in Denmark and Spain, i.e., the national impact of legal integration as spurred by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
