AbstractThe introduction of knowledge management (KM) systems has become a key factor that potentially leads to competitive advantage. To take fully advantage of KM systems it is often necessary to make adjustments along a variety of dimensions to the organisations concerned. This paper proposes a KM model built around four factors: strategic; organisational; technical and informational; cultural and human. With special focus on the audit and consultancy profession, this paper identifies the respective influence of individual factors on the use and capitalisation of the knowledge contained in the KM system that is introduced into an organisation. The results show that use of the system is facilitated by technical and information systems (knowledge bases) developed as a significant part of the group's strategy and culture. However, despite organisational actions that focus o knowledge, knowledge capitalisation remains problematic, in large part, due to human and cultural reticence over sharing. Blockchain raises great expectations of data decentralization and better efficiency-cost ratio, integration speed, and data protection that appear as promises of gains in all areas. The fundamental assumption was that transparency prevents or reduces illegitimate forms of power. However, discussions are emerging about how digitization is likely to exacerbate power inequalities in food systems, as transparency can become tyrannical when it contributes to the proliferation of audits, evaluations, and assessment measures. The objective of this research is to contribute by providing knowledge about the implications of this digitization for farmers. For a first exploratory study, we conducted 53 interviews with actors of digitalization of agri-food, and we used 9 press releases, 3 webinars, and 1 article published in a specialized French journal. These materials evoke 12 different agro-food chains recently equipped with blockchain in France. From this pool of chains, we focused on four through in-depth analysis of interviews and literature readings using NVivo software. The first results highlight that the use of blockchain for transparency rarely delivers on its promises. Blockchain tends to centralize control since few actors have access to the distributed ledger, and the visibility brought to farmers, at the consumer level, tends to become a form of control. While blockchain seems to provide some benefits to producers, it raises the issue of overloaded technology and the problem of their data privacy.

La notion d'innovation frugale dont l'occurrence d'usage augmente dans les sphères scientifiques, interpelle différentes communautés scientifiques et différents usages selon les institutions. L'innovation frugale renvoie de manière dominante à des situations d'innovations sous contraintes fortes dans les conditions d'accès aux ressources tangibles ou intangibles (connaissances, informations). Elle interpelle les dispositifs réseaux qui structurent, dans ces contextes, l'hybridation des bases de connaissance scientifiques et profanes, et donc les travaux sur le management de la connaissance et l'intelligence économique. L'objet de ce séminaire co-organisé au sein du séminaire permanant " innovation et développement "de l'Umr innovation en relation avec le réseau RRI, MRM et le Labex Entreprendre est de mettre en débat auprès de la communauté scientifique différents travaux concourant à mieux définir l'innovation frugale en relation avec le développement.

En particulier il est mis en évidence les objectifs des entreprises (veille concurrentielle, gestion de la relation client, capitalisation des savoirs, amélioration des processus d'échange d'informations.), les outils déployés (bases de données, logiciels de travail collaboratif.), ainsi que les dispositifs organisationnels et de gestion des ressources humaines mobilisés. Les problèmes rencontrés dans la mise en oeuvre des politiques de management des connaissances seront également soulignés (culture, réticences.).
