This paper studies, for the Colombian case, the relationship between illicit crops, coca crops eradication strategies and citizens' perceptions of trust on the local executive and the police. Using survey data from the America's Barometer and contextual level data on coca crops and eradication strategies it was possible to conclude: a higher local incidence of illicit drugs trafficking has a negative relationship with citizens' perceptions of trust on the local governments. These relationships are not homogeneous as they are conditioned by individual level variables such as evaluations of the economy and the provision of public goods. Adapted from the source document.

O presente estudo aborda os negócios jurídicos processuais como ferramenta para promoção de um processo mais justo e adequado ao direito material postulado, trabalhando a cláusula geral do artigo 190 do CPC/2015, o princípio do autorregramento da vontade das partes e, como foco principal, a atuação do magistrado frente aos negócios jurídicos processuais, que a partir dos preceitos trazidos pelo Novo Código e pelo princípio da cooperação, deve dialogar com os participantes do processo. A deficiência na antiguidade era tratada com discriminação, pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais nao tinham o respeito dos demais, a incapacidade era sinônimo de deficiência. Porém, no período pós guerra, com inúmeros feridos, buscou-se a reabilitação destes, fato que encejou uma mudança de paradigma. Atualmente, recentes modificações ampliaram a chamada Teoria das Incapacidades, reconhecendo para estas a incapacidade relativa, nos termos do Artigo 4º, inciso III do referido código, cuja redação fora dada pela Lei 13.146/2015, também conhecida como Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência. Dessa forma, a predita lei ao criar o instituto da Tomada de Decisão Apoiada apresenta nova medida capaz de beneficiar os portadores de necessidades especiais, e por meio da jurisdição voluntária permitiu a autonomia necessária para requererem o referido instituto. AbstractContra recent, inflationary views, the paper submits a deflationary approach to legal ontology. It argues, in particular, that to answer ontological questions about legal entities, we only need conceptual analysis and empirical investigation. In developing this proposal, it follows Amie Thomasson's 'easy ontology' and her strategy for answering whether ordinary objects exist. The purpose of this is to advance a theory that, on the one hand, does not fall prey to sceptical views about legal reality (viz., that ontological truths about legal entities are established by metaphysical principles); and, on the other, is compatible with common-sense jurisprudence (viz., that there in fact exist legal entities, and they all have important practical implications). While this methodology is common to legal philosophers interested in elucidating the 'artifactual nature' of law, the paper departs from their projects by taking a step forward in connecting this deflationary approach to legal ontology with an expressivist account of legal discourse, thus providing enough resources to satisfy the general ambition of jurisprudence, viz., to establish the conditions for the analysis of legal reality and its normative character.

Cet article est consacré à la philosophie henryenne de la religion. Michel Henry a mené un programme philosophique d'une ambition inouïe depuis l'époque de Fichte, inspiré par la méthode husserlienne de l'intuition. Une intuition d'ordre transcendantal, qui opère une réduction de l'ensemble des epistêmai qui encombrent la lumière de chair qu'est la vie subjective individuelle. En parcourant ce chemin, les œuvres formidables de ces phénoménologues critiques de Husserl que furent notamment Heidegger et Merleau-Ponty, ont dû céder à l'élan originel de la méthode telle qu'elle fut premièrement conçue.

Las líneas ferroviarias que han dejado de prestar servicio presentan una oportunidad para ser reutilizadas como ejes alternativos para desplazamientos no motorizados (a pie, en bicicleta, a caballo.), en el marco de una política de desarrollo regional y apuesta por actividades turísticas sostenibles, de base rural. Este artículo identifica las vías férreas desmanteladas en Andalucía, para analizar posteriormente su aptitud de uso -es decir, el estado de adecuación para ser transitadas y la accesibilidad a núcleos de población y redes de comunicación- así como las cualidades ambientales y paisajísticas del entorno que atraviesan. De dicho análisis surge una caracterización de cada una de las vías en función de su mayor o menor idoneidad para acoger dichos usos alternativos (capacidad potencial). Dicho diagnóstico podrá orientar los criterios que las distintas administraciones públicas adopten en el desarrollo de políticas de fomento y recuperación de "itinerarios verdes". ; Railway lines that are no longer in use have an opportunity to be converted into alternative trafficfree routes -footpaths, cycle lanes.-, as a part of the regional development policy and the support of a sustainable way of tourism. In this paper we identify such former railways lines in Andalusia, and then we analyse the suitability for public use (conditions for the transit and accessibility to urban areas and transport networks). The environmental quality and the surrounding landscape features are also analysed. As a result, we obtain a characterization of each railway line according to the potentiality to be used as a rail trail. Finally, this diagnostic should guide the judgements in the public decision making, within the context of greenway promotion and planning. ; Lignes de chemin de fer qui ont quitté le service offre une occasion pour les réutiliser comme axes alternatifs pour non motorisés (marche à pied, vélo, cheval .), dans le cadre d'une politique de développement régional et de l'engagement pour le tourisme base rurale durable. Cet article identifie les chemins de fer démantelé en Andalousie, la façon d'analyser en utilisant aptitude que signifie le fait d'être occupé et de remise en forme pour l'accessibilité des centres de population et des réseaux de communication, ainsi que des qualités environnementales et paysagères de l'environnement qui traverser. A partir de cette analyse une caractérisation de chacun des trajets en fonction de leur degré de pertinence pour tenir compte de ces autres utilisations (capacité potentielle) se pose. Ce diagnostic peut cibler différents critères à adopter en élaboration de politiques gouvernementales et de la récupération de la construction de "voies vertes".
