Abstract
The focus on profit and continuous struggle for increasing market share has gradually led to the neglect of the environment. The opportunist behavior of companies by threatening of ecological environment has led to a indirect neglect of its consumers. According to that, the implementation of green approach in all business areas has to be present. When it comes to a supply chain and its sustainability in an ecological sense, the question of adequate choice of suppliers and/or partners is a priority. The process of supplier selection is the first stage in the process of designing the supply chain. Therefore, this phase will decide whether the whole supply chain will be green-oriented. The aim of the paper is to point out the increasing implementation of the green approach in the supply chain, and above all in the supplier selection process. In addition, the paper analyses the impact of the economic environment as a factor of implementation of the green approach. In order to verify the hypothesis, the authors analyze EPI and LPI indexes, as well as the correlation between them. According to the results of the analysis, the authors indicate which countries are the green destinations and also the source of the green suppliers (green partners).

Supply chains, as networks of companies, are focused on creating greater value to meet market needs with aim to achieve higher profitability. In this regard, all activities and processes within supply chain, starting from supply of raw materials until to the delivery of final products at the market, must be organized bearing in mind the aim of the supply chain. The focus of the paper is on upstream supply chian, and on solving the dilemma of supplying from single or muliple sources. The significance of this part of supply chain arises from the fact that any potential disorder or disruption in supplying can jeopardize making the value for consumers and the survival of the whole chain. Considering that due to the reduction in the complexity of upstream supply chain management, there is a trend of supplier base reduction, the aim of the paper is to determine how much this trend is present in the Republic of Serbia, with a special emphasis on the food industry. Using by regression analysis and based on the results of empirical research.

The paper proposes a Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods-based approach to assess Learning Management Systems (LMS). The proposed approach includes the objective weighting method MEREC, used to determine the criteria weights, and CRADIS, applied in assessing alternatives and choosing the optimal one. It is revealed that the objectivity degree decreases when the qualitative type of criteria, which strongly depends on the subjective opinion of decision-makers, is used. The proposed approach gave adequate results, confirmed by conducting a sensitivity analysis based on the TOPSIS, ARAS, and MARCOS methods, and by comparing the results with similar research studies.

Abstract
Continuous organic production growth in the Republic of Serbia poses the issue of the existence of adequate distribution channels for these products, as they require specific storage and distribution requirements. In addition, the development of organic food production and demand for these products indicates that this market segment is not negligible. Hence, there is a need to analyze the degree of customer satisfaction with organic foods with existing distribution channels. Are there adequate channels for the distribution of organic food? How much trust do consumers have in distribution channels and whether the level of trust in distribution channels can affect consumers' buying decisions? These are just some questions that come up. In this regard, the subject of research will be the existing distribution network of organic products in the Republic of Serbia, as well as the degree of satisfaction and trust of consumers in distribution channels, in order to define guidelines and recommendations for the redesign of the organic food distribution network. In order to answer those questions, empirical research was conducted on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and for the purposes of statistical analysis was used following statistical methods: ANOVA, MANOVA, cluster analysis, and descriptive statistics.

Abstract
Given that data and information have become the most valuable assets of companies that can be efficiently and economically stored in the cloud infrastructure, there is great pressure on business entities to capitalize on this business and technological opportunity. There is a particular pressure on oil companies to find new ways to create a competitive advantage by using the opportunities offered by cloud-based businesses. This is primarily a result of the fact that the reorientation of business activities to this type of storage and integration of data and applications represents a major change in the business world, and the growth trend continues in all aspects of the business. This paper deals with the possibilities and challenges of applying cloud technology in oil companies operating in turbulent conditions caused by fluctuations in oil prices in the global market..

Industry 4.0 enables intelligent manufacturing that focuses on designing, creating and delivering products and services tailored to individual customer requirements. This industry encourages the integration of various intelligent manufacturing systems and advanced information technologies, such as cyberphysical systems, the Internet of Things and the Internet of Services. The aim of this paper is to prove, on the basis of analysis of selected academic sources and examples from business practice, that Industry 4.0, as a global transformation of production and other business segments based on digitalization and the Internet, increasingly transforms existing supply chains into supply chains 4.0 and affects their business performance. There are three key parts of this paper. The first part presents the conceptual and business framework of Industry 4.0, as well as its dependence on certain digital technologies. The second part points to the business relevance of supply chains 4.0 and the technological conditionality of their adaptation to customer expectations. The last part proves the fact that Industry 4.0 enables the company to be transformed into a digital supply chain (supply chain 4.0) that can successfully respond to changes in the environment.

Companies are increasingly incorporating both social and environmental sustainability into their business activities. Ethical issues along with environmental and labor protection issues are integral components of the supply chain strategy. By implementing the concept of green supply chain, the level of sustainability, supply continuity and long-term business efficiency are improved. Positioning modern supply chains in the context of a green economy and a dynamic business environment is a matter of work. The key goal of this paper is to identify the business implications of the relationship between green supply chains, the environment and economic, social and environmental performance, based on the analysis for the field of research of relevant scientific sources, and to propose a model of "greening" of classic supply chains. of benefit to researchers and company managers. The research contribution of this paper is reflected in the achieved level of development and degree of implementation of sustainability practices in global supply chain management practices, overview of concepts, paradigms and research in the field of green supply chains over a period of twenty years, as well as in examining the impact of leading global supply chains on three main aspects of the environment-climate, water resources and forests. The paper is structured according to the IMRAD principle. The first part points out the different theoretical coverage of the concept of green supply chain. Then a green supply chain model is proposed. Analysis of the development perspective and discussion on the impacts of green chains on the environment is a key topic of the next part of the paper.

Abstract
The paper aims to analyse structural changes in foreign trade based on systematic statistical data as a factor of competitiveness of the Republic of Serbia. First, contemporary tendencies in international trade are analysed, where the value and volume of world trade are monitored, as well as key changes in the structure of world exports and imports in the observed period. By assessing the position of the Republic of Serbia in international trade, it is necessary to consider the extent to which the foreign trade of the Republic of Serbia adapts to the structural changes in world trade. Then, the structure of the merchandise exchange of the Republic of Serbia according to the purpose of the product is examined as well as the structure of the merchandise exchange according to sectors and commodity groups. Later in the paper, the achieved development of the industry is questioned, where the focus of the analysis is put on the quality of exports and the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, which in the Republic of Serbia produces most of the exchangeable goods. The last part of the paper deals with the analysis of the technological structure and factor intensity of Serbian goods exports. In this way, the research question is answered that there is a need for structural changes in production and foreign trade in the Republic of Serbia in order to improve its competitiveness.

This manuscript proposes the utilization of the SWOT-SWARA analysis for the prioritization of tourism development strategies. The applicability and simplicity of the proposed analysis is demonstrated by the example of the tourism destination of Sokobanja Spa in the Republic of Serbia. By using the SWOT analysis, three decision-makers defined the key sub-factors and development strategies, after which they performed the prioritization of the SWOT factors, sub-factors and strategies by applying the SWARA method. The final results are indicative of the following order of the proposed development strategies: ST1WT2SO1ST2SO2WO1WO2WT2. Applying the proposed strategies by following the given order will contribute to the improvement and further development of the tourism destination of Sokobanja Spa, which is the main goal of the performed analysis.

Supply chain assumes a unique business process without inter-company boundaries. Each supply chain partner is important for achievement of customer requirements. On the one hand, supply chain is an inexhaustible source of competitive advantage, created by the companies, which constitute it. However, on the other hand, due to its complexness, supply chain is an easy target of numerous factors, which jeopardize its competitiveness. Some of those factors are: turbulence, deliberate threats, external pressures, resource limits, sensitivity, and supplier/customer disruptions. Successful dealing with those factors assumes establishment of mechanisms for increasing supply chain resilience. Many researches indicate that some factors have greater influence on supply chain disruption and discontinuance. If those factors can be isolated, it will be easier to manage them or to avoid their influence. Therefore, the objective of the research presented in this paper is identification of the most frequent causes of supply chain disturbances, as a first step for developing supply chain resilience. According to the research results, the authors suggest what should be a primary focus of supply chain management, dealing with issues of resilience. Also, the authors indicate which characteristics (capability factors) supply chains have to have in order to be considered resistant.
