Abstract
The cross-sectional association between female labour force participation rates and fertility in developed countries shifted from negative to positive during the 1980s. Ever since then, researchers have applied different statistical approaches; therefore, the present study re-evaluates the results by applying a distinct strategy to the data from 2000 to 2020 for 32 countries belonging to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Specifically, the data analysis discussed here implemented the so-called "unified" model, thereby extending the analysis beyond the limitations of the fixed effects (FE) method; namely, by decomposing coefficients within (time-series) and between (cross-sectional) countries' effects, the study increased the explanatory power of our statistical model on the relation between fertility level and female labour force participation rate. Eventually, the selected statistical approach has shown the potential to offer a better interpretation of results in comparison to previous studies. Finally, this study confirmed the persistence of a negative trend in a time-series association between labour force participation and fertility.

This article explores the impact of mythology on urban planning within the creative economy framework. In an urban environment, mythology provides new potentials and introduces the possibilities of built heritage as well as its prose and narrative forms, historical contexts, and social relations. Activists, artists, and other cultural workers promote the culture of freedom of expression in this authentic space. Their bottom-up approach allowed Savamala to become one the most interesting quarters of Belgrade. Meanwhile, the Belgrade Waterfront project is nearing completion and the question whether it will preserve the cultural heritage of Savamala arises. This article investigates the role of mythology in Savamala's riverfront regeneration, the use of narrative myths and mythical spatial potentials, and the role of mythology in urban planning today.

Serbia recently decided to organize the country as a democracy, with major political goal to join European Union. This initiated adoption of new laws according to the best practice from European countries regulations. The area of public procurement was one of them, with major aim to increase the transparency and concurrency in the procurement process in order to make it more efficient. During last 10 years, we saw the rise and fall of procurement process in Serbia. Initially, new rules gave positive results, with constantly increasing amount of realized procurements and 7.2 as an average number of bidders per procurement in 2004. In order to support the process and make it more visible, Internet portal for procurement was deployed. Unfortunately, in the next period number of irregular procurements constantly increased while number of bidders decreased to an average of 2.7 in 2011. Analysts agree that major problems in the process are poor application of regulations and high level of corruption. Further, they identified three phases of procurement where corruption usually happen: planning phase, setting up estimation criteria and realization phase. Our proposal is to introduce semantic technologies in the process, in order to enable data manipulation by machines. We propose meta-model for the definition of procurement documents, and another one meta-model for the specification of alert rules, together with domain-specific language. This would enable an expert to set up rules regarding specific conditions, in order to be alerted about possibly irregular procurements. Application of proposed solution should enable earlier recognition of potentially irregular procurements, which can be prevented before realization or sanctioned prior to obsolescence.
