In order to construct a structural equation model for developing the science and technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), this paper first explains the connotation of science and technology talents, and then proposes hypotheses based on the interaction between the environmental factors and their interrelationships. An online questionnaire survey is carried out with 205 participants based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, trying to provide relevant data to support the main arguments in the paper. The results show that the regional economic environment has no significant effect on the development of science and technology talents, while other factors such as regional science and technology (RST), regional education(RED), regional social living(RSL) and regional innovation culture (RIC) have positive and significant effects. Such findings can provide guidance and reference not only for improving the environment for the development of science and technology talents, but also for optimizing the innovation of entrepreneurship in GBA. This will have great implications for the related organizations and institutions in China to well manage, cultivate and develop the science and technology talents.

This paper presents a theoretical model that focuses on enhancing consumers' purchase intention towards agricultural products by leveraging regional branding theory and customer perceived value. The aim is to boost the development of the agricultural industry, increase the added value and market competitiveness of agricultural products, and improve the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural production. To validate the relationship between regional image, perceived quality, and purchase intention, an online questionnaire survey was conducted involving 612 participants. The results indicate that the regional image of agricultural products significantly and positively influences both purchase intention and consumer perceived quality value. Moreover, perceived quality acts as a mediator between regional image and purchase intention. It is recommended that agricultural product enterprises maintain their regional image, enhance consumer perception, and stimulate purchase intention. Collaboration between enterprises and local governments can effectively promote the regional image of agricultural products. Furthermore, it is important to consider the country-of-origin effect within the same country and incorporate its impact on consumers into the customer perceived value variable. The study integrates consumers' perceived quality value and investigates the influence of regional image on purchase intentions, providing agricultural companies with more objective and scientific guidance for their marketing activities.

The development of online learning depends on the development and progress of the Internet technology. Meanwhile, metaverse is considered to be a new generation of the Internet that will drive a new iteration of the Internet era. Integrating the metaverse concept into online learning will surely bring a profound revolution to the latter. In 2020, with the outbreak of the epidemic, online learning has become an important learning method for the majority of students studying in universities. However, the effectiveness of online learning is highly concerned and questioned. This study elaborates the connotation and spatial characteristics of metaverse technology, relies on its features and advantages, makes a specific analysis of the inner logic of metaverse integration into online learning, and creates an embodied learning context, immersive learning context, and interactive learning context for online learning according to the current situation of students' online learning, and proposes metaverse online learning context optimization strategies in terms of both classroom teaching optimization and policy optimization, with a view to improving students' online learning effectiveness.

This is still an exploratory topic, and despite the increasing number of applications, many challenges remain open. This chapter presents an integrative framework to understand common practices, concepts, and technologies used in trending research to achieve interoperability in production systems. The chapter starts with the question of what interoperability is and provides an alternative answer based on influential works in the field, followed by the presentation of important reference models and their relation to smart manufacturing. It continues by discussing different types of interoperability, data formats, and common ontologies necessary for the integration of heterogeneous systems and the contribution of emerging technologies in achieving interoperability.
