The feature-film La Llorona (Jayro Bustamante, 2019) aims to rectify a historical debt to Guatemalan indigenous people, a debt that was not paid by the 1996 Peace Accords. The specter of the past is embodied in Alma, a Mayan Kaqchikel servant working in the home of General Monteverde, a man responsible for genocide against indigenous communities. Inverting the concept of haunting, this time it is the torturer and his family who are tormented by past deeds, deeds that had until then remained in a state of moral and juridical impunity. The metaphorical figure of "La Llorona" cries inconsolably from a space beyond death for her children who were assassinated in front of her eyes. Her mourning catalyzes a process of popular justice against Monteverde and his family,as a mounting crowd of protestors surrounds the expresident's palace and demands justice for the disappeared. The mansion itself turns into a suffocating space that attacks its residents forcing them to reckon with the past. This article interrogates three fundamental aspects of the film. First, it takes up the audiovisual counter-archive in the 2013 trial of Ríos Montt, upon whom the character of Monteverde is based. Second, it discusses how the politics of haunting transcends the film genre of horror and becomes a form of political drama. This article intervenes in the fields of cultural studies and Spanish film studies drawing significantly from the cultural analysis recently undertaken by Luis Moreno-Caballud and Germán Labrador about the relation between two Spanish historical moments: the Transition period and the economic crisis. To this end, the article analyzes the film, El futuro (Luis López Carrasco, 2013), which bridges the two historical periods through a portrayal of youth culture. From the point of view of cultural studies, this article places El Futuro in conversation with the critical discourse about the Culture of the Transition (CT) heralded by the 15M movement. It centers on the concept of youth without a future, an idea that travels retrospectively through López Carrasco's narrative to the generation of la movida, whose emancipatory political horizon was frustrated by its political-economic context. Applying film studies tools, this article critiques the dominant theorization of Other Spanish Cinema. Where this label, applied to films like El Futuro, typically implies a focus on aesthetics, this article explores their political dimension and places both Luis López Carrasco and the Los Hijos Collective (to which Carrasco belongs) within an avante-gardist lineage. Introducción: El dopaje es lo contrario a la esencia misma del espíritu deportivo. Este fenómeno es de tal importancia que todos los responsables tanto a nivel educativo, deportivo como político-sanitario, están en la obligación de intentar evitar que se produzca, con el objetivo de proteger la salud de los jóvenes. Material y Método: Revisión bibliográfica de los posibles efectos positivos que tiene la práctica de la Educación Física sobre los jóvenes a la hora de conseguir rechazar el fenómeno del dopaje y en segundo lugar, de la legislación vigente y las diferentes entidades encargadas de controlar el dopaje. Resultados y Discusión: En primer lugar se pueden observar los diferentes estudios que demuestran la capacidad por parte de la Educación Física de influir en los jóvenes de forma positiva a la hora de tomar ciertas decisiones morales y en segundo lugar se puede apreciar la existencia de obligaciones a los Estados por parte del ordenamiento jurídico en lo que se refiere a la lucha contra el dopaje en las aulas. Conclusión: El dopaje debe erradicarse partiendo de un sistema educativo en el que se contemple la labor de los profesores de Educación Física en este ámbito. ; Introduction: Doping is the opposite the sportsmanship essence. This fact is so important that every sport and educative heads or political and health heads must to try to avoid it happen. Protecting teen health is their goal. Methods: Bibliographic review of the possible positive effects that the Physical Education which can take place in young people when they reject doping and in second place, a recap of the current legislation and the different institution which are responsible for controlling doping. Results & Discussion: Firstly, it can be stared the different researches which prove the Physical Education capacity to influence positively young people when they make several moral decisions. Secondly, it can be appreciated the existence of obligation of government in legal systems to fight against doping at classrooms. Conclusion: Doping must be eradicated due to an educative system where teachers of P.E. task in this field.

Data de publicació electrònica: 09-04-2021 ; The area of the Spanish Pyrenees is particularly interesting for studying the demographic dynamics of European rural areas given its orography, the main traditional rural condition of its population and the reported higher patterns of consanguinity of the region. Previous genetic studies suggest a gradient of genetic continuity of the area in the West to East axis. However, it has been shown that micro-population substructure can be detected when considering high-quality NGS data and using spatial explicit methods. In this work, we have analyzed the genome of 30 individuals sequenced at 40× from five different valleys in the Spanish Eastern Pyrenees (SEP) separated by less than 140 km along a west to east axis. Using haplotype-based methods and spatial analyses, we have been able to detect micro-population substructure within SEP not seen in previous studies. Linkage disequilibrium and autozygosity analyses suggest that the SEP populations show diverse demographic histories. In agreement with these results, demographic modeling by means of ABC-DL identify heterogeneity in their effective population sizes despite of their close geographic proximity, and suggests that the population substructure within SEP could have appeared around 2500 years ago.
