Abstract
This study aims to investigate and evaluate the impact of: (1) Islamic training and development towards service performance, (2) tawadhu attitudes towards service performance, (3) the moderating role of self-efficacy in the effect of Islamic training and development towards service performance, and (4) the role of self-efficacy in moderating the effect of tawadhu attitude on service performance. The population in this study were all Muslim employees at cooperative and sharia savings and loan institutions in the DIY Province, Indonesia. The approach for choosing sample in this research is purposive sampling, with a number of respondents being 160 respondents. The results of the study found that: (1) Islamic training and development had a significant effect on service performance, (2) the attitude of tawadhu had a significant effect on service performance, (3) self-efficacy had not been able to strengthen the influence of Islamic training and development on service performance, and (4) self-efficacy has not been able to strengthen the influence of tawadhu attitude on service performance.

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence in Islamic persepctive on affective commitment moderated by "diuwongke" in Islamic perspective. This study uses quantitative approach with the sample of public banks employees in Central Java who has Islam religion. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with certain criteria, and the data is collected through questionnaire distribution. The statistical technique is carried out using regression moderation. The results of this study prove that: (1) Emotional intelligence in Islamic perspective has a positive and significant influence on affective commitment; and (2) "Diuwongke" in Islamic perspective can strengthen the relationship between emotional intelligence in Islamic perspective on affective commitment

Abstract
Ta' awun behavior is very rarely being studied in business research especially when associated with employee performance. This study examines and analyzes the partial effect of: (1) ta' awun behavior on employee performance, work stress, and work-life balance in Islamic perspective (WLBIP), (2) work stress and WLBIP on employee performance and (3) the mediating role of work stress and WLBIP in the relationship between ta' awun behavior on employee performance. Data is collected through distributing questionnaires to employees of financial services companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with purposive manner. The statistical technique uses Partial Least Square. The results prove that ta' awun behavior is partially able to make a positive contribution to the employees performance and WLBIP. Ta' awun behavior also reduces work stress. Employee work stress reduces employee performance and WLBIP improves employee performance. Work stress is able to mediate ta' awun behavior on employee performance, but WLBIP is not able to mediate it. This study implies that the research model can be applied to employees of business companies, which so far have focused on social and community institutions.

This study explores the relationship between organizational commitment and specific aspects of green human resources management to organizational citizenship behaviour. In its implementation, it explores green human resources management at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry as an institution directly related to macro and micro environmental conservation. This study uses quantitative methods, using SEM-PLS. The results of this study: (1) There is no significant effect of the Green Organizational Culture construct on Organizational Commitment. (2) The Green Organizational Culture construct has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Green Transformational Leadership construct has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (4) Green Transformational Leadership constructs have no significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (5) There is a significant effect of the Job Satisfaction construct on Organizational Commitment. (6) There is no significant effect of the Job Satisfaction construct on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (7) The Organizational commitment construct has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (8) The Green Transformational Leadership construct has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (9) There is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction constructs on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment. (10) Green Organization Culture constructs have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment.

This study examines and analyzes the influence of Internal Marketing and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance mediated by Psychological Capital. The study is conducted on employees of a sugar factory (PT. Madubaru) located in Bantul, Yogyakarta, with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses quantitative methods of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that; (1) Internal Marketing and Organizational Commitment owned by the company have a positive and significant influence on the Psychological Capital of employees who work in a factory. (2) Psychological Capital of company employees positively and significantly influences employee performance in the factory. (3) Psychological Capital on factory employees partially mediate Internal Marketing and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance working at PT Madubaru, Yogyakarta.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and psychological capital on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. X Yogyakarta. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 40 respondents who are employees of PT. X in Yogyakarta. The analytical test tool used in this research is SmartPLS with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis method. The results of this study are that (1) perceived organizational support does not affect organizational citizenship behavior, (2) psychological capital does not affect organizational citizenship behavior, (3) organizational citizenship behavior does not affect work performance, (4) perceived organizational support affects work performance, (5) psychological capital affects work performance, (6) organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate between perceived organizational support on work performance, and (7) Organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate psychological capital on work performance

This study aims to examine and analyse the effect of green transformational leadership and green attitude on green organisational citizenship behaviour mediated by emotional intelligence. This research was conducted at Batik Warna Alam SMES in Klaten, Central Java, with 118 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the quantitative method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) SMART-Partial Least Square (PLS) Software. This study indicates that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between green transformational leadership on emotional intelligence. (2) there is a positive and significant effect between green attitude to green attitude (3) there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence on green organisational citizenship behaviour. (4) there is a positive and significant effect between green transformational leadership on green organisational citizenship behaviour (5) there is a positive and significant effect between green attitude and green organisational citizenship behaviour (6) there is a positive and significant effect between green transformational leadership on green organisational citizenship behaviour mediated by emotional intelligence (7) there is a positive and significant effect between green attitude and green organisational citizenship behaviour mediated by emotional intelligence at Batik Warna Alam SMEs in Klaten, Central Java.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of workplace happiness and innovative work behavior on job satisfaction mediated by work engagement on employees of a private university in Tenggarong, East Kalimantan during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative with a sample of 100 people taken through proportional stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive influence between workplace happiness and innovative work behavior on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence between workplace happiness and work engagement, there is a positive influence between work engagement and job satisfaction, and there is a positive influence between workplace happiness on job satisfaction mediated by work engagement.

The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze Self-Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior against Knowledge Sharing mediated by Abusive Supervision. The research was conducted in securities companies that are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange located in Central Java and Yogyakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents, using quantitative methods. The data collection technique by using a questionnaire that is distributed via a google form. Statistical techniques use SEM (structural Equation Modeling) with the help of SMART PLS software. The research results found ; (i) there is a significant negative influence between Self-Efficacy on Abusive Supervision, (ii) there is a significant negative effect between Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Abusive Supervision, (iii) there is a negative and significant influence between Abusive Supervision on Knowledge Sharing, (iv) there is a positive and significant influence between Self-Efficacy on Knowledge Sharing through Abusive Supervision, (vi) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Knowledge Sharing through Abusive Supervision of employees of securities companies members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange located in Central Java and DIY.

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze effects of workplace loneliness and perceived organizational support towards Intention to Leave mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted on the employees of securities company that are part of Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), specifically located in D.I. Yogyakarta and Central Java, with a total sample of 101 respondents. The data analysis used for this research is quantitative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with result that shows; (1) There is a negative and significant correlation between Workplace Loneliness towards Organizational Commitment, (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between Workplace Loneliness towards Intention to Leave, (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between Perceived Organizational Support towards Organizational Commitment, (4) Perceived Organizational Support has a negative and significant correlation towards Intention to Leave, (5) there is a negative and significant correlation between Organizational commitment towards Intention to Leave, (6) there is a positive and significant correlation between Workplace Loneliness towards Intention to Leave through the variable of Organizational commitment, and (7) there is a negative and significant correlation between Perceived Organizational Support towards Intention to Leave through the variable of Organizational commitment among the employees of securities company that are parts of Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), specifically located in D.I. Yogyakarta and Central Java.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and Islamic organizational citizenship behavior of the employee of CV. Wahyu in Cepu, Indonesia. This study is a quantitative research that is carried out based on empirical rational principles. The data is collected using a questionnaire with a number sample of 44 respondents which is then analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that situational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction; situational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the Islamic organizational citizenship behavior of the employee; situational leadership does not have any influence on employee performance; Islamic organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and situational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and Islamic organizational citizenship behavior.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment, and organizational citizenship behavior from an Islamic perspective to service performance, as well as the mediation role of organizational citizenship behavior from an Islamic perspective on the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment on service performance. The population of this study is all employees of food processing industry companies in Yogyakarta with a number of samples of 112 respondents. Using the quantitative method and primary data from questionnaire distributions, the research model will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study reveal that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant influence on service performance; psychological empowerment has a positive and significant influence on service performance; organizational citizenship behavior from an Islamic perspective has a positive and significant influence on service performance; organizational citizenship behavior from Islamic perspective mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support on service performance, and organizational citizenship behavior from Islamic perspective mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment on service performance.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the need to redesign the position of Gapoktans management towards job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using qualitative approach. The data were collected using interviews, photos, and notes in the field. Populations in this research are stakeholders (Gapoktan committee, farmers, government) who also become a key participant in Hargobinangun, Kaliurang Sleman Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta. The Gapoktan committees participant is 5 person, the government is 3 person, and farmers group is 4 person. The result conclude that a position can be redesigned if the job in that position was used to improve the work method, minimize failure and mistakes, eliminate the work load handling that is unnecessary and work duplication, reduce the fatigue, improve the responsibility, and eventually can increase job satisfaction of the management. All of that can be analyzed by job description and job specification which attached to of each management so that eventually the job satisfaction of the management can be improved.

This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of job stress and job boredom on employee performance mediated by cyberloafing behavior in employees of the X Regency Labor Office in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 90 X Regency Labor Office employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census, with the same number of samples and populations. The final sample that met the criteria was 50 respondents. This study uses the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study explain that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between job stress on cyberloafing behavior, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between job boredom on cyberloafing behavior, (3) there is a negative and significant influence between cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, (4) there is a significant influence between cyberloafing behavior mediating stress on employee performance, and (5) there is no significant influence between cyberloafing behavior mediating job boredom on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze (1) the effect of transformational leadership on readiness to change, (2) the effect of transformational leadership on employee motivation, (3) the effect of readiness to change on employee performance, (4) the effect of employee motivation on employee performance, (5) the effect of transformational leadership on performance mediated by a readiness to change and (6) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by employee motivation. The technique in this study uses a survey with 80 employees of PT. Lestari Main Karsa as a sample. The statistical method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This study examines several hypotheses which include transformational leadership, readiness to change, employee motivation, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership positively affects employee readiness to change. Transformational leadership also has a positive effect on employee motivation. The other hypotheses are that readiness to change has a positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation also has a positive effect. The mediating role of readiness to change and work motivation also has a positive effect on the relationship of transformational leadership to employee performance. Transformational leadership, readiness to change, and work motivation have a positive effect on performance. This study can be used as a guide for the company in improving employee performance.
