All these cultures become learning capital that students bring to school. Ethnopedology is an approach in culture-based education. The use of ethnopedology's in learning more strategically can be done by means of education based on cultural values ??for teaching and learning in context. The use of culture in learning is in the form of Seudati Dance in Mathematics learning, manuscripts and cultural heritage in language learning, Kupiah riman in Arts/crafts, customs as a medium for social science learning, Megeude – geude in EEPIS learning. Bahasa: Pidie Merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki keberagaman dan kekayaan budaya. Menurut Situs resmi Pemerintah kabupaten Pidie secara umum objek budaya Pidie memiliki Manuskrip Kuno, Tradisi Lisan, Adat Istiadat, Ritus, Pengetahuan Tradisional, Teknologi Tradisional, Seni, permainan rakyat, Olahraga Tradisional dan cagar budaya. Semua budaya ini menjadi modal belajar yang dibawa siswa ke sekolah. Etnopedagogi adalah sebuah pendekatan dalam pendidikan yang berbasis budaya. Pemanfaatkan etnopedagogik dalam pembelajaran secara lebih strategis dapat dilakukan dengan cara pendidikan berbasis nilai budaya bagi pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam konteks. This study aims to find out and explain how Indonesian people respond to LGBT behavior practices, how is the concept of Fulfillment of Human Rights in Indonesia for every citizen, how is human rights adopted and in accordance with the context to Indonesia ?, In this study, the author uses an approach case (case approach) and supplemented with literature review. This research is descriptive analytic, which is a method of collecting data and then analyzed using cases, coupled with reference books, legislation, and internet sources to support research. The results showed that the Indonesian people recognized the existence of LGBT that developed in other countries, including its presence in Indonesia, but Indonesian people who were based on religious values and values that lived and developed society could not accept LGBT behavioral practices. Fulfillment of the rights of every citizen does not necessarily without restrictions, including in terms of LGBT practice behavior, the state can provide restrictions in accordance with what has been stipulated in the law, which contains values that live in society. Human rights adopted by Indonesian citizens are limited (particular) not infinite (universal) as has been practiced by western countries.
Bisnis modern merupakan realitas yang amat kompleks. Banyak faktor turut mempengaruhi dan menentukan kegiatan bisnis, antara lain faktor organisatoris-manajerial, faktor ilmiah-teknologis dan faktor politik-sosial-kultural. Kompeleksitas bisnis tidak bisa dipahami secara terpisah dari masyarakat yang dalam diri masyarakat itu sendiri terdapat struktur yang kompleks. Dalam konsep Islam, penentuan harga dilakukan oleh kekuatan permintaan dan kekuatan penawaran. Pertemuan keduanya harus didasarkan dan terjadi atas asas rela sama rela, tidak ada pihak yang terpaksa, tertipu atau adanya kekeliruan objek transaksi dalam melakukan transaksi barang tertentu. Bila terjadi hal-hal demikian, maka struktur dan atribut pasar akan menjadi tidak stabil dan berakibat vatal bagi keberlangsungan sistem ekonomi. Jalannya mekanisme pasar sangat mempengaruhi ketentuan harga normal. Peningkatan permintaan cenderung menimbulkan upaya menaikkan harga dan mendorong produsen memperbanyak produksi, namun jika kemampuan produsen dalam menyediakan barang meningkat dan permintaan menurun, maka harga akan turun. Harga seimbang menjadi kondisi terbaik dalam keberlangsungan mekanisme pasar, namun realisasi dari harga normal dan seimbang menjadi kajian penting dalam literasi pemikiran para tokoh seperti Ibnu Taimiyah dan Ibnu Khaldun. Kajian ini berupaya mengekplanasi dan mendeskripsikan gagasan dua tokoh besar pada bidang ekonomi Islam agar bisa menjadi standar dan acuan dalam merealisasikan Al-Tas'īr Al-'Adl yang sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi Islam.
The study and analysis in this paper based on addressing gender differences is common as long as it does not result in gender inequalities. In general, the notion of gender is a visible difference between men and women when viewed from values and behavior. In the Women Studies Encyclopedia it is explained that Gender is a cultural concept, seeking to make a distinction in terms of the roles, behaviors, mentality, and emotional characteristics of the growing male and female in society. However, reality in society indicates that gender differences give rise to various forms of inequality and injustice. Islam is a religion that strongly emphasizes the importance of respect for human beings and it seems his teaching is very accommodating to human values. One form of elaboration of human values is a sincere recognition of human equality and unity. The women of Rasulullah SAW era are described as active, polite, well-preserved women. In fact, in the Qur'an, the ideal figure of a Muslim is symbolized as a person who has independence in politics, like the figure of Queen Balqis who leads the superpower kingdom (`arsyun` azhim). Communication is the exchange of ideas, information, feelings or thoughts between people (individuals) face to face (face to face), verbal and non verbal. While counseling is a reciprocal relationship between two individuals, where a counselor is trying to help the other (the client) to try to solve the problems he is facing.Relation of gender is a social relationship between men and women who are socially formed and culture in doing everything. This research aimed to analyze the implementation of the extension policy on economy, social and culture, and spiritual mentality of the transmigration villagers at the UPT of Tinauka, Donggala Regency. The theory used is George Edward III consisting of four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and structure of bureaucracy. This was qualitative research in which there were nine informants by employing purposive sampling. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through these techniques: editing, classifying, interpreting, and drawing conclusion. In general, the implementation of the transmigration extension program policy has not run well. Of these four variables affecting the implementation policy, three variables: communication, resources, and structure of bureaucracy were not effective. It is found that 1) in communication variable, the personnel did not carry out regular extension because of incompetence in effective communication and low understanding of their responsibilities; 2) in resources variable, although the personnel have good facilities, they did not do their responsibilities because of low education (graduated from elementary school only), low incentive, and no training on UPT management 3) in disposition variable, the extension program ran well because the personnel have commitment and openness to the villagers by distributing the villagers' rights well, 4) in structure of bureaucracy variable, because of ineffective communication and low education qualification, the extension was carried out by the external personnel. This has made the standard operational procedures (SOP) not well-implemented.
The aim of this study is to find out the reasons of Abdullah Azzam's view in jihad, to find out the factors causing some of Abdullah Azzam's fatwa as to get no response from some jihadist, to analyze the influence of jihad Abdullah Azzam's view on the war of Afghanistan and Syiria. This Research is library research by using data collection method in the form of documentation research method that is research model. Searching data by using the record of event that have passed by the work of Abdullah Azzam. From the analysis that has been done, it can be drawn conclusion namely; there are some things, as background of Abdullah Azzam's view in jihad namely to realize tawheed establish the Islamic state and militarize the youth of islam, fight against the apostate group; Fight against the attacker. (Daf'a sha'll) and fight against the Christian (Ahli kitab). There are several factors that cause some of Abdullah Azzam's fatwa not be responded by some jihadist ; In the case of government property the case of bombing in various places, some of the jihadist argue that the action. Is retaliation against, the US, the beheading of the enemy's neck as a form of psychological terror. Against victims and the change in attitude of some jihadist is due to the new influences a rising from. Interaction and from text book. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode dokumentasi (documentation research method) yaitu model penelitian dengan mencari data dengan menggunakan catatan peristiwa yang sudah berlalu berupa karya Abdullah Azzam. Dari analisa yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan; bahwasanya terdapat beberapa hal yang melatar-belakangi pandangan Jihad Abdullah Azzam, diantaranya; untuk merealisasikan Tauhid, mendirikan Negara Islam dan militerisasi pemuda Islam, memerangi kelompok Murtad, memerangi orang yang melakukan serangan (Daf'us Sha'il) dan memerangi Ahlul Kitab. Ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan sebagian fatwa Abdullah Azzam tidak direspon oleh sebagian Jihadis; dalam kasus perampokan harta milik pemerintah, sebagian Jihadis beralasan karena pemerintahnya adalah pemerintah Jahiliyah yang tidak menerapkan hukum Islam, dalam kasus peledakan bom di berbagai tempat sebagian kalangan Jihadis beralasan bahwa aksi tersebut merupakan aksi balasan terhadap AS, pemenggalan leher musuh sebagai bentuk teror psikologis terhadap korban dan perubahan sikap sebagian Jihadis disebabkan oleh pengaruh baru yang muncul dari hasil interaksi dan dari buku bacaan. Ada beberapa pengaruh pandangan Jihad Abdullah Azzam terhadap perang di Afghanistan melawan Amerika, diantaranya; dampak dari pandangan Jihad Global Abdullah Azzam, menahan serangan, sebagai bentuk solidaritas terhadap muslim Palestina yang sedang dijajah oleh Zionis Israel yang didukung oleh AS, dampak dari Masterplan 2020 dan sebagai aksi balasan atas keterlibatan Amerika dalam pembunuhan Abdullah Azzam. Ada beberapa pengaruh pandangan Jihad Abdullah Azzam terhadap perang di Suriah melawan rezim Syi'ah Nushairiyah dan Syi'ah Iran serta Komunis Rusia; sebagai bentuk menahan serangan, dampak dari Masterplan 2020, cita-cita pembebasan Palestina dan sebagai bentuk perang terhadap kelompok Murtad.
This article discusses the influence of the application of online learning with the presentation system of the hiwar method and the assignment method on interest in Islamic education subject (PAI) learning at Senior High School (SMAN) 5 Soppeng. The type of research this research is ex-post facto. Ex-post facto research is research in which the independent variables have been treated, or treatment was not carried out at the time of the research. In this research, the data generated is not in the form of numbers, but data that is expressed symbolically in the form of words. The learning methods that have been offered by the government, are not fully heeded by students. The reason is that many of them feel bored and tired due to the many tasks given by educators. The lesson schedule takes place like classroom learning, but learning is carried out at home so that if there are four subjects in a day, then they will get four assignments at once. To overcome this, it is necessary to have an interest in learning from students.
This article discusses the internalization of character formation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba. The approach used is qualitative which is reviewed based on a phenomenological. The informant in this article is the head of Madrasah and teacher of Islamic religious education. The data collection techniques used are observations and interviews. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. This article shows that the implementation of character education in students at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba is implemented by prioritizing the creation of 8 characters, namely responsible, love of homeland, social care, tolerance, discipline, Independent, democratic, and avid reading. The character education implementation is integrated with all subjects, especially the subjects of Islamic religious education conducted in the form of intrurricular and extracurricular, both in learning and beyond learning. The strategies pursued by teachers of Islamic education in the establishment of students' character at SMP Negeri 37 Bulukumba is done through the development of students and the improvement of the religious knowledge of students.
The Ministry of Religions' success indicator for religious advice is reflected in the level of the community's satisfaction index with the performance of the head of the KUA in providing an excellent service to the community. For this reason, it is important to promote academic work for the headmen that is the result of researching or studying Islamic marriage law, developing the headmen, or improving the services of the KUA in areas related to the headmen. The results achieved through this community service activity are fostering the talents and interests of the headmen in writing and the creativity in improving their writing skills, at least encouraging them to write as a Muslim intellectual tradition. As evidence, there were several headmen who submit assignments in the form of scientific writing for guidance. In addition, the results of this activity add to the nuances and insights of the headmen in writing and learn how to write scientific writing techniques in the form of journals and books as a link between society and government and vice versa.
AbstractHuman activities are inseparable from various risks, such as road activities that often cause accidents and deaths. Therefore the government established Law No. 33 and 34 of 1964 concerning liability for accident risk carried out by PT. Jasa Raharja . PT. Jasa Raharja is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that guarantees traffic accident insurance through compulsory contributions from passengers and mandatory donations from vehicle owners. But many people do not know yet, when an accident occurs the victims blame each other, burden each other or bear all the risks of the accident. Furthermore, many people do not yet clearly know the procedures, requirements and other provisions for obtaining accident compensation. PT. Jasa Raharja, representative of Meulaboh as the institution responsible for providing accident compensation, has carried out a coding program related to the delivery of information or the socialization of the insurance business. This service program was attended by 40 participants from State Administration Science Teuku Umar University students. This dedication targets all participants to understand the material well delivered and be able to be a liaison to the public related to accident recovery information.

Indonesia banyak memiliki falsafah yang berbeda-beda, tapi memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu bangsa Indonesia yang kuat, kokoh, damai, tentram, adil, makmur, sejahtera, dan dihargai oleh bangsa lain. Banyak tokoh yang mendefinisikan tentang pendidikan multicultural, diantaranya: Muhaimin el Ma'hady yang dikutip oleh Choirul Mahfud, Mundzier Suparta, dan H.A.R Tilaar. Perkembangan Multikulturalisme: (1) multikulturalisme dalam konteks perjuangan pengakuan budaya yang berbeda; dan, (2) multikulturalisme yang melegitimasi keragaman budaya, dan mengalami beberapa tahapan, diantaranya: kebutuhan atas pengakuan, melibatkan berbagai disiplin akademik lain, pembebasan melawan imperealisme dan kolonialisme, gerakan pembebasan kelompok identitas dan masyarakat asli atau masyarakat conform (indigeneous people), post-kolonialisme, globalisasi, post-nasionalisme, post-modernisme, dan post-strukturalisme yang mendekonstruksi struktur kemapanan dalam masyarakat. Ada empat pendekatan Pendidikan Multikultural: (1) Pendekatan Kontributif; (2) Pendekatan Aditif; (3) Pendekatan Transformatif; dan, (4) Pendekatan Aksi Sosial. Pendidikan multikultural memiliki beberapa prinsip: (1) Materi pelajaran harus terbuka secara budaya; (2) Isi materi mengandung perbedaan dan persamaan; (3) Materi pelajaran sesuai dengan konteks waktu dan tempat; (4) Pengajaran menggambarkan berdasar pada pengalaman dan pengetahuan; dan, (5) Pendidikan memuat model belajar mengajar yang interaktif. Untuk tujuannya ada dua pendapat yang mendefinisikan; Pertama, menurut D.J.
