UK: У статті на основі матеріалів державних обласних архівів проаналізовано чисельність, динаміку розвитку та специфіку діяльності протестантських конфесій на території Південної України у період перебудови другої половини 1980-х - 1991 рр. Автором встановлено, що найактивнішими проте-стантськими деномінаціями у регіоні були євангельські християни-баптисти, п'ятидесятники, свідки Ієгови та адвентисти сьомого дня. До основних форм діяльності релігійних об'єднань слід віднести проведення богослужінь і обрядів та поширення релігійної літератури серед населення. Демократизація радянського суспільства, яка відбувалася внаслідок реформ М. Горбачова у др. пол. 1980-х рр., призвела до зміни державно-церковних відносин. На тлі загальних процесів лібералізації в СРСР, комуністична влада обмежує своє втручання в релігійні справи. За нових умов релігійна політика держави базувалася на встановленні контролю над діяльністю релігійних громад та вдосконаленні форм і засобів атеїстичного виховання населення. EN: The dynamics of the development, the quantitative composition and the specificity of the organizational forms of the Protestant confessions in the territory of the Southern Ukraine during the period of the perestroika of the second half of 1980 – 1991 were analyzed in the article on the basis of the materials of the state regional archives. The peculiarities of the development of the Protestantism in the South of Ukraine are considered as the integral complex of the part of the all-Ukrainian religious opposition movement. The most active Protestant denominations in the region were the evangelical Christians-Baptist, Pentecostals, Jehovah's Witnesses and the Seventh-day Adventists were determined by the author. In the Southern Ukraine, the Protestant communities were distributed in all spheres which had the formed network, and they were the second in number after the Orthodox. To the main forms of the activities of the religious associations should be carried away the realization of the public worship and the ceremonies and the dissemination of the religious literature among the population. The Communities of the late Protestantism were under the constant administrative pressure and they were the object of the party-ideological criticism and the atheistic propaganda. The democratization of Soviet society happened because of the result of M. Gorbachev's reforms in the 2nd half of 1980s which led to the changes of the state-church relations. On the background of the general processes of the liberalization in the USSR, the communist government limits its interference in the religious affairs. Under the new conditions, the religious policy of the state was based on the installation of the control over the activity of the religious communities and the improve of the forms and the means of the atheistic education of the population. The ideological structures of the party apparatus were directed at the carrying out the propagandistic anti-religious measure, with the purpose of the decrease of the religious rituals and the reduction of the number of the believers. The facts are presented in the article show that the Protestantism was spread and strengthened its position in the USSR as the whole and in the particular in the South of Ukraine.

UK: На зміну наукової парадигми дослідження теми вплинули процес перебудови та гласності в Радянському Союзі та результати президентсько-конгресової Комісії США з вивчення голоду 1932–1933 рр. в Україні. Українські публіцисти та краєзнавці (з 1987 р.), а за ними й офіційна історіографія (з 1990 р.) почали визнавати штучний характер Голодомору. У період перебудови завершився перехід провідного фахівця з історії УРСР міжвоєнної доби С. Кульчицького від заперечення до визнання штучного голоду і надалі – до розуміння його геноцидного характеру. Саме С. Кульчицький першим в Україні розвинув парадигмальну дотепер концепцію Дж. Мейса-Р. Лемкіна про Голодомор як геноцид українського народу. Новим методологічним підходом у світовій історіографії стало розмежування С. Кульчицьким голоду 1932 р. у СРСР та Голодомору 1933 р. у СРСР і на Кубані як принципово різних явищ. Перший мав функціональний, а другий – інтенціональний характер. У перебудовчий період в Україні сформувався широкий публічний дискурс науковців, публіцистів, політиків, традиції якого збереглися дотепер. Домінантній концепції голоду 1932/33 р. як геноциду українського народу протиставляється «права» етноцидна версія спланованого нищення українців Москвою або «ліве» тлумачення на виправдання дій Кремля об'єктивними обставинами, неврожаєм та саботажем українського селянства. Ще один, ліберальний, підхід зводиться до нівеляції уні- кальності голоду в Україні і заперечення термінів «Голодомор» і «геноцид» як нібито ідеологічних конструктів, що співзвучно з модернізаційними та ревізіоністськими теоріями за кордоном. Із недоліків наукового розроблення теми наприкінці 1980-х років відзначено недостатню фактологічну наповненість за браком відкритих архівних матеріалів та ідеологізований характер офіційної інтерпретації подій 1932/33 рр. в УСРР. Багато науковців змішували категорії для означення характеру голоду в Україні 1933 р. в діапазоні від «типовий голод через неврожай і недбалість» до «геноцид українського народу», а також переносили термін «Голодомор» на всі масові голодовки в Україні 1920–1940-х років. EN: The change in the scientific paradigm of research on the topic was influenced by the process of «perestroika» and «publicity» in the Soviet Union and the results of the US Presidential Congressional Commission to study the famine of 1932–1933 in Ukraine. Ukrainian publicists and local historians (since 1987), and official historiography (since 1990), began to recognize the artificial nature of the Holodomor. During the period of perestroika, the transition of the leading expert on the history of the Ukrainian SSR of the interwar period S. Kulchytsky from denial to the recognition of artificial famine and further to the understanding of its genocidal nature was completed. It was S. Kulchytsky was the first who developed the paradigmatic concept of J. Mace-R. Lemkin about the Holodomor as genocide of the Ukrainian people. The demarcation of S. Kulchytsky's famine of 1932 in the USSR and the Holodomor of 1933 in the USSR and in the Kuban, as fundamentally different phenomena a new methodological approach in world historiography was. The first had a functional and the second an intentional character. During the perestroika period, a wide public discourse of scientists, publicists, and politicians was formed in Ukraine, the traditions of which have still prolonging. The dominant concept of the famine of 1932/33 as genocide of the Ukrainian people is contrasted with the «right» ethnocide version of the planned extermination of Ukrainians by Moscow or the «left» interpretation to justify the Kremlin's actions by objective circumstances, failure of crops and sabotage of the Ukrainian peasantry. Another, liberal version deny uniqueness of the famine in Ukraine and the terms «Holodomor» and «genocide» as alleged ideological constructs, which is combine with modernization and revisionist theories abroad. Among the shortcomings of the scientific investigation of the topic in the late 1980s, the lack of factual content, due to the lack of open archival materials, and the ideological nature of the official interpretation of the events of 1932/33 in the USSR were noted. Many scholars mixed the categories and describe the nature of the famine in Ukraine in 1933, ranging from «typical famine due failure of crop and negligence» to «genocide of the Ukrainian people», and transferred the term «Holodomor» to all mass hunger strikes in Ukraine in the 1920s and 1940s.

UK: Статтю присвячено питанню гендерної рівності, актуалізованому як у ратифікованих міжнародних документах, так і в Конституції та в низці освітніх законодавчих актів, що підтверджує потребу в закладанні підґрунтя для імплементації гендерного підходу в навчально-виховну роботу закладів вищої освіти. Забезпечення прав і свобод людини визначає нині діяльність держави, а творення нових форм суспільних відносин між статями на основі світових загальнолюдських стандартів дотримання прав людини є необхідною умовою перебудови України в контексті світового співтовариства, розбудови нових форм міжнародного спілкування. Визначення в Конституції України принципу рівноправності жінок і чоловіків свідчить про вихід Української держави й громадянського суспільства на європейський і світовий рівні розв'язання гендерних проблем. Проблема створення в Україні суспільства гендерної рівності нині актуальна. Процес інтегрування гендерних досліджень гальмується, і, вірогідно, не лише через певні суспільні обставини. Необхідно констатувати, що до визнання існування гендерної асиметрії не готові як більшість академічних учених, так і більшість пересічних громадян. Суспільна свідомість як найбільш статичний елемент суспільного життя лише певною мірою залежить від законодавчих механізмів врегулювання суспільних відносин. Це також зумовлено поділом сфер суспільного життя на публічну й приватну. Важливим є не тільки створення достатнього нормативно-правового поля, а і його дотримання. Ця проблема не втратила актуальності, оскільки є факти порушення та ігнорування чинного законодавства. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що в Україні натепер питання гендерної рівності актуалізовано як у ратифікованих міжнародних документах, так і в Конституції та в низці освітніх законодавчих актів, що підтверджує потребу в закладанні підґрунтя для імплементації гендерного підходу в навчально-виховну програму підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти. EN: The article is devoted to the issue of gender equality, updated in both the ratified international documents and the Constitution and a number of educational legislative acts, which confirms the need for laying the groundwork for the implementation of gender approach. Safeguarding human rights and freedoms defines the activity of the state today, and the creation of new forms of social relations between the sexes on the basis of global human rights standards is a prerequisite for the restructuring of Ukraine in the context of the world community, the development of new forms of international communication. The definition of the principle of equality of women and men in the Constitution of Ukraine testifies to the approach of the Ukrainian state and civil society to the European and world level of the solution of gender problems. The problem of creating gender equality society in Ukraine is urgent today. The process of gender mainstreaming is being hampered, and probably not only because of certain social circumstances. It should be noted that both the vast majority of academic scholars and the vast majority of ordinary citizens are not ready to acknowledge the existence of gender asymmetry. Social consciousness, as the most static element of social life, depends only to a certain extent on the legislative mechanisms of regulation of social relations. This is also conditioned by the division of the spheres of public life into public and private. It is important not only to create a sufficient regulatory framework, but also to comply with it. This problem has not lost its relevance, as there are facts of violation and neglect of the current legislation. As a result of the research, it is established that in Ukraine today gender equality issues are actualized both in ratified international documents and in the Constitution and in a number of educational legislative acts, which confirms the need for laying the groundwork for implementing gender mainstreaming.
