Entrevista con Lorenzo Peña y Gonzalo
This is a dialog between the author, María G. Navarro, and Lorenzo Peña on the methodology of inquiry in the philosophy of law and several key issues of legal and political philosophy, such as the axiom of the common good, the concept of a justificative democracy and the history of juridical institutions ; Lorenzo Peña y Gonzalo ha desarrollado una lógica, una filosofía jurídica y un pensamiento político de naturaleza claramente neo-leibniziana. ; Lorenzo Peña y Gonzalo has developed a logic, a legal philosophy and a political thought of a deeply neo-Leibnizian nature.
