Tran Quoc Tuan's political thoughts emerged and developed in the particular historical condition, when Vietnamese people carried out resistance wars three times against Yuan - Mongolian invaders in the 13th century, so his thoughts were deeply realistic. Although his political thoughts did not actually become a coherent ideological system but they were filled with many viewpoints and thoughts which were ahead of his time and had some very unique features and values. They were national characteristic and inheritance feature with positive adaptation and deep humanistic spirit. Tran Quoc Tuan's political thoughts were expressed in some aspects, such as (1) putting the national interests above all the interests of an individual; (2) dignifying the role and position of the people in the struggle for national construction and national defend; (3) building strategies to construct the country and fight against foreign invaders.

The study objective was scenario forecasting of growth prospects of the service operators market on the example of Vietnam. The study is based on the results of a survey of 231 Hanoi residents who use traditional taxi service and app-based taxi service (TTS&ABTS). Using an integrated model, the quality of taxi services (TS) was assessed based on the satisfaction level with the individual components of the services provided. The perception features of TTS&ABTS in the context of different categories of respondents have been revealed. Using IPA-analysis, the competitiveness of the taxi operators in the country has been determined. Considering the impact of external factors that create risks and opportunities for the development of TS, economic scenarios for the development of TTS&ABTS have been simulated. The results can be useful in legislative regulation of the taxi market (TM) in Vietnam and the development of effective marketing strategies by taxi operators.

The subject of stimulating employees toward digital transformation has always been one of the most significant topics, attracting the interests of scientists and decision-makers. This study analyzes the impact of critical factors, including self-efficacy, attitude, leadership, and employee characteristics on employee readiness for digital transformation and job performance. The variables were selected based on the extended theory of planned behavior and personal resource adaption models. To achieve the research objective, partial least squares structural equation modeling was employed. Data were collected from a survey of 302 employees of SMEs in Vietnam. Research findings showed that employees attitude (β = 0.1148; p < 0.05), self-efficacy (β = 0.3737; p < 0.05), and characteristics (β = 0.3328; p < 0.05) affected their readiness for digital transformation. Employees self-efficacy and characteristics also demonstrated direct impacts on job performance. Meanwhile, leadership showed no direct impact (p = 0.6430) but an indirect impact on job performance through readiness (β = 0.1360, p < 0.05). Additionally, among the factors, employee readiness is the most substantial predictor of job performance (β = 0.5152). The findings can benefit Vietnamese SME managers and policymakers, as they can better understand employees and develop effective strategies and measures to promote employee readiness and job performance in a digital transformation context.

This study aims to investigate the impact of internal financial factors on the financial performance of mineral firms listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange. The research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to process the data collected. The results reveal that determinants of internal financial factors, including solvency, have a negative correlation with return on sales (ROS); firm growth rate (RG) has a positive correlation with ROS; capital structure influences the return on equity (ROE) positively, and capital structure negatively affects ROE; capital structure and DR have a negative impact on return on assets (ROA); current assets structure have a positive correlation with the ROA; CR has a negative impact on ROA; while firm RG and age have a positive correlation with ROA; the remaining determinants do not influence financial performance. Nhung, Daphné, and Huyen (2021) concluded that two variables consisting of total assets turnover ratio (ATR) and growth in sales significantly influence financial performance (FP) when it is measured by return on equity (ROE) or return on sales (ROS). However, this impact level of internal financial determinants is different. Finally, some suggestions are shown to enhance the financial performance of listed mineral firms in Vietnam
