This work will look at the construction of the child's look in relation to the recovery of the recent past in the novel 'The Path of the Forms' by Maria Laura Fernández Berro, 'The rabbit house' of Laura Alcoba and 'One night' by Leopoldo Brizuela. These three texts, written in the form of autobiographs, deal with family experiences related to the years of Argentinian civil-military dictatorship and build a vision on the past and on memory with original inputs provided by the selected approach: the innocent eye of the infant. By reproducing the experiences of politically active adults, the child's voice takes a distance from the common places of collective remembrance, and at the same time sets out in an original way the patriarchal characteristics of the period of state violence evoked. This looks also at the power and gender relationships that shape family ties. En este trabajo se analizará la construcción de la mirada infantil en relación con la recuperación del pasado reciente en las novelas "El camino de las hormigas" de María Laura Fernández Berro, "La casa de los conejos" de Laura Alcoba y "Una misma noche" de Leopoldo Brizuela. Estos tres textos, escritos en forma de autobiografías, abordan experiencias familiares relacionadas con los años de la dictadura cívico-militar argentina y construyen una visión sobre el pasado y sobre la memoria con aportes originales brindados por el enfoque seleccionado: la mirada inocente del infante. Al reproducir las experiencias vividas junto a adultos políticamente activos, la voz niña toma distancia respecto de los lugares comunes del recuerdo colectivo, y, al mismo tiempo, expone de una manera original las características patriarcales del periodo de violencia estatal evocado. Uma Educadora responsável pela formação de várias gerações de professores de Matemática, que atuam com sucesso em vários países, tem seus trabalhos como referências nacionais e internacionais na área de Educação Matemática e, é por todos nós muito conhecida, querida e respeitada. Neste artigo rendo homenagens a esta altiva educadora, a primeira Doutora em Ciências – Matemática no Brasil, Dra. Maria Laura Mouzinho Leite Lopes. Por ser uma pessoa que viveu, participou e atuou expressivamente de vários movimentos, principalmente na área da Educação Matemática, possuía importante cabedal de conhecimento que não podemos deixar de registrar e divulgar. Proeminente era a sua capacidade de aproveitar situações de dificuldades para crescer e realizar coisas novas. Do convívio com ela, durante anos, escutei vários relatos de fatos históricos do nosso país e do mundo, no que se refere, principalmente, à educação, cultura e política e a relação com a Matemática e a Educação Matemática.

Abstract
Academic investigators have used behavioural economics, a method developed originally to study consumers and their sentiments towards products, to study matters of public policy. A recent article in the European Journal of International Law – 'What Is Wrong with Investment Arbitration? Evidence from a Set of Behavioural Experiments' – gives a detailed summary of a series of experiments performed in order to study public sentiment towards investment arbitration. The investigators, Maria Laura Marceddu and Pietro Ortolani observe that public sentiment improves towards the outcome of a dispute settlement procedure when survey respondents are told that the procedure was a 'court' with tenured judges, and it worsens when they are told that it was 'arbitration' with temporary appointees. From their observations, Marceddu and Ortolani conclude that an international investment court, such as that which the European Union promotes, is a good idea. We suggest, however, that a further inquiry should investigate in greater detail public understanding of what qualities the individuals who serve as judges or arbitrators ought to display, as distinct from the institutional format in which dispute settlement takes place.

El presente artículo se inscribe en la línea de investigación que estudia el proceso de feminización de la docencia. Se ubica entre las investigaciones que interpretan al magisterio como la posibilidad de proyección pública e intelectual de las mujeres durante la primera mitad del siglo XX. Indagará las trayectorias de dos maestras: María Laura Schiavoni y Leticia Cossettini situándolas en el conjunto de educadoras que, además de enseñar, desplegaron una sociabilidad ampliada en la cual también escribieron. Sin embargo, y pese a que ambas desarrollaron un fecundo ejercicio del uso de la palabra, sus recorridos se bifurcan al ponerlos en diálogo con el complejo concepto de intelectual.
Este artículo resulta un aporte para el campo de la historia de la educación, desde el cual durante años se ignoró que las prácticas escolarizadas fueron distinguidas por un alto protagonismo femenino, interpretando de tal forma, el pasado en clave masculina y androcéntrica.
