Przedmiotem artykułu są zagadnienia związane z wykorzystaniem przez organy administracji publicznej w jurysdykcyjnym postępowaniu podatkowym środka dowodowego z przesłuchania osoby duchownej jako świadka. Autor podkreśla, że zgodnie z art. 195 pkt 3 Ordynacji podatkowej świadkami nie mogą być duchowni prawnie uznanych wyznań co do faktów objętych tajemnicą spowiedzi, jednakże już inne wiadomości pozyskane przez duchownego – w ramach szeroko rozumianej "opieki duchowej" – nie mieszczą się w powyższym bezwzględnym zakazie dowodowym. Stąd też autor zgłasza postulat de lege ferenda, aby wprowadzić do art. 195 pkt 3 o.p., wzorem m.in. Ordynacji podatkowej z 1934 r., tzw. tajemnicę duchowną/duszpasterską, która dotyczyłaby wszystkich wiadomości/informacji uzyskanych przez osoby duchowne prawnie uznanych wyznań przy wykonywaniu swoich "funkcji duszpasterskich", a nie stricte związanych z instytucją spowiedzi.

The subject of consideration and analysis in the article is, among others, an assessment of a legislative process related to the creation of the National Revenue Administration, and a subsequent pragmatics relating to its HR and payroll policy. Studies have shown that a reform of the government administration of public levies in the field of the so-called consolidation of the tax administration, customs service and fiscal control has not been adequately prepared. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że reforma rządowej administracji danin publicznoprawnych w zakresie tzw. konsolidacji administracji podatkowej, służby celnej oraz kontroli skarbowej nie została należycie przygotowana. Since 2006, the use of growth-promoting antibiotics has been banned throughout the European Union. To meet the expectations of livestock farmers, various studies have been carried out with the use of lactic acid bacteria. Scientists are trying to obtain the antimicrobial effect against the most common pathogens in large-scale farms. Supplementing the diet of broilers with probiotics (live, nonpathogenic microorganisms) stabilized the intestinal microbiota, which improved the results of body weight gain (BWG) and feed intake (FI). The positive effect of probiotics based on lactic acid bacteria has been shown to prevent the occurrence of diarrhea during piglet weaning. The antagonistic activity of postbiotics (inanimate bacteria, cell components, or post-fermentation by-products) from post-culture media after lactobacilli cultures has been proven on Staphylococcus aureus—the pathogen most often responsible for causing mastitis among dairy cows. The article aims to present the latest research examining the antagonistic effect of lactic acid bacteria on the most common pathogens in broilers, piglets, pigs, and cow farms.
