Since its inception, Golkar is a party that is carried by various functional groups with the aim of building political power to challenge the PKI. Since the reform era, Golkar has been abandoned by many of its support groups that have formed factionalism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the change of factionalism in the internal of Golkar in the post-New Order. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data used are secondary data derived from journals, books, and internet. The results show that: Golkar post-New Order experienced many changes in term of factionalism; factionalism that occurred during the New Order period stemmed from functional groups, while after the reforms became a factionalism based on personalism.
AbstrakPerforma partai-partai Islam di Indonesia pada setiap pemilihan umum senantiasa stabil meskipun mengalami penurunan jumlah suara. Dalam tulisan ini, kami berupaya menginvestigasi sosialisasi politik kelompok religius (NU) dalam partai Islam (PKB).Telah diketahui secara luas bahwa santri (Muslim taat menurut Geertz) baik yang tradisional maupun yang modern sedang mengalami penurunan dalam demokrasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan melemahnya hubungan antara kelompok agama dan partai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil studi ditujukan bahwa NU dan Muhammadiyah tidak mendukung lagi PKB dan PAN. Sejak kelompok Islam bentuk bebas politik kesejajaran, Santri pemilih yang sekarang, lebih pragmatis dan cairan dalam pemilihan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NU dan Muhammadiyah tidak lagi mendukung PKB dan PAN. Sejak kelompok Islam mendapat kebebasan dalam berpolitik, santri pemilih lebih pragmatis dan fleksibel dalam menentukan pilihannya pada pemilihan umum.Kata kunci: Kelompok agama, Muhammadiyah, NU, partai politik, pemilu. AbstractThe Performance of Islamic parties in Indonesia form one election to the next, despite are going to decrees but still exist. In this paper we investigate the political sosialization of religious Group (NU) on Islamic Parties (PKB). It is widely recognized that Santri (devout Muslim as categorized Geertz) both traditional and modernism is declining in Indonesian democracies. This study aims to analyze the factors caused the weakening of the relation between religious group and the party. The method used is a qualitative research. Technique data collection likes observation, interview and Focus Group Discussion are used. The results of the study addressed that NU and Muhammadiyah do not Support any more to PKB and PAN. Food security is inseparable from the factors of availability, quality, and affordability of food, where a country can assure the food needs of society ranging from families to individuals. This is mentioned in the latest Law number 18 of 2012 on Food, which states that food security includes the availability of food in quantity, quality, and affordability that aim to create a healthy, productive, and sustainable life. This paper discusses the extent to which the urban farming program as one of the government programs influences the community to achieve food security, especially family food needs. This research was conducted in several villages in five sub-districts of Malang, namely Klojen, Suku, Lowokwaru, Blimbing, and Kedungkandang. The research method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive. The primary data were collected through interviews and field observations, while the secondary data were collected through literature and documentation study. From the research conducted, the results show that this urban farming program influences several points about food security, especially those mentioned in Law number 18 of 2012, including availability, quality, and affordability. In addition, the research revealed that some locations are less able to develop urban farming programs effectively, due to the lack of supervision, socialization, and technical guidance.

This study aims to explore the role of the Blitar Regency DPRD in improving the succession of handling Covid-19 through supervision. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were done through interviews, observation, and documentation. This study focuses on explaining the role of the Blitar Regency DPRD in supervising over the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. The DPRD's oversight in handling the COVID-19 pandemic is an important factor to oversee the activities of the Regional Government and to minimize the problems found in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study showed that the Blitar Regency DPRD in improving the succession of handling the COVID-19 pandemic has carried out toward intense supervision. The supervision was done both directly and indirectly. Covid-19 cases in Blitar Regency continued to experience a significant decline from September to December. Thus, it can be concluded that the Blitar Regency DPRD plays a major role in the successful handling of the pandemic through supervision. This shows that the DPRD as an institution that functions to monitor the public's activities by the government plays a very important role to apply the policies. Therefore, the DPRD and the Regional Government need to make good synergies and coordination so that the government in Indonesia runs well.
Institutional transformation is one of the main keys to realizing Smart Village. A Smart village cannot be separated from technology, in realizing Smart Village there are several things that must be fulfilled, namely: institutions, resources, service chains, service delivery technologies, and mechanics. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research location of Boonpring Ecotourism, Sanankerto Turen, Malang Regency. The research findings show that the Village Institutional Transformation towards Smart Village Governance is successful because the achievement of smart village governance in Sanankerto village is inseparable from the success of the institutional transformation carried out. This is shown by the success of developing tourism potential in the village. The village cooperates with several actors, namely: the government, universities, the private sector, local communities, and the media. It is hoped that sustainable smart village governance will be realized. This is inseparable from the participation and activity of the community who take a role in the development of tourist villages. The existence of smart village governance that is intertwined with the development of tourist villages in the Sanankerto village has succeeded in
Indonesia is a heterogeneous country that requires an inclusive and tolerant attitude to live in harmony. However, with the implementation of direct elections in Indonesia, there are many hoaxes and black campaigns through the mass media. The purpose of this study is to examine the national insight and political attitudes of rural youth in social media-based election campaigns. The method used is in-depth interviews through structured focus group discussions (FGD) with young students in rural South Lampung. The results showed that Lampung rural youth realized the importance of Pancasila as a unifying tool for the nation. Furthermore, the youth of Lampung strongly disapprove of hoaxes and black campaigns in the general election. This finding is very important to maintain harmony in Indonesia and can serve as a model Indonesia merupakan negara heterogen yang membutuhkan sikap inklusif dan toleran agar dapat hidup rukun. Namun, dengan diterapkannya pemilihan langsung di Indonesia, banyak bermunculan hoax dan kampanye hitam melalui media massa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji wawasan kebangsaan dan sikap politik pemuda pedesaan dalam kampanye pemilu berbasis media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam melalui diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) terstruktur dengan mahasiswa generasi muda di pedesaan Lampung Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda pedesaan Lampung menyadari pentingnya Pancasila sebagai alat pemersatu Bangsa. Lebih lanjut, pemuda Lampung sangat tidak setuju dengan hoaks dan kampanye hitam dalam pemilihan umum. Temuan ini sangat penting untuk menjaga kerukunan di Indonesia dan dapat menjadi model bagi daerah lain di Indonesia.
E-Voting is an innovation in the village-level electoral (Pilkades) process carried out simultaneously in Magetan Regency for the first time in 2019. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of E-Voting elections using the theory of Merilee S. Grindle and taking the locus in Selotinatah Village, Ngariboyo District, with rationalization as the village with the largest population and the most significant area. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-Voting in Selotinah Village has been going well. It can be seen from the process that it is concluded that it is efficient and effective in accommodating the political participation of villagers. However, as a new process, socialization and technology quality constraints are again a problem. This is a classic problem in the implementation of public policies in Indonesia, so improvements are needed, especially in the bureaucracy's capacity and the security of the technology adopted.
This research aims to look at the supervision carried out by the Malang City DPRD in the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Malang City Government. DPRD supervision is carried out to ensure the implementation of the policies and plans that have been set, and the objectives of handling COVID-19 can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The use of surveillance theory became particularly appropriate in this study. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data sources obtained are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interview results, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies, laws, and other important documents. This research concluded that supervision by the DPRD is needed to control the performance of local governments in handling COVID-19, especially when the handling of COVID-19 is not yet maximal. The views and recommendations of the DPRD are needed to be in harmony with the expectations of people who want the pandemic problem to be quickly resolved.
Blitar Regency is one of the regencies that has a fairly rapid development. However, in his government has not stood in its own territory. The activities of the Blitar Regency Government are still one in the Blitar City area. Therefore, to improve the condition of its government, Blitar Regency needs to develop its territory. In accordance with the ratification of Government Regulation No. 3 of 2010 concerning the relocation of the capital city of Blitar Regency to its own territory, Kanigoro District. This study aims to analyze the extent of the development of Kanigoro District as the new capital city in Blitar Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, or document review. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of the capital city of Blitar district is one of the government's efforts to create equitable development. In addition, the transfer is carried out so that government services are more effective and efficient. This Regional Displacement and Development is based on a strong policy. In the process of development, the government has made plans in several documents. Although in its implementation there are still some obstacles.
This study aims to analyze how ICT can change the mechanism of public service innovation and see the success indicators, with an empirical study on the Among Warga application in Batu City. Basically, ICT is a technology that can help reduce government performance, thus making a demand for the dynamics of public service delivery at the regional level. The method used in this research is a qualitative paragraph with a descriptive model in which the researcher looks for key informants or data sources based on facts in the field, and is supported by literature studies. Referring to the results of the data that have been processed, the researchers found research results that show that the Among Warga application is an online-based complaint service facility which is shown for the people of Batu City in submitting public complaints such as infrastructure damage, fallen trees and natural disasters. However, the Among Warga application's journey has stopped for only one year since it was created in 2017. Meanwhile, the Batu City government is not ready to take advantage of ICT, this is due to the absence of innovative organizational capacity and transformational leadership. Therefore, in this study the authors would like to provide advice to government organizations in building ICT-based innovation concepts, the government is not a single actor, but requires cooperation with the private sector and participation from the community as an indicator.
