Several types of space were introduced Henri Lefebvre's, among them, the absolute space which is created by God, covering its environment), the abstract space as a tool of power, the practice of power), the natural space which is green space that has a positive effect on the welfare and prosperity of the people. Finally, the differential space which is the more diffuse space (merging of space) in order to restore the unity of people in it. From some space concepts according to Lefebvre, it appears that the construction of the mega project of Simpang Surabaya Fly Over cost up to Rp 250 billion from the Central Goverment (Jakarta) -has 850 meters in length and divided into 8 stretches targeted to be done by December 2017 -as the reproduction of space which belongs to abstract space. It is proven that after several months of construction starting in August 2016, a number of shops and micro businesses (such as tollers, sandal and shoes traders, snack vendors on the sidewalks) began to close. Responding to these conditions, it is deserved to be called 'urban demolition'. The term urban demolition is the situation or condition of the destruction of the poor (micro entrepreneurs). Ultimately, spatial practice (space) of development is supposedly served as the abstract space fosters the system of capitalism, the recognition of the status of the elite class, the widespread commodities consumed, the supernatural economic base and politically important. This article raises one important issue,, what is the actual practice of spatial arrangement formed in the case of the construction of the mega project of Simpang Surabaya Fly Over Banda Aceh. Secondly, the construction of Simpang Surabaya Fly Over and Simpang Beurawe Underpass make the local government more aligned to the public (the people of Aceh) or precisely to the capitalist / industrial investors. The two problems are analyzed using socio-spatial approach where the research uses qualitative approach descriptively. In short, this study tries to trace the usefulness of the reduced space into a quandary space in its construction between constructive and deconstructive. Keywords: Construction, Spatial, City, Urban
This paper describes the Hanafi who has introduced a hermeneutical theory with istimbat istiqra'i approach (deductive exploratory). Istiqra' is understood to mean istaqraitu meaning that I have been testing by bringing back test from the particular to the general through meaning knowledge of every part and specifications. Istiqra' is the ability to hold the conclusions of the summit view of the overall the same sense in every person or aesthetic appreciation of an individual who is accepted by all people in general. In this paper, hermeneutic revolutionary aims in relation to the earth liberation (tahriru aridhi) of Muslims in the name of God (Allah), aradhu al mi'ad (earth that fulfills the promise) binding between God and the earth with faith, lahūt ardh (making factuality of God on the earth) which is the union between monotheism and wahdatul ummah, between nubuwwah and historical dynamic, the revolution of the earth, with the dynamics that abolish disparities between sukūnina (peace) and takhallufina (differences), then that has shaped civilization (hadharah) mutually connect between man, age, history and dynamics. Contemporary Islamic reform movement requires the removal of 'ishlah din (religious reform) to nahdhah syamilah' (awakening of performance). Then from 'nahdhah syamilah' will give birth to enlightenment sense then by itself will easily occur social and political revolution. Reforms in the concept mitsali (ideal) to social reform should be through marriage wa'yu siyasi (political discourse) with wa'yu tarikhi (historical discourse). The combination of religious understanding between census literalists (meaning that is widely accepted in the literal), census spiritualist (meaning that quickly evokes the theological presence) and 'census communal' (the majority opinion of the expert) will form a coverage horizon hermeneutic desiratum that is the understanding of religion that was born through interpretation obtained through the achievement of the persistence of interpreters who find a middle course between the ideal good in the Qur'an in creating a positive religious fraternity. This study is the result of literature review.
Muslim scholars' interests on hermeneutic have led to the development of the Al-Quran interpretation into various models. Hermeneutic has become the icon in modernization of Al-Quran values in which interpretation revolves around transnational and multidimensional perspectives which are sometimes political to advocate humanism, feminism, and pluralism. Based on the literature review, the interpretation of Al-Quran tends to lead to some typologies namely constructive, pro-constructive, reconstructive and deconstructive typologies. The hermeneutic in the constructive typology was introduced by a'immah al-'arba'ah scholars such as Hanafi, Syafi'i, Hambali and Maliki. Meanwhile, the pro-constructive typology was led by Ghazali, Ibnu Qayyim al-Jauzi, lmam Shatibi, Muhammad 'Abid al-Jabiri and At-thabari. The hermeneutic in the reconstructive typology was introduced by Ibnu Taimiyah, Muhammad 'Abduh, Hasan Hanafi, Fazlur Rahman, Sayyed Hossein Nasr, Khaled M. Abou al-Fadl and Yusuf Qaradhawi. The hermeneutic in the deconstructive typology refers to the hermeneutic introduced by Arkoun, Muhammad Shahrour, Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid, Abdullah An-Na'im, Amina Wadud, Fatema Memissi, and Asma Barlas.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic system of government. Each citizen, on the basis of the choice of ordinary people, chooses free political participation and then changes their direction as a sympathizer. Today, the excitement of political participation in Indonesian society to spread on Aceh has been somewhat hurt because some people have changed the political climate to be bad. This is reflected in the previous political participation side by side to deliver rhetoric to reap the voice of the people, but it has become a competition for each other. The purpose of this study is to find out what types of political participation occurred in constituents in Banda Aceh and West Aceh and who are the actors or groups that weaken or strengthen political participation in the constituents. The research method used is a qualitative approach with informants consisting of key informants, subject informants and non-subject informants. The results showed that the types of political participation in the constituents of Banda Aceh and West Aceh were very different and that sympathizers and political actors continued to strengthen and weaken the constituents. Democracy is one of the power management systems considered the most suitable to be applied in modern countries today. As a source of guidance for humans, the Qur'an has explained the concept of the system of administering power. The conception of democracy is thus believed to be accommodated in the Qur'an. On that basis, the main problem that needs to be answered is, what is the conception of democracy in the Qur'an? The data for this paper was collected by following the steps in the mawḍu'i interpretation, after that, it was analyzed by following the thematic interpretation stage. The results of the analysis show that the term of the Qur'an, which represents the meaning of democracy, is syurā. In suyrā, norms are found that regulate the necessity of conducting deliberation in worldly affairs, both family affairs, muamalah, and political affairs. The concept of democracy in the form of syrā is mentioned in QS. Al-Baqarah: 233, QS. Ali 'Imrān: 159, and QS. al-Syurā: 38. There are four points of connection between the verses of the Qur'an about democracy and democracy today. First, the obligation to hold opinion meetings and prohibit dictators. Second, freedom of expression. Third, respecting opinions that are superior to the results of deliberation. Fourth, the majority vote is taken into account by protecting the rights of minorities. So this research was carried out to see how students' knowledge about covid-19 and their belief in the ability of the state through the government both at the center and the regions. Students were chosen as research objects, apart from the fact that some students did not carry out health protocols on campus, also because students were seen as agents of change so that good knowledge of students would bring good knowledge to the community. The results showed that students had good knowledge and were in tune with the information provided by the government. Regarding some students not wearing masks, it was more because they were not in a crowd. Students believe that the state through the government can handle this covid-19 well, although students also see that there are some unsatisfactory things such as the ban on going home, Chinese foreign workers are instead allowed to come. Even though these foreign workers continue to carry out strict screening, they are ensured that they are in safe conditions for the community. The non-applicability of the lockdown is also considered a weakness in handling, even though the government has explained the economic growth that must be fought for.
This article aims to examine the motivations, roles, ideologies and bases of two Acehnese women's movements, namely Inong Balee and Balee Inong. Inong Balee and Balee Inong are interesting to study, considering that these two women's movements are played by grassroots communities in Aceh. This study is a literature research. The results showed that the two basic women's movements were played by grassroots communities even though in their journey these two women's movements opened themselves up to the involvement of highly educated communities. These two women's movements have a very important role in making changes to the conditions of society that are not profitable and marginalized. Ideologically, these two movements are different even though they both have the goal of improving the situation of marginalized communities, Inong Balee has an ideology of ethnic nationalism with the aim of separating himself from the Republic of Indonesia, while Balee Inong has an ideology of injustice and marginalization.
The existence and quality of higher education nowadays can be influenced by the high and low levels of scientific work owned by lecturers and students. This scientific work becomes very important in the existence and quality of tertiary institutions because it's ranking at the national and international level is calculated on the ownership of the scientific work. So it is not surprising that BAN-PT as an external quality assurance institution which also has the task of assessing the accreditation of higher education also includes its assessment on this matter. Thus higher education that is technically operational at the study program level also pressures lecturers and students to be productive, which is to produce as much scientific work as possible. Even some lecturers provide requirements for students to write a scientific paper when they want to propose a thesis session. However, the number of scientific works owned by lecturers and students will not mean anything when not published in a journal that uses an open journal system. This emphasis lies in the open journal system, where the meaning will be far different from online journals. In general, not many students understand how to submit scientific papers in the form of articles to the open journal system there are still many lecturers who do not understand the process in the open journal system. For this reason, knowledge transfer in the form of technical training to submit articles in the online journal system is carried out. The main goal is to provide knowledge and insight into submitting articles. The results of the activity show the progress of understanding and knowledge, this is proven by simulations through the application of OJS version 2 which is used for the training process by the participants.
