Role of Alanine Racemase Mutations in Mycobacterium tuberculosis D-Cycloserine Resistance
A screening of more than 1,500 drug-resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis revealed evolutionary patterns characteristic of positive selection for three alanine racemase (Alr) mutations.
