Ethnic pluralism and ethnicity in Nigeria
After a brief introduction to Nigeria, this book deals with some of the problems of ethnic identification. It presents a discussion of ethnic pluralism and the names and identities of Nigeria's ethnic groups. Two chapters are concerned with ethnicity and neo-ethnicity respectively. The author then discusses existing and suggested strategies for reducing the problems of ethnicity, and promoting social and politico-economic development. (DÜI-Hff)
