[ES]Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster está destinado a reflexionar sobre la asignatura de Proyecto Integrado en el cuarto curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en los institutos andaluces. Yo he sido profesora de esta asignatura a lo largo de los dos últimos dos cursos y ofreceré una aproximación teórica de ella. En primer lugar, voy a analizar las referencias legislativas a esta asignatura en el currículo oficial para España y Andalucía. A continuación, explicaré cómo se desarrolla en la Programación de mi Proyecto de Centro. En segundo lugar, me centraré en la base teórica del Aprendizaje Cooperativo y en los elementos fundamentales de la Teoría de Interdependencia Social. El siguiente punto describirá explícitamente la implementación práctica de la asignatura de Proyecto Integrado Bilingüe, aplicado a un aula contextualizada. Finalmente, se ofrecerá una serie de conclusiones, tras la investigación realizada durante el desarrollo de este Trabajo Final de Máster. ; [EN]This Dissertation is intended to reflect upen the subject of lntegrated Project in the fourth year of Compulsory Secondary Education in Andalusian schools. 1 have been a teacher of this subject along these two last years and 1 will offer a theoretical approach of it. First, 1 am going to analyse the legislative references to this subject in the official curricula for Spain and Andalusia. Then, 1 will explain how it is developed on the syllabus of my School Project. Second, 1 will focus on the theoretical bases of Cooperative Learning and on the fundamental elements of the Social lnterdependence Theory. The following point will explicitly describe the practica! implementation of the subject of Bilingual lntegrated Project, applied to a contextualised classroom. Finally, a set of conclusions will be offered, after the research carried out during the development of this Masters Dissertation.

El artículo expone el derecho de propiedad de los pueblos indígenas y tribales y cómo los diferentes organismos internacionales han reconocido este derecho. En concreto, este artículo trata de condensar la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos desde que se reconoce por primera vez el derecho de propiedad, con el propósito de definir el concepto de propiedad comunal, su interpretación y sus requisitos. Asimismo, y por su gran relevancia, en este artículo se aborda la consulta previa e informada y los Derechos Económicos, Sociales, Culturales y Ambientales como derechos ligados a la propiedad. The Time Inference with MUSE in Extragalactic Rings (TIMER) project is a survey with the VLT–MUSE integral-field spectrograph of 24 nearby barred galaxies with prominent central structures (e.g. nuclear rings or inner discs). The main goals of the project are: (i) estimating the cosmic epoch when discs of galaxies settle, leading to the formation of bars; (ii) testing the hypothesis whereby discs in more massive galaxies are assembled first; and (iii) characterizing the history of external gas accretion in disc galaxies. We present details on the sample selection, observations, data reduction, and derivation of high-level data products, including stellar kinematics, ages, and metallicities. We also derive star formation histories and physical properties and kinematics of ionized gas. We illustrate how this data set can be used for a plethora of scientific applications, e.g. stellar feedback, outflows, nuclear and primary bars, stellar migration and chemical enrichment, and the gaseous and stellar dynamics of nuclear spiral arms, barlenses, box/peanuts, and bulges. Amongst our first results – based on a few selected galaxies – we show that the dynamics of nuclear rings and inner discs is consistent with the picture in which they are formed by bars, that the central few hundred parsecs in massive disc galaxies tend to show a pronounced peak in stellar metallicity, and that nuclear rings can efficiently prevent star formation in this region. The paper focuses first on the problems of defining what is meant by IPV. Secondly, the paper describes the difficulties in assessing the magnitude of the problem. Obtaining reliable data on this type of violence is a complex task, because of the methodological issues derived from the very nature of the phenomenon, such as the private, intimate context in which this violence often takes place, which means the problem cannot be directly observed. Finally, the paper examines the limitations and bias in research on violence, including the lack of consensus with regard to measuring events that may or may not represent a risk factor for violence against women or the methodological problem related to the type of sampling used in both aetiological and prevalence studies.

Haciendo memoria y dejando rastros, recoge los testimonios, la voz y el sentir de un grupo de mujeres frente a su participación en la guerra, procurando sacar de la invisibilidad la memoria de la guerra desde lo femenino. Es el trabajo ejecutado por la Fundación Mujer y Futuro durante el 2003 y principios del 2004, con el apoyo de UNIFEM, Región Andina. Su realización estuvo orientada hacia la recuperación de las motivaciones, sentimientos y concepciones que definieron su vinculación activa a las organizaciones guerrilleras, indagando sobre el sentido y significado que tuvo para ellas la militancia. ¿Cómo se llegó a esa decisión? ¿Cómo se rompe con los vínculos familiares y con los roles culturalmente atribuidos a las mujeres? ¿Cómo se construye identidad femenina en el frente de guerra? ¿Cómo se vive el cuerpo, la sexualidad, la maternidad, los afectos y las relaciones de pareja? ¿Cómo juegan las relaciones de poder propias de las estructuras militares en la dimensión subjetiva y afectiva de estas mujeres? ¿Permanecen las prácticas y las concepciones de los tiempos de la guerra, o bien las mujeres una vez reincorporadas a la vida civil, asumen los imperativos propios de la socialización asignados de manera tradicional a lo femenino? Estas y otras preguntas fueron las que animaron y motivaron el curso de la investigación e intervención realizada. Se recogieron expresiones, relatos y testimonios, en un esfuerzo por hacer una reconstrucción de la memoria individual y colectiva. Para esto se suscitó a su vez la resignificación de las experiencias vividas y la identificación de balances, cambios y transformaciones en lo personal y lo colectivo, en sus formas de pensar y en su vida familiar y cotidiana. Este trabajo se llevó a cabo con 27 mujeres ex guerrilleras y ex colaboradoras que pertenecieron o militaron en tres de los grupos que durante la década de los 90 suscribieron acuerdos de paz en Colombia y que tuvieron influencia en el nororiente colombiano, como el Movimiento 19 de Abril (M-19), el Ejército Popular de Liberación (EPL) y la Corriente de Renovación Socialista (CRS), tomando para ello una franja de la historia vital de las mujeres, que se entrelazó con la historia del país. Fue necesario establecer contacto con cerca de cincuenta mujeres ex militantes de estas organizaciones y seleccionar el grupo de investigación con el cual luego se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad y grupos focales sobre ejes temáticos establecidos. Simultáneamente se llevaron a cabo eventos de sensibilización, creando ambientes de confianza y motivación que facilitaron el viaje de la memoria por el pasado. De igual forma se desarrollaron eventos de integración, formación y reconceptualización, que contribuyeron a fortalecer la autoestima y renovar propósitos de actuación conjunta de las mujeres. La investigación realizada es de tipo cualitativo y se inscribe dentro del enfoque fenomenológico3, en la medida que da cuenta de la experiencia vivida por las protagonistas de esta historia. El estudio incorporó también elementos de investigación - acción participativa, especialmente en los componentes formativos que fueron orientados hacia el empoderamiento de las participantes. Para desarrollar el trabajo se establecieron tres momentos como límites espacio - temporales en la investigación. El ANTES, que corresponde a los antecedentes familiares, educativos, ocupacionales y políticos de las mujeres, sus principales motivaciones y formas de vinculación. Así mismo se rescataron de la memoria situaciones de violencia de género vividas por ellas en su ambiente familiar antes de su ingreso a la insurgencia. El DURANTE, en el cual se indagó sobre las formas como las mujeres participantes intervinieron en la guerra, indicando los roles y funciones que desempeñaron mientras estaban vinculadas a los grupos guerrilleros; las relaciones de poder en los grupos y las percepciones de las mujeres frente a la discriminación y la violencia de género. Se otorgó especial interés a sus vivencias acerca de la sexualidad, la maternidad y las relaciones de pareja, como los aspectos más afectados de la subjetividad y la identidad femenina, por las condiciones de clandestinidad y de guerra. El DESPUES comprendió las vivencias y las implicaciones diferenciales de género en los procesos de reinserción y recomposición del proyecto de vida, en el marco de los acuerdos de paz suscritos entre el gobierno nacional y las organizaciones que hicieron dejación de armas. Se incluyeron también en este lapso las consideraciones sobre las ganancias y pérdidas emocionales de las mujeres participantes, sus opiniones y recomendaciones hacia nuevas negociaciones de paz. El texto está compuesto por siete capítulos. El primero hace una breve ubicación del contexto colombiano de las décadas del 60 al 90 y una reseña histórica de las principales organizaciones guerrilleras. En el segundo se presenta la vida de las mujeres antes de su vinculación y las experiencias de su participación en estas organizaciones. El tercero se centra en las reflexiones sobre la discriminación y los episodios de violencia de género en los movimientos armados. En el cuarto se recogen las percepciones de las mujeres sobre sus vivencias afectivas, su sexualidad y su maternidad durante su vinculación. En el quinto y sexto se presentan una reflexión crítica sobre la participación de las mujeres en los acuerdos de paz y su balance sobre el proceso de reinserción a la vida civil. El capítulo séptimo expone nuestras recomendaciones entrelazadas con las voces de las protagonistas para futuros procesos de paz.
