We no longer live in a world governed by coherent international coordination, a unified NATO bloc or an American hegemon capable of solving collective action problems. The post-Cold War Order is history. 'Libya and the Global Enduring Disorder' argues that Libya's ongoing conflict constitutes an ideal microcosm for examining the salient features of this new era of geopolitics, especially its self-reinforcing nature.
