The author has explained the opportunities that the program creates for employment, women empowerment and the young entrepreneurs. The author has explained the basic changes in the government policies in respect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and various policy changes that aim at easing the environment of doing business in India. According to the author the Make in India initiative by the Narendra Modi-led Government is unique in its type and this will surely take India to the level from where it will lead the World.

A ban for such a long period can definitely hinder the progress of any market whether it is the stock market or the commodities market. Although the case is directing towards the commodity market, such a ban has restrained the growth of both these markets. However, the ban has been removed but the short term bans induced by the government are also affecting the market mechanism. Moreover, the market calls for a review and an independent body to control its functioning. The main aim of this paper is to measure the overall performance of the NCDEX and to test the volatility of the indices of the exchange. There is a great need for the government's support in the way marching towards the commodity trading. A combined effort of the Forward Market Commission (FMC) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is surely going to prosper the market at a pioneer level.

The objective of 100 per cent financial inclusion can not be achieved by the Government of India unless it looks for its enforcement in each and every part of the country. The main focus is required in the rural and remote areas. One of the most significant factors which budge towards the financial inclusion of the rural and remote population is the microfinance services. In fact, microfinance is the only way through which the financial inclusion can penetrate into the rural and remote areas which expose the most under developed territory of the country. In this paper, we have mainly focused upon the achievements of the microfinance services towards financial inclusion. The role of every participant in the microfinance market has been analyzed.

During the last quarter of the year 2011, the U.S economy went through the second phase of the financial crisis that emerged in summer 2007, with a revival till the end of winter 2009. Researchers have concluded that the first phase crisis was all due to the sub-prime lending which resulted in increased risk for the banks by the event of more default borrowers. Moreover, the U.S. Economy, one of the biggest economies, in the world, cannot be said that it took some days/months to flog the pillars of success of such a strong economy. With the support of the Federal Reserve and Government Policies focused towards remedying prices, however, the U.S Economy revived itself but yet something was ignored which then led to the currently ongoing financial crisis. The paper has examined the unemployment rate, productivity, and the GDP growth rate of the U.S. Economy for the period Jan 2001 to July 2011, with a view of examining the base of the Financial Crisis and to find whether the crisis emerged at once or it was sowed and that it has been emerging much before it was diagnosed.

Foreign direct investment refers to the net inflows of investments in any sector in an economy from outside the country from an individual, a group, any financial institution, government, incorporated body or a combination of these. However, there are barriers set by the government about the extent of FDIs in any sector. In this paper, we are focusing towards the growth of FDIs in the retail sector. The pattern of FDI inflows in the Indian retail sector shows a positive effect over the Indian economy. There have been a long discussion over the existence and security of the unorganised retailers and it was found that whatever be the growth of the organised retail sector, the unorganised retailers are going to be and will always be surviving the only thing they should care about is the quality and the rate.
