Introducing the results of innovative activity into economic circulation is one of the essential characteristics of an effective industrial enterprise. Commercializing intellectual property objects involves coordinated production and commercial activity, adopting and implementing scientifically based decisions. This is necessary to successfully pass an intellectual product through all stages of its life cycle.The purpose of this study is to form market processes for commercializing intellectual property objects at industrial enterprises, finding the most effective option for their introduction into economic circulation.The theoretical investigation of the problem made it possible to identify and analyze various possible conceptual approaches to commercializing intellectual property in an industrial enterprise. Among them are market push, market pull, engineering, and reengineering commercialization models.Separate stages of forming the market model for commercializing intellectual property in an industrial enterprise are highlighted. First, the methodological principles of the vertical, horizontal, and vertical-horizontal market processes of intellectual property commercialization have been developed. The peculiarities of an intellectual product's life cycle are determined; based on this, a market model of intellectual property's life cycle (model of successive changes) is proposed. Finally, for each of the proposed market processes, the main advantages and disadvantages of their practical use are determined, as well as the areas of their most effective usage.
It should be noted that the global financial crisis of 2008, which affected all spheres of people's livelihoods, pushed the development of the tourist industry. Governments in many countries have begun to pay more attention to this market segment, as it is this segment that is able to restore its position and profit in a relatively short time. Another situation is with the COVID-19 pandemic. When "deferred opportunities" turn into "lost opportunities". The aim of the research is summarizing the experience of travel companies in overcoming the negative consequences of crisis situations; tracking the typical trends of the behavior of travel companies in the market for the provision of travel services in such situations and development of practical recommendations for the possible use of a compliance program at a travel company as a part of logistics management. Methodology: while working at the article, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: the method of unity of analysis and synthesis, method of expert assessments, comparative analysis and systemic approach. Scientific novelty: the implementation of a compliance program at a travel company organically fits into the logistics management system. Practical value: the effects of the global economic crisis due to COVID-19 pandemic and the quarantine have yet to be understood. Many domestic travel companies, referring to force majeure, impose penalties on their customers. In order to prevent corruption in such crisis conditions, it is necessary to introduce compliance programs within the travel industry in the framework of logistics management. This will help to meet the needs of the client as well as the development of the travel company even in times of crisis. Уряди багатьох країн почали приділяти більше уваги цьому сегменту ринку, оскільки саме цей сегмент здатний за відносно короткий час відновити свої позиції та приносити прибуток. Інша ситуація склалася з пандемією COVID-19, коли «відкладені можливості» перетворюються на «втрачені можливості». Ціллю цього дослідження є узагальнення досвіду туристичних фірм у подоланні негативних наслідків у кризових ситуаціях; простежування тенденцій у поведінці туроператорів на ринку надання туристичних послуг у таких ситуаціях та розробка практичних рекомендацій можливого використання комплаєнс-програми на туристичному підприємстві у рамках логістичного менеджменту для запобігання корупції і несумлінного відношення до клієнтів у кризовій ситуації. Методологія: під час роботи над статтею було використано наступні методи наукового пізнання: метод єдності аналізу та синтезу, метод експертних оцінок, порівняльний аналіз та системний підхід. Наукова новизна: впровадження комплаєнс-програми на туристичному підприємстві органічно вписується у систему логістичного менеджменту. Практичне значення: наслідки економічної світової кризи внаслідок пандемії COVID-19 та карантину ще слід буде осягти. Багато вітчизняних туристичних компаній, посилаючись на форс-мажор, вводять штрафні санкції для своїх клієнтів. Для запобігання корупції в таких кризових умовах на підприємствах туристичної індустрії слід запровадити комплаєнс-програми у рамках логістичного менеджменту. Це сприятиме як задоволенню потреб самого клієнта, так і розвитку діяльності туристичної компанії навіть у кризові часи. Правительства многих стран начали уделять больше внимания этому сегменту рынка, поскольку именно этот сегмент способен за относительно короткое время восстановить свои позиции и приносить прибыль. Другая ситуация складывается с пандемией COVID-19, когда «отложенные возможности» превращаются в «потерянные возможности». Целью этого исследования является обобщение опыта туристических фирм в преодолении негативных последствий в кризисных ситуациях; прослеживание характерных тенденций поведения туроператоров на рынке предоставления туристических услуг в таких ситуациях и представление практических рекомендаций возможного использования комплаенс-программы на туристическом предприятии в рамках логистического менеджмента для предотвращения коррупции и недобросовестного отношения к клиентам в кризисной ситуации. Методология: во время работы над статьёй были использованы следующие методы научного познания: метод единства анализа и синтеза, метод экспертных оценок, сравнительный анализ и системный подход. Научная новизна: внедрение комплаенс-программы на туристическом предприятии органически вписывается в систему логистического менеджмента. Практическое значение: последствия экономического мирового кризиса из-за пандемии COVID-19 и карантина ещё следует осмыслить. Много отечественных туристических компаний, ссылаясь на форс-мажор, вводят штрафные санкции своим клиентам. Для предотвращения коррупции в таких кризисных условиях на предприятиях туристической индустрии следует внедрять комплаенс-программы в рамках логистического менеджмента. Significant transformations in economic relations and increased competition have posed enterprises with extremely complex tasks in the field of corporate governance. Mainly it concerns the systems of corporate governance, in which the principles of vertical organization are losing relevance, and the effectiveness of management largely depends on the balance of interests of participants (stakeholders) who can actively influence the production and commercial policy of the enterprise to distribute its resources in their favor.The study aims to develop proposals to ensure the effective interaction of the enterprise with stakeholders, based on establishing an optimal balance of material (value) interests, allowing achieving a reduction of risks that threaten the development of the enterprise.Thus, it was proposed to determine the total value of the commercial results of the enterprise, taking into account the real contribution, which is provided by the relations with one or another stakeholder. A similar approach is implemented to determine the share of the value of the corresponding stakeholder, which is ensured by its relationship with this enterprise. In addition to the value of the enterprise itself, the proposed models explicitly determine the value benefits of stakeholders and disclose a list of the main controlling factors: the volumes of resources supplied and consumed by the parties, their relative values, the structure of resource flows, etc.As an example, using the developed recommendations, the circle of the most influential stakeholders of the Ukrainian enterprise – PJSC KhTP – was studied. This approach allows an industrial enterprise to rank stakeholders by value, to analyze the dynamics of the structure and parameters of material and financial resources flows of the enterprise and its stakeholders.

Employee motivation at the industrial enterprises is one of the most important principles of modern management. The practice of production and commercial activities of domestic enterprises speaks for essential modifications in the approaches to identifying the methods of employee motivation.In the meantime, at many industrial enterprises, motivational modules are limited to the level of salary payment. Therefore, the search for approaches to the formation of effective methods of employee motivation and the analysis of their classification peculiarities require implementing the complex scientific research and determine the relevance of the chosen topic. The purpose of the article is to adapt the notion of function elasticity to increase the employee motivation effectiveness at the domestic industrial enterprises. Increasing the effectiveness of employee motivation at an industrial enterprise is the object of the research.The research findings are obtained using the theory and practice of expert methods and system analysis, whereby 26 basic (key) motivational measures were determined, which were divided into six block-modules: jurisdictions, effectiveness, social and psychological, indirect financial influence, and direct financial influence.The weight of each of the motivational factors is determined and they were also classi¬fied according to this indicator. The notion of motivation elasticity is proposed, which makes it possible to assess the motivational measures performance both for every block-module and for every employee, team, production department or enterprise.Motivation elasticity ratio for ten employees of Kharkiv Machine Engineering Plant FED is calculated. Recommendations for further research on the paper's subject are proposed.
