Extrajudicial executions are a rooted phenomenon in state practice in various American countries. By reviewing the jurisprudential criteria issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, this paper aims to expose the evolutionary path followed by the application of the parameters required to the States, in response of one of the most urgent serious human rights violations. With given attention that is frequency and results cast doubt on the institutional legitimacy that gives foundation to the democracies of the continent. Extrajudicial executions must be prevented, punished and eradicated; Inter-American jurisprudence is essential in this task. ; Las ejecuciones extrajudiciales son un fenómeno arraigado en la práctica estatal de diversos países de América. Mediante la revisión de los criterios jurisprudenciales emitidos por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, este artículo pretende exponer la ruta evolutiva que ha seguido la definición de los parámetros de protección exigibles a los Estados, ante una de las violaciones graves a derechos humanos de más urgente atención en virtud de que su frecuencia y resultados colocan en duda la legitimidad institucional que da fundamento a las democracias del continente. Las ejecuciones extrajudiciales deben ser prevenidas, sancionadas y erradicadas; en dicha tarea la jurisprudencia interamericana es fundamental.

7 páginas, 1 figura, 7 esquemas, 1 tabla.-- El PDF es la versión post-print. ; The concept of molecular simplification as a drug design strategy to shorten synthetic routes, while keeping or enhancing the biological activity of the lead drug, has been applied to (+)-muconin, an acetogenin with remarkable cytotoxicity. A novel approach that enables the stereoselective synthesis of such a natural compound or its enantiomer from a common precursor is described. An additional advantage of the method is complete stereochemical control and the decrease in the number of chemical steps required, thus providing an enhancement of the overall yield. Antiproliferative studies against the human solid tumor cell lines showed that the aliphatic chain-THF/THP fragment of (+)-muconin has modest cytotoxic activity. The aim of the present article was to assess PTSD in military health staff, considering the characteristics of this type of environment, and specifically during the pandemic for COVID-19.
The Davidson Trauma scale was presented through the survey monkey ® platform, digital consent was provided by the personnel, users solved the instrument on their own personal devices.
Results showed an incidence of PTSD of 0.9% in a sample of 1422 subjects who work in the Central Military Hospital; the most frequent symptom, and the most serious were the avoidance of doing things or being in situations that reminded the event, regardless of gender or age. We found a more risk of PTSD in females than in males (Odds ratio (OD) = 6.4; 95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.83 to 49.66). However, we did not find a correlation between age, hierarchy or professional group and the risk of PTSD.
