The objective of the research was to analyze the perspectives of Ukraine's foreign economic policy with respect to Latin America. An overview of the economic and political situation in Latin America is characterized by intensification of inflation in the region, reduction of exports and foreign investment, erosion of the level of business and consumer confidence. She used the following research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, methods of induction and deduction, generalization, and systematization, economic, etc. Defined strategic orientations have been identified to improve foreign economic cooperation between Ukraine and Latin America to seek new foreign markets and increase foreign trade, such as: opening representative offices of Ukrainian companies in Latin America; active participation of Ukrainian companies in trade fair and exhibition events taking place in the countries of the region; establishment of bilateral industrial cooperation in the territory of MERCOSUR member countries. It concludes on the need to develop a long-term strategy to activate trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and the countries of the Latin American region with the identification and justification of sectoral priorities.

The objective of the article is to analyze the main international regulations on overcoming corruption in the police, as well as the laws of Ukraine aimed at combating this phenomenon in the National Police. The theme of the study is the analysis of the legal framework for combating corruption in the police. The research methodology includes the following general and special legal methods: dialectical, logical, system-legal, normative-dogmatic, comparative-legal, and legal modeling method. The results of the investigation indicate the most effective means of combating corruption in the police of the most developed countries. By way of conclusion and with practical significance, Ukrainian anti-corruption legislation against police officers has been shown to be repressive, so it cannot be effective without measures to encourage law-abiding behaviour and the sense of anti-corruption of law enforcement officers. Emphasis is placed on the need to take measures to encourage the anti-corruption behaviour of police officers and to enshrine these provisions in relevant regulations.

The article is devoted to the study of the organization of personnel marketing at Ukrainian and foreign enterprises, the level of development of countries in the field of personnel marketing, as well as the popularity of this type of management activity. The purpose of this research project is to analyze the differences between foreign and domestic experience in the field of personnel marketing. Also in the study, based on the analysis of theoretical developments and factors that have a practical impact on the implementation of personnel marketing in modern conditions, the most important elements of this concept are proposed. Particular attention paid to increasing the loyalty of personnel, which has a dominant influence on the results of the enterprise. Concluded that for modern Ukrainian enterprises, the concept of personnel marketing can be fully implemented only through rethinking the consequences for all areas of work with personnel, reflected in goal setting, staff motivation and ensuring the social responsibility of the enterprise.
