The article is devoted to the analysis of anti-imperial (anti-Russian, anti-Moscow) discourse in culturological treatises and letters by I. Nechui-Levytsky. It's noted that since the publication of previously prohibited and suppressed treatises by the classic of the Ukrainian literature in the 1990s (in particular "The Unnecessity of Great Russian Literature for Ukraine and the Slavonic Region", "Ukrainianity in literary litigation with Muscovy") wider opportunities opened up for revelation of I. Nechui-Levytsky's philosophical and ideological and aesthetic positions, affirmation of his life and literary Ukrainocentrism. Retrospective comprehension of the writer's treatises is observed (works of Ivan Franko, Sergiy Yefremov, contemporary researchers). A notable encyclopedism of Nechui first of all in the humanitarian sphere is determined. Attention is focused on classic's certain subjectivism in construction of cultural strategies, on the obvious relevance of a number of his historiosophical visions primarily in the domain of Ukrainian-Russian relations, on the European humanitarian positions. In the analyzed treatises of the classic writer his anti-colonial position realized more or less in a number of his literary works and letters is obviously revealed. It is pointed out that the main purpose of author's critical judgments was the Russified political tendency of Ukrainian Russia generated the apparent failure and erosion of the Ukrainian culture, in particular literature. A clearer outline of the ideological and literary positions of I. Nechui-Levytsky as anti-colonial, anti-imperial ones reveals in the analysis of nowadays understanding of Slavophilism ideas (treatise "Organs of the Russian parties" etc.) frequently revealing in his visions as Pharisaism because they covered the imperial, aggressive policies of the Russian Empire. Nechui is conscious of the historical mission of Ukrainians, defends the national idea as the realization of the legitimate right of Ukrainians to express themselves and assert themselves through culture and writing. In the article it's accented that in the letters by I. Nechui-Levytsky being to a large extent also an expression of his outlook and creative spirit anti-imperial discourse is not so clearly defined as in the treatises but in the fundamental questions such as the typology of Ukrainian-Russian relations, the position of the Ukrainian language, censorship, etc. the "epistolary" thinks of the classic are quite similar to ones in the treatises.

У статті розглянуто проблеми розвитку економіки КНР, а також особливості проведення реформ у часі через призму з'ясування можливостей та механізмів входження країни на світовий ринок з посиленням її місця та ролі на ньому. Продемонстровано, що тільки розширення національного внутрішнього ринку може створити необхідні передумови для повноцінного входження у світову економіку. Особливу увагу приділено питанням підтримки економіки за допомогою державних програм інвестицій в інфраструктуру. Зазначено, що простежуються стійкі темпи зростання економіки Китаю у 2011-2018 роках, розвиток його промисловості, будівництва, що значно розширило можливості країни впливати на міжнародну економіку. Звідси випливає висновок про стабільний розвиток економіки Китаю в намаганні уряду зосередитися на відкритті на зовнішньому ринку нових його сегментів національної економіки з проведенням подальшої лібералізації цін, що робить країну економічно більш могутньою. Наочно продемонстровано як динамічне зростання обсягу промислового виробництва держави за останні два десятиліття перетворило Китай на провідну країну світу. Наголошено, що КНР, займаючи лідируючі позиції в світі по виробництву багатьох видів продукції, наразі зосереджена на необхідності збільшення внутрішнього споживання, щоб зробити економіку менш залежною від експорту в майбутньому. Обґрунтовано ідею стосовно того, що обмеженість простору внутрішнього ринку по мірі його зростання потребує пошуку нових територій для подальшої реалізації та розвитку свого виробництва. ; The article considers the problems of China's economy development, as well as the peculiarities of reforms over time through the prism of elucidating the possibilities and mechanisms of the country's entry into the world market with the strengthening of its place and role in it. It has been demonstrated that only the expansion of the national internal market can create the necessary prerequisites for a full entry into the global economy. Particular attention is paid to supporting the economy through the government infrastructure investment programs. It was noted that sustainable growth of China's economy in 2011-2018, the development of its industry, construction, are being traced, which significantly expanded the country's opportunities to influence an international economy. Hence the conclusion is made about sustainable development of the China's economy in an attempt by the government to focus on opening its new segments of the national economy on the foreign market with further liberalization of prices, which makes the country economically more powerful. It has been clearly demonstrated how the dynamic growth of state industrial production over the past two decades has transformed China into a leading country in the world. It is noted that China, which has a leading position in the world in the production of many types of products, is now focused on the need to increase domestic consumption in order to make the economy less dependent on exports in the future. The idea that the limited space of the internal market as it grows requires the search for new territories for further realization and development of its production is substantiated ; В статье рассмотрены проблемы развития экономики КНР, а также особенности проведения реформ во времени через призму выяснения возможностей и механизмов вхождения страны на мировой рынок с усилением ее места и роли на нем. Продемонстрировано, что только расширение национального внутреннего рынка может создать необходимые предпосылки для полноценного вхождения в мировую экономику. Особое внимание уделено вопросам поддержки экономики при помощи государственных программ инвестиций в инфраструктуру. Отмечено, что прослеживаются устойчивые темпы роста экономики Китая в 2011-2018 годах, развитие его промышленности, строительства, что значительно расширило возможности страны влиять на международную экономику. Отсюда делается вывод о стабильном развитии экономики Китая в попытке правительства сосредоточиться на открытии на внешнем рынке новых его сегментов национальной экономики с проведением дальнейшей либерализации цен, что делает страну экономически более могущественной. Наглядно продемонстрировано как динамический рост объемов промышленного производства государства за последние два десятилетия превратил Китай в передовую страну мира. Отмечено, что КНР, занимая лидирующие позиции в мире по производству многих видов продукции, сейчас сосредоточена на необходимости увеличения внутреннего потребления, чтобы сделать экономику менее зависимой от экспорта в будущем. Обоснована идея относительно того, что ограниченность пространства внутреннего рынка по мере его роста требует поиска новых территорий для дальнейшей реализации и развития своего производства.

In this research, the works with the Skovoroda theme were analyzed, written by the talented poet from Kaniv, Oleksii Sofiyenko (1952-2011). Considering the relative little-known status of the writer, the study contains basic biographical information about him. O. Sofiyenko's poetic language is analyzed in sufficient detail based on all six of his collections; its metaphorical saturation and complexity, intellectuality, problem-thematic richness, versification variety and mastery are noted. The poet's formal and substantive experimentation, the originality of his visual poetry as an echo of baroque stylistics, is especially emphasized, which to some extent brings Sofiyenko's work closer to baroque features in the works of Hryhorii Skovoroda. Other possible typological similarities between the works of Skovoroda and Sofiyenko are noted, namely, the philosophical and expressive saturation of the contemporary artist's poetic texts with biblical, religious, and spiritual imagery and symbolism. It is also noted that O. Sofiyenko's semantically and figuratively complicated poetry requires active reader cooperation and empathy. Other semantic contexts, particularly stylistic ones, of this poet's works are indicated. The article focuses on the analysis of O. Sofiyenko's poem "Apostle of Freedom", written on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the death of Hryhorii Skovoroda (1994) and published only in the poet's posthumous collection "Singing Blood" (2013). Detailed attention is paid to the structuring of the poem and its versification pattern, to the realization of the key idea of the work in it - the idea of will (in H. Skovoroda's - freedom), to the semantics of the concept of will in the world of chaos ("hell of will") and in the harmonized world ("infinity of will"). It is noted that, according to O. Sofiyenko, world harmony is realized to a large extent by the confession of humanistic values, including spiritual and religious values, through the idea of God. The evolution of imagery and tonality of the poem is traced. Considerable attention of the study was paid to the analysis of other "Skovoroda" poems in O. Sofiyenko's collections ("Skovoroda", "Truth", "Happiness", "Create Yourself", etc.), to the semantics artistically reproduced in them, as well as to epigrams and intertexts "from Skovoroda" in the works of a modern poet.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an applied fuzzy model of information technology to obtain quantitative estimates of environmental start-up projects in air transport. The developed model will become a useful tool for venture funds, business angels, or crowdfunding platforms for the development of innovative air transport businesses. Obtaining a quantitative estimate of the environmental start-up projects will increase the sustainability of the decision making on the security of financing of such projects by investors. This article develops a fuzzy evaluation model of project start-ups in air transport as an application of our neuro-fuzzy model in a specific air transport environment. The applied model provides output ranking of start-up project teams in air transport based on a four-layer neuro-fuzzy network. The presented model declares the possibilities of the application to solve these economic problems and offers the space for subsequent research focused on its usability in several areas of start-up development, in sectors and processes differentiated. The benefits are also visible for several types of policies, with an emphasis on decision-making processes in regulatory mechanisms to support the state funding in Slovakia, the EU etc.
