The purpose of the article is to analyze the main factors and criteria of the institution of hospitality that directly affect the socio-cultural life of society in the context of globalization processes. The research methodology consisted in the analytical, systemic, historical, logical, and culturological methods of scientific research. The scientific novelty of the work. Under the influence of globalization, the issue of tolerance or intolerance in the treatment of a guest arose. The institution of hospitality found itself at a crossroads in terms of defining its main role, which was somewhat transformed in modern society. Therefore, the institution of hospitality keeps a balance between maintaining good relations and non-interference in other cultures. Conclusions. The institution of hospitality is an important factor of prosperity and peace in the modern life of society. That is why in order to preserve socio-cultural values it is necessary to introduce a moral and legal basis that would regulate the contradictory life circumstances that arise in the process of interaction of various socio-cultural groups. The development of various societies in the context of globalization with a comprehensive consideration of the objective laws of development of nature and society creates competition for them. In accordance with the principles of universal morality, every person possessing the status of a guest has to show respect for the religion, customs, traditions, language and culture of the host country. Due to the world crisis and military conflicts, the institution of hospitality as a socio-cultural phenomenon is somewhat modified to accord with modern realities. ; Цель работы. Проанализировать основные факторы и критерии института гостеприимства в условиях глобализационных процессов, непосредственно, оказывающие влияние на социокультурною жизнь общества. Методы исследования. Применен аналитический, системный, исторический логический, культурологический методы научного исследования. Научная новизна. Под влиянием глобализационных процессов встал вопрос толерантности или нетерпимости в обращении с гостем. Институт гостеприимства оказался на распутье по определению своей главной роли, которая несколько трансформировалась в современном обществе. Поэтому институт гостеприимства держит баланс между сохранением хороших отношений и невмешательством в чужую культуру. Выводы. Институт гостеприимства является важным фактором благополучия и мира в современной жизни общества. Именно поэтому для сохранения социокультурных ценностей необходимо ввести морально-правовую базу, которая бы регулировала противоречивые жизненные обстоятельства, которые возникают в процессе взаимодействия различных социокультурных групп. Развитие различных социумов в условиях глобализации с всесторонним учетом объективных закономерностей развития природы и общества создает им конкуренцию. В соответствии с принципами общечеловеческой морали каждый человек со статусом гостя должен уважительно относиться к религии, обычаям, традициям, языку и культуре страны-хозяина. В связи с мировым кризисом и военными конфликтами институт гостеприимства как социокультурный феномен несколько видоизменяется в соответствии с современными реалиями. ; Мета роботи. Проаналізувати основні чинники та критерії інституту гостинності в умовах глобалізаційних процесів, які, безпосередньо, мають вплив на соціокультурне життя суспільства. Методи дослідження. Застосовано аналітичний, системний, історичний логічний, культурологічний методи наукового дослідження. Наукова новизна. Під впливом глобалізаційних процесів постало питання толерантності чи нетерпимості у поводженні з гостем. Інститут гостинності опинився на роздоріжжі щодо визначення своєї головної ролі, яка дещо трансформувалася в сучасному суспільстві. Тому інститут гостинності тримає баланс між збереженням гарних взаємин та невтручанням у чужу культуру. Висновки. Інститут гостинності є важливим чинником добробуту й миру в сучасному житті суспільства. Саме тому для збереження соціокультурних цінностей необхідно запровадити морально-правову базу, яка б регулювала суперечливі життєві обставини, які виникають у процесі взаємодії різних соціокультурних груп. Розвиток різноманітних соціумів в умовах глобалізації з усебічним урахуванням об'єктивних закономірностей розвитку природи й суспільства створює їм конкуренцію. У відповідності з принципами загальнолюдської моралі кожна людина зі статусом гостя має шанобливо ставитися до релігії, звичаїв, традицій, мови і культури країни-господаря. У зв'язку з світовою кризою та військовими конфліктами інститут гостинності як соціокультурний феномен дещо видозмінюється відповідно до сучасних реалій.

The article aim is a study the new configuration of the "market - state - of (business)" social phenomenon, which is impossible without clarifying the role of these institutions, the definition between their impacts on sustainable development. The objectives of the article implemented by using such research methods: analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization, the dialectical approach. The Article includes research the causes of the new formats emergence government and business interaction; marks essential characteristics of these formats; the factors that hinder the effective interaction between government and business. The author proposes to consider the interaction between market actors in the Quartet format: government, business, public market. It's has different identified potential formats government and business interaction which impact on sustainable development and decent work: Public-Private Partnerships, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility. The practical significance of the study results is theoretical and methodological choice format interaction of the market main agents hues building on the principles of social partnership and stimulates productivity relations that will promote decent work and sustainable development. ; Целью статьи является обоснование сущности новой конфигурации общественного феномена «рынок – государство – организации (бизнес)», которое реализуемо через определение роли каждого из этих институтов, глубины влияния каждого на устойчивое развитие страны. Методика исследования. Решение поставленных в статье вопросов осуществлено с помощью таких методов исследования: анализа и синтеза, сравнения, обобщения, систематизации, диалектического подхода. Результаты. В статье изучены причины появления новых форматов взаимодействия государства и бизнеса; обозначены сущностные характеристики этих форматов; определены факторы, которые препятствуют эффективному взаимодействию государства и бизнеса. Предложено рассматривать взаимодействие между акторами рынка в формате четверки: государство, бизнес, общественность, рынок. Определены потенциальные возможности разных форматов взаимодействия государства и бизнеса повлиять на устойчивое развитие и обеспечение достойного труда. Практическая ценность результатов исследования состоим в теоретико-методологическом обосновании критериев выбора формата взаимодействия основных агентов рынка и построения на основе социального партнерства и продуктивных отношений между ними. Методика дослідження. Вирішення поставлених статтею питань здійснено за допомогою таких методів дослідження: аналізу та синтезу, порівняння, узагальнення, систематизації, діалектичного підходу. Результати. В статті розглянуто причини появи нових форматів взаємодії держави та бізнесу; охарактеризовано сутнісні властивості таких форматів; визначені чинники, котрі перешкоджають ефективній взаємодії держави та бізнесу. Запропоновано розглядати взаємодію між акторами ринку у форматі четвірки: держава, бізнес, громадськість та ринок. Окреслено потенціал різних форматів взаємодії держави і бізнесу щодо забезпечення стійкого розвитку та гідної праці. Практична значущість результатів дослідження полягає в теоретико- методологічому обґрунтуванні вибору формату взаємодії основних агентів ринку та побудови на засадах соціального партнерства продуктивних відносин між ними, що сприятиме забезпеченню гідної праці та сталому розвитку країни.

Key features of the Ukrainian society as an individual political nation have been characterized. The research is based on the election process at the level of the election to the Verkhovna Rada. In the research, data from parliamentary election campaigns held in Ukraine during the 21st century were used. Key markers for estimation of the population's identity, the problem of language priority, the problem of historic memory, the issue of Ukraine's unitary formation and its spatial and territorial integrity were determined. The arguments offered and the objective grounds of state integrity worded in the research prove separate, formed and integral nature of the Ukrainian political nation.

Having studied the features of public organizations, the authors structured the primary challenges and summarized the results (both positive and negative) of their activities in the context of digitalization. Special attention was paid to the adaptation of state administration to requirements of the 4th industrial revolution.

Ištyrę visuomeninių organizacijų ypatumus, autoriai susistemino pagrindinius iššūkius ir apibendrino savo veiklos rezultatus (ir teigiamus, ir neigiamus) skaitmenizacijos kontekste. The objective is to assess how modern teaching tools enhance the preparation of future experts in diverse fields. The methodology involves a comparative analysis between traditional teaching methods and the integration of advanced technologies in educational settings, measuring learning outcomes and student engagement. The findings reveal a significant improvement in students' retention of information, critical thinking abilities, and practical skill acquisition when exposed to modern learning tools. Moreover, the study highlights the importance of adapting teaching practices to align with technological advancements to better prepare future professionals for the evolving demands of the workforce.

Safety risks at work during a pandemic and war require new standards for the organization of work. Increasing socio-psychological pressure requires a better definition of staff duties, communication rules, and work and rest regimes. The purpose of the study is to determine the most acceptable regulations for the organization of labor that help to maintain the efficiency of a company's activities in an unstable environment. In the course of the research, a content analysis of regulatory documents was carried out and a survey among HR managers, heads of Ukrainian companies, and their employees was conducted. All data were collected in two waves. The first wave was in November-December 2021 with 301 participants. Due to the beginning of the war, the second wave of the study was conducted in April-May 2022, when the wartime conditions have already made their impact, with 271 participants — managers, HR managers, and staff of Ukrainian enterprises. The results confirmed that working conditions and global risks that determine the types of the organization of work under uncertainty require a flexible approach. Mixed and flexible standards of the organization of work provide for optimal work modes and safer working practices, so they have been approved to be more effective. It has been determined that the disregard of global challenges, trends, and the social nature of labor by the company management reduces the effectiveness of labor organization regulations.

The effective performance of any company is determined by the degree of motivation of its staff. In a pandemic, it is important to explore changes in the values and motivational profiles of staff, especially young people. The aim of the paper is to study the internal motives of millennials and Generation Z, to identify modern motivational tools, taking into account the challenges of an unstable global ecosystem. To assess the changes in the motives for work, a questionnaire was used. The survey was conducted (at the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021) among young people in Kyiv (Ukraine) aged 17-22 (287 people participated), who had previous work experience. All results were proven to be valid. The results of the study showed that changes in the motivational profile of millennials and Generation Z under the influence of restrictive measures due to the pandemic occurred in the range of values of awareness of individuality: motives for maintaining health, balancing life, personal and professional growth came out to be more relevant. Such changes indicate positive opportunities for young people due to high adaptability to changing and unstable conditions, and, on the other hand, they bring challenges for companies – the loss of personnel. The most optimal models will be career-oriented and adaptive with elements of well-being management to motivate millennials and Generation Z.

The article explores social capital and its impact on economic development. This paper aims to analyze the role of trust in the process of growth and economic development. The interdependence of GDP per capita and trust level as an element of social capital has been analyzed. The correlation between trust and GDP per capita in 43 countries has been reflected. World Values Survey (WVS) was used to obtain empirical trust data. To determine the relationship between confidence level and GDP per capita, the correlation model was built. The regression coefficient b = 0.834 shows the average change in the effective indicator. Thus, with an increase of 1 unit of trust, GDP per capita rises by an average of 0.834. The coefficient of determination indicates that 60.68% of cases of changes in trust lead to a change in GDP per capita. The result suggests that trust serves as a tool in assisting the economic growth and company's value. The study examines the tools that help to build trust, as economic development as a whole depends on it.

The objective of the study is to identify the key factors of the stability of state information in the face of terrorist threats based on the review of existing research in this area, and to identify the main approaches to ensure the stability of state information in the face of terrorist threats. Based on the analysis of scientific works, the factors of the state's resistance to cyberterrorism are identified and the main approaches are organized to ensure the stability of state information in the face of terrorist threats. The results of the study provide an understanding of the key factors needed to achieve the legal, technical, organizational, and operational areas of state resilience to cyber threats. Further research may aim to perform empirical calculations of indicators from around the world to determine certain dependencies in the field of cybersecurity. It is concluded that factors such as the growing impact of information and communication technologies on public relations, production activities, the operation of infrastructure facilities and the activities of public authorities, indicate that the issue of security as a line of scientific research is urgent.

Background: European legislation prohibits direct-to-consumer advertising of prescription medicines, but allows drug manufacturers to provide information to the public on health and diseases. Our aim was to measure the frequency of disease awareness campaigns in Latvian media and assess their compliance with international and European standards. Methods: Materials on health/disease and treatments were collected between April and September 2015 from 12 newspapers and magazines and six online portals. Disease awareness campaigns were assessed using a previously developed instrument based on the WHO Ethical Criteria for Medicinal Drug promotion and European standards (EU law and pharmaceutical industry self-regulatory guidelines). Collected materials were used to examine the information provided on medical conditions and their diagnosis and treatment. The inter-rater reliability was calculated. Results: We collected 263 materials from print (n = 149) and online media (n = 114); 94 were news items and 169 were disease-awareness advertisements. Cancer, cardiovascular problems, allergies and respiratory diseases were common topics. Of the 157 campaigns assessed, non-compliance was identified in 149 cases (inter-rater reliability 90%), mainly due to misleading or incomplete information, lack of balance and the absence of a listed author/sponsor. Six disease awareness campaigns directly mentioned a pharmaceutical product by brand name and other four included the logo or name of a manufacturer, referred to a condition and indirectly mentioned a treatment, all in contravention with European law. Conclusions: The compliance of disease awareness campaigns in Latvian media with international and European standards is low. This raises concerns about the nature of information being conveyed. Through lack of balance, missing sponsorship information, and misleading or incomplete information, these campaigns could contribute to inaccurate self-diagnosis and generate demand among those who might not need medical treatment.
