The author studies environmental insurance in nature management as a lever of management measures to prevent and eliminate environmental pollution by oil products during their transportation and oil fields development. The research aims to develop recommendations for environmental risks insurance in Russian oil and gas industry on the basis of economic and mathematical model that allows to estimate the scale of environmental pollution by oil products. Such methods as system and comparative analysis, expert assessments, forecasting, modeling used in this work helped the author to identify Russian environmental insurance features; to propose a method for solving the problem concerning the lack of statistical data on the frequency and scale of accidents and the environmental damage magnitude by mathematical modeling of the accident, which allows to estimate the radius and depth of the underlying surface pollution. These developments will help insurers to make more adequate insurance premiums and tariffs, as well as to improve the underwriting procedure for unique oil and gas projects. But in order for the obtained achievements to find their application, it is necessary to have legislation obliging oil companies to compensate for environmental damage, and due to the scale of such damage, oil companies will be obliged to insure the relevant risks.

The article analyses the status and features of semantic evolution of the title-phraseologism in the poetic genre of poemphrase. A poemphrase is a poem the title of which is a phraseological item and the text reveals its informational potential in one way or another – central and peripheral semes of the meaning of phraseologism, associative series, cultural and intertextual relations, etc. A phraseological title in the text of this genre becomes a special item, a createme semantically transformed and enriched with the meanings of the subsequent text. The article is based on the author's material (more than 60 texts of this genre created in 2015–2022). Six types of the main meaningful correlations a phraseological title with followed text of the poemphrase are revealed – personification of the image embedded in phraseology; demonstration of the content of phraseologism based on fictional personal examples; creating a plot text based on the semantics of phraseologism; literalisation of a phraseological symbol; representation of the phraseologism-stated problem side aspect rather than the main aspect; objection to the postulate of a phraseologism. The features of the disclosure of the information potential of a phraseological item, its plot-forming, genre-forming, text-forming features are analysed. The specificity of the formal and meaningful correlation of the phraseological title with the poetic text of the genre of poemphrase is demonstrated.

The article is devoted to the linguistic description of the genre of poemphrase including such poetic texts with a title phraseologism which reveal its informational potential and demonstrate the connections of different levels of language with the component composition of its phraseological title. The poem phrase text is considered as the realisation of one of the vectors of the phraseologism creative potential. Such text inherits and transforms denotative, connotative, combinable, stylistic, culturological and other features of the basic phraseological item. The article describes the essential features of a phraseological item that contribute to the creation of a poetic text on its basis – extralinguistic, system-linguistic and internal, peculiar to certain phraseological items. Examples of realisations of the creative potential of phraseology are analysed – the author's texts (at the moment there are more than fifty works of this new genre). The article demonstrates how in the poemphrase based on the generally accepted, culturally mastered meaning of phraseologism in all the richness of its macro- and microcomponents reveal both the common language, typical and individual, subjective beginnings. The article reveals the connection of the global properties of Russian phraseology (anthropocentrism and anthropometrism) with the realisation of the creative potential of phraseologism in a lyrical or lyroepic text of the genre of poemphrase. The linguistic and informative status of phraseologism in a poetic text-poemphrase in which a phraseologism plays a dominant genre-forming and text-forming role, is determined.

Based on the analysis of the creative heritage of outstanding representatives of prerevolutionary and Soviet pedagogy, the article reveals the principles of building a "free school" based on taking into account the interests of each student and creating individual conditions for achieving the highest results. The concept of free education of the individual was adopted after the October Revolution, practically used in the practice of creating a "new school" in the first third of the 20th century, proving its effectiveness in the education and formation of the Soviet man. It is established that the theoretical postulates of a new type of pedagogy by V.N. Chekhov and K.N. Ventzel were the forerunner of the Western theory of a personality-oriented approach to education, the so-called transformative model of pedagogy, which became widespread in the late 20th - early 21st centuries. The authors substantiate the necessity and possibility of using the experience of prerevolutionary and Soviet pedagogy in modern realities.

Based on a comparative legal analysis of the historical facts of the development of electronics in the 1940s - 1980s in the USSR, legislative acts and scientific literature, the authors of the article reveal the features of the development of not only industrial robots, but also supercomputers at each of the historical stages of state-legal development. It is established that the USSR was in the lead until 1985 in the creation of supercomputers and certain types of industrial robots, ahead of the United States and Western European countries by several years. However, objective and subjective reasons led to the policy of simply copying foreign samples in the years of the 10th and 11th five-year plans, which led to the "freezing" of promising projects. The authors substantiate the falsity of the statement existing in foreign and some part of Russian literature about the technological lag of Soviet electronics in the 1950s and 1970s from foreign countries.

Purpose
This study aims to blockchain facilitate information sharing among different players in the food industry, such as farmers, food suppliers and investors, enabling an effective decision-making process where the information about goods is traceable without any inherent risk. Although blockchain technology is emerging, its use in the food industry needs to be explored from different angles, such as organizations' policy, adoption strategies and potential technology innovations which could positively impact business processes.
Design/methodology/approach
For this purpose, the authors survey 84 organizations in the food industry. Further, the authors conducted in-depth- interviews with three organizations that applied blockchain technology in the production phase to address the pros and cons of this adaption and discuss how the technology could be improved based on the challenges they faced. Moreover, an overview of current and potential digital transformation uses cases of blockchain technology in the food industry has been provided.
Findings
The results suggested that perceived efficiency, transparency, standardization and platform development and traceability factors positively influenced intention to use (ITU).
Practical implications
The adoption of the blockchain cloud solution is neither time-consuming nor expensive; organizations may attempt to predict how regulations or standards will be developed to create a blockchain solution compatible with them.
Originality/value
This study is among the primary studies investigating the role of blockchain technology in the food sector from the organizations' viewpoint, highlighting the factors influencing the ITU.
